The invention has for its object to further develop the use of a lock cylinder and a matching key locking device according to the generic term nutzsvorteilhaft.
The problem is solved by the invention defined in
It is proposed that a surface section of the scanning stage runs at an angle alpha at an angle to the direction of movement of the tumbler pin. This surface portion forms the contact point at which the particular rounded tip of the core pin scans the scanning stage. The angle can be between 60 ° and 95 °. It is preferably between 70 ° and 80 °. The scanning end is now not at a transverse to the direction of force application scanning stage. The sampling stage has such a tendency that the force acting on the contact point spring force of the tumbler spring unfolds a force component which acts on a broad side of the key shaft in the direction of its facing broad side wall of the keyway. The corresponding counterforce acts on the tumbler pin in the direction the opposite broad side wall of the keyway. The force component and its counterforce component thus extends transversely to the insertion direction of the key or key channel extension direction in the direction of a wall of the key channel. This wall forms a trough, rests in the section of the tumbler pin. The trough is formed by a rib of the broad side wall of the keyway. An extension of the key shank has such a material thickness that it captivates the tumbler pin in the recess in a space between the tumbler pin and the first side wall. The invention is advantageously further developed by the optional features listed below which individually or in combination have an inventive meaning: the scanning end of the tumbler pin can be formed by a curve. The tumbler pin may have an enlarged diameter portion which rests in a correspondingly large core bore of the cylinder core. From this diameter-enlarged portion, whose end face cooperates with the housing pin, projects a reduced diameter portion of the tumbler pin. This reduced diameter portion of the tumbler pin projects through a correspondingly reduced diameter bore portion in the keyway. The bore portion opens into a narrow side of the keyway. The reduced diameter portion of the tumbler pin abuts against a side wall of the keyway. Between the opposite Side wall of the keyway and the section of the tumbler pin is a free space. In this space is the extension of the inserted into the keyway key shank. The extension has such a material thickness that it captivates the section of the tumbler pin positively in the trough. Both side walls of the keyway may have ribs projecting into the keyway. The ribs engage in corresponding profile grooves of the broad sides of the key shank. The key shank is - based on a key longitudinal axis - designed mirror-symmetrical, so it is a turn-flat key. Both key wide sides form a guideway that forms sensing stages for multiple core pens. The scanning stage may be formed by a chamfer of the guideway. The chamfer may in particular extend undulating over the length of the key shank. The guideway may have a small angle of inclination relative to the longitudinal axis of the key shank at the key tip. Distanced from the key tip, the guideway may transition into a portion which is inclined at a greater angle to the key longitudinal axis. The end face of the core pin, which abuts against the guide track or the Abtaststufe, is preferably rounded so that it rests against an inclined portion of the guide pins in point contact. The guideway may begin in the key tip with an orientation that is parallel to the key elongation. It is a tangent of a radius that immediately adjoins the tip. The guideway may then initially extend along a circular arc with a radius of approximately 1.5 mm, starting from the tip. The guideway may then transition into a rectilinear section having an angle of about 35 ° to the key longitudinal center axis. The rectilinear section may be followed by a slight curvature, after which the guideway may again pass into a rectilinear section, which may be inclined at an angle of 45 ° to the key longitudinal axis. The subsequent rounding can be the first wave mountain of the wave-shaped Form guideway. The two flanks of the wave mountain can have an angle of about 90 ° to each other. The keyway has two substantially parallel to each other extending broad side surfaces, each of which ribs protrude into the keyway and grooves are arranged between the ribs. A narrow side of the keyway is formed by a gap opening of the cylinder core and thus closed by the cavity wall of the housing bore. The other narrow side wall of the keyway has the bore through which a portion of the core pin projects into the keyway. This bore adjacent to one of the two broad side walls, so that the core pin portion can come into abutting contact with the broad side wall when acting on the above-mentioned transverse force. The tumbler pin is spaced from the opposite broad side wall and in particular from the apex lines of the ribs of the opposite broad side wall. The bore of the narrow side wall is also spaced from this broad side wall.

The
The
Das Abtastende 9 liegt an einer Abtaststufe 22 des Schlüssels 20 an.The free end of the protruding into the
The distance of the
A flange portion of the

The
Die zur Kraftkomponente K entgegengerichtete Gegenkraft K' beaufschlagt den Abschnitt 13 des Zuhaltungsstiftes 4 in Richtung der Schlüsselkanalwand 8.The counterforce K 'directed counter to the force component K acts on the
The
The acting in the trough of the
The reduced

It is considered advantageous that the
