Claims (12)
- Dispositif de chauffage à combustible portatif (1, 101, 201, 301) pour chauffer l'air, comprenant :- une chambre de combustion (10, 110, 210, 310) définie par une première paroi de délimitation (11, 111, 211, 311) ;- des conduites d'adduction de combustible (12) menant à l'intérieur de la chambre de combustion (10, 110, 210, 310) ;- un premier moyen de ventilation forcée (13) configuré pour générer un flux d'air de combustion (14) dans la chambre de combustion (10), où il réagit avec le combustible ;- un convertisseur d'énergie (20, 50) agencé avec une première portion d'échange thermique (21, 51) en contact thermique avec la chambre de combustion (10, 110, 210, 310) et une seconde portion d'échange thermique (22, 52) qui est distincte de ladite première portion d'échange, configuré pour convertir l'énergie thermique de la différence de température entre la première portion d'échange thermique (21, 51) et la seconde portion d'échange thermique (22, 52) en énergie électrique, ledit convertisseur d'énergie (20, 50) étant raccordé pour actionner ledit premier moyen de ventilation forcée (13),- ledit convertisseur d'énergie comprenant une cellule à effet Seebeck (26) pour la conversion directe de la différence de température en puissance électrique ;
caractérisé en ce que :ledit premier moyen de ventilation forcée (13) génère en outre un flux d'air de refroidissement forcé (15) pour refroidir la seconde portion d'échange thermique (22, 52) du convertisseur d'énergie (20, 50). - Dispositif de chauffage portatif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le premier moyen de ventilation (13) génère un écoulement d'air qui se divise en ledit flux d'air de combustion (14) au sein de la chambre de combustion (10) adapté pour se mélanger avec des vapeurs de combustion et sortir de la chambre de combustion à travers un orifice de sortie de la chambre de combustion et un deuxième flux d'air forcé (16) dépourvu de vapeurs de combustion qui effleurent extérieurement la chambre de combustion (10).
- Dispositif de chauffage portatif selon la revendication 1, comprenant un deuxième moyen de ventilation forcée (13') configuré pour générer un deuxième flux d'air forcé (16) pour que ledit deuxième flux (16) effleure extérieurement ladite première paroi de délimitation (11) de la chambre de combustion (10) et pour que ledit deuxième flux d'air chauffé (16) soit introduit dans l'environnement après effleurement de la première paroi de délimitation (11), ledit deuxième moyen de ventilation forcée (13') étant raccordé pour être alimenté par ledit convertisseur (20, 50).
- Dispositif de chauffage portatif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, comprenant une seconde paroi de délimitation (31) entourant extérieurement ladite première paroi de délimitation (11) formant un espacement (32) entre elles, ladite seconde paroi de délimitation (31) étant une paroi continue sans ouvertures latérales, ledit espacement (32) étant configuré pour être traversé par ledit deuxième flux d'air forcé (16).
- Dispositif de chauffage portatif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant des moyens de refroidissement (40) configurés pour générer un troisième flux forcé (15) de fluide de refroidissement dans des conditions d'échange thermique avec la seconde portion d'échange thermique (22, 52), dans lequel lesdits moyens de refroidissement (40) sont raccordés pour être alimentés par ledit convertisseur d'énergie (20, 50).
- Dispositif de chauffage portatif selon la revendication 5, dans lequel lesdits moyens de refroidissement (40) comprennent un troisième moyen de ventilation forcée (13") d'air de l'environnement.
- Dispositif de chauffage portatif selon la revendication 2, comprenant un collecteur d'acheminement (41) pour acheminer ledit flux de refroidissement forcé (15) en aval du convertisseur d'énergie (20) pour que ledit flux de refroidissement forcé (15) soit introduit dans ledit espacement (32) et forme ledit deuxième flux forcé (16).
- Dispositif de chauffage portatif selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ledit fluide de refroidissement est un liquide de refroidissement, et dans lequel lesdits moyens de refroidissement (40) comprennent un circuit hydraulique (17) dans des conditions d'échange thermique avec ladite seconde portion d'échange thermique (22, 52) du convertisseur d'énergie (20, 50).
- Dispositif de chauffage portatif selon la revendication 1 ou 3 ou 6, dans lequel au moins l'un dudit premier moyen de ventilation forcée (13), dudit deuxième moyen de ventilation forcée (13'), dudit troisième moyen de ventilation forcée (13") comprend un rotor ou un ventilateur associé à un moteur électrique raccordé pour être alimenté par le convertisseur (20, 50).
- Dispositif de chauffage portatif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une soupape (92) pour le réglage du débit de combustible, raccordée auxdites conduites d'adduction (50).
- Dispositif de chauffage portatif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une unité de gestion (94) pour gérer la puissance électrique produite par le convertisseur d'énergie (20, 50), un raccord électrique (96) pour raccorder ladite unité de gestion (94) à une batterie de démarrage (95), ladite unité de gestion (94) étant raccordée électriquement audit convertisseur d'énergie (20, 50) et à une unité de commande (93), ladite unité de gestion (94) étant configurée pour que, lorsqu'elle atteint une valeur seuil préétablie d'énergie produite par le convertisseur (20, 50), l'alimentation d'énergie par la batterie de démarrage (95) soit interrompue.
- Procédé pour chauffer un environnement via un dispositif de chauffage à combustible portatif selon les particularités d'au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes de :- fournir une chambre de combustion définie par une première paroi de délimitation ;- fournir des conduites d'adduction de combustible (12) à l'intérieur de la chambre de combustion ;- fournir un premier moyen de ventilation forcée configuré pour générer un flux d'air de combustion dans ladite chambre de combustion ;- fournir un convertisseur d'énergie (20, 50) agencé avec une première portion d'échange thermique (21, 51) en contact thermique avec la chambre de combustion (10, 110, 210, 310) et une seconde portion d'échange thermique (22, 52) distincte de ladite première portion, configuré pour convertir l'énergie thermique provenant de la différence de température entre la première portion d'échange thermique (21, 51) et la seconde portion d'échange thermique (22, 52) en une énergie électrique, ledit convertisseur d'énergie (20, 50) étant raccordé pour actionner ledit premier moyen de ventilation forcée (13), et ledit convertisseur d'énergie (20, 50) comprenant une cellule à effet Seebeck (26) pour la conversion directe de la différence de température en puissance électrique ;
ledit procédé comprenant en outre les étapes :- d'activation d'un flux forcé de démarrage d'air de combustion dans ladite chambre de combustion ;- d'alimentation de combustible à l'intérieur de la chambre de combustion ;- de démarrage de la combustion de façon à créer une différence de température entre l'intérieur de la chambre de combustion et l'extérieur ;- de génération de puissance électrique via ledit convertisseur d'énergie ;- d'actionnement via ladite énergie dudit premier moyen de ventilation forcée générant un flux d'air de combustion à travers ladite chambre de combustion dans des conditions de mélange préétablies d'oxydation d'air et de combustible ;
le procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape de :- générer en outre un flux d'air de refroidissement forcé (15) au moyen dudit premier moyen de ventilation forcée (13) pour refroidir la seconde portion d'échange thermique (22, 52) du convertisseur d'énergie (20, 50).
