Claims (15)

  1. Freiarmgestell-Sonnenschirm (100), umfassend:

  5. Freiarmgestell-Sonnenschirm gemäß Anspruch 1-4, bei dem der Schaft in der ersten Position an der Rotation um eine aufrechte Achse gehindert wird und bei dem es dem Schaft in der zweiten Position erlaubt ist, um eine aufrechte Achse zu rotieren; und bei dem die Montagestruktur einen ersten Abschnitt (111) zur Sicherung des Freiarmgestell-Sonnenschirms an einer fixierten Struktur umfasst und der Schaft zwischen Enden der ersten und zweiten Elemente angeordnet ist, die am nächsten an dem ersten Abschnitt der Montagestruktur sind, und rotierbar an den ersten Abschnitt gekoppelt ist, um es der Schattenstruktur zu ermöglichen, um die aufrechte Achse bewegt zu werden.
  6. Freiarmgestell-Sonnenschirm gemäß Anspruch 1-5, der weiterhin eine Trägerstange (109) umfasst, die konfiguriert ist, um schwenkbar an einem Ende an dem Gehäuse gekoppelt zu sein und an einem entgegengesetzten Ende an einem mittleren Abschnitt des zweiten Elements gekoppelt zu sein.
  7. Freiarmgestell-Sonnenschirm gemäß Anspruch 1-6, bei dem der Trägerblock ein Eingreifelement (144) umfasst, das konfiguriert ist, um ein Druck-Eingreifen mit einer Stange (146) zu bilden, die sich zwischen zwei Seiten des Gehäuses erstreckt, um den Freiarmgestell-Sonnenschirm in der offenen Position zu halten.
  8. Freiarmgestell-Sonnenschirm gemäß Anspruch 1-7, bei dem der Schaft ein unteres Ende (132) umfasst, das konfiguriert ist, um an die Rotationsvorrichtung gekoppelt zu werden.
  9. Freiarmgestell-Sonnenschirm gemäß Anspruch 1-8, bei dem die Rotationsvorrichtung einen Griff (136) mit einem ersten Satz von Ritzelzähnen (129) umfasst, der konfiguriert ist, um einem zweiten Satz von Ritzelzähnen (127) zu entsprechen, wenn die Rotationsvorrichtung sich in der ersten Position befindet, um die Schattenstruktur an der Rotation um die aufrechte Achse zu hindern, wobei der zweite Satz von Ritzelzähnen an einem Gestell (142) befestigt ist, das den Schaft an dem ersten Abschnitt der Montagestruktur sichert.
  10. Freiarmgestell-Sonnenschirm gemäß Anspruch 1-9, bei dem eine Anwendung einer Abwärtskraft auf die Rotationsvorrichtung die Rotationsvorrichtung zur zweiten Position bewegt und einen ersten Satz Ritzelzähne (129) von einem zweiten Satz Ritzelzähne (127) löst.
  11. Freiarmgestell-Sonnenschirm gemäß Anspruch 9-10, bei dem der erste und der zweite Satz Ritzelzähne entsprechende Muster von Zähnen und Lücken umfasst, die konfiguriert sind, um einander zu entsprechen, wenn die Rotationsvorrichtung sich in der ersten Position befindet.
  12. Freiarmgestell-Sonnenschirm gemäß Anspruch 10, bei dem das Lösen der auf die Rotationsvorrichtung angewendete Abwärtskraft es der Rotationsvorrichtung ermöglicht, in die erste Position zurückzukehren.
  13. Freiarmgestell-Sonnenschirm gemäß Anspruch 2-4, bei dem die Verriegelungsvorrichtung einen Abschnitt umfasst, der konfiguriert ist, um von einem Benutzer gedrückt zu werden, um den Riegelbolzen weg von den Verriegelungsöffnungen zu bewegen.
  14. Freiarmgestell-Sonnenschirm gemäß Anspruch 1-7, bei dem die Verriegelungsvorrichtung eine erste Konfiguration für die Sicherung des Trägerblocks an dem Gehäuse, um den Freiarmgestell-Sonnenschirm in der offenen Position zu halten, und eine zweite Konfiguration, um es dem Freiarmgestell-Sonnenschirm zu ermöglichen, sich zwischen offenen und geschlossenen Positionen zu bewegen, umfasst.
  15. Freiarmgestell-Sonnenschirm gemäß Anspruch 1-14, bei dem die Rotationsvorrichtung (108) einen Griff (136) und einen Vorspannmechanismus (128) umfasst, wobei der Griff (136) konfiguriert ist, um beweglich an einem unteren Ende (132) des Schaftes (130) über den Vorspannmechanismus (128) gesichert zu sein, wobei der Schirm weiterhin einen Kanal (126) in dem unteren Ende (132) des Schaftes (130), einen Bolzen (124) und entsprechende erste und zweite Sätze von Eingreifstrukturen (129, 127) umfasst, wobei der Bolzen (124) innerhalb des Kanals (126), der es dem Griff (136) erlaubt, vertikal übertragbar zu sein, auf- und abwärts vertikal übertragbar ist.
