Claims (17)
- Système comprenant un cadre de retenue (1) constitué par des parties d'encadrement (2) reliées les unes aux autres, un élément de filtration (6) pouvant être bloqué à demeure dans ledit cadre, ainsi qu'au moins deux dispositifs d'assujettissement (8), chaque partie d'encadrement (2) étant au moins partiellement dotée d'une section transversale configurée en L, qui comporte une aile d'appui (3) et une aile latérale (4) faisant extérieurement corps avec cette dernière, le cadre de retenue (1) étant notamment de réalisation périphérique, et le profil extérieur de l'élément de filtration (6) étant réalisé de telle sorte que ledit élément de filtration (6) puisse être inséré amoviblement dans ledit cadre de retenue (1) et puisse être bloqué à demeure, par rapport audit cadre de retenue (1), au moyen des dispositifs d'assujettissement (8) au nombre minimal de deux, agencés avec répartition sur le pourtour dudit élément de filtration (6), sachant qu'au moins un dispositif d'assujettissement (8) inclut un élément d'assujettissement (15) offrant une réalisation élastique et/ou monté élastiquement, et pourvu d'une zone de contact (16), caractérisé par le fait que l'élément d'assujettissement (15) peut être déplacé provisoirement en opposition à sa force de rappel, en direction (flèche 17) de l'aile latérale (4) attenante, à partir de son emplacement de blocage à demeure dans lequel il assujettit l'élément de filtration (6) dans le cadre de retenue (1) en vue d'insérer ledit élément de filtration (6) dans ledit cadre de retenue (1) ou, respectivement, d'extraire ledit élément de filtration (6) hors dudit cadre de retenue (1), un retour automatique consécutif à son emplacement de blocage à demeure étant provoqué sous l'action de sa force de rappel.
- Système selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la distance comprise entre l'aile d'appui (3), d'une part, et la zone de contact (16) d'autre part, correspond au moins approximativement à l'épaisseur, en particulier exactement à l'épaisseur de l'élément de filtration (6) dans la région dudit élément de filtration (6) bloquée à demeure.
- Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un dispositif d'assujettissement (8) fait partie intégrante de l'aile latérale (4) proprement dite.
- Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un élément d'assujettissement (15) est réalisé en tant que région partielle de l'aile latérale (4) qui fait saillie, vers l'intérieur, par rapport à l'étendue globale de cette aile latérale (4).
- Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un dispositif d'assujettissement (8) est réalisé sous la forme d'une pièce structurelle distincte pouvant être fixée au cadre de retenue (1), notamment à la face intérieure d'au moins une aile latérale (4).
- Système selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le cadre de retenue (1) est intérieurement pourvu d'au moins une patte (9), de préférence de deux pattes (9) placées à distance l'une de l'autre, pointant l'une vers l'autre et dirigées vers l'intérieur, chaque patte (9) formant, avec la région attenante de l'aile latérale (4), une zone d'introduction (19) revêtant notamment la forme d'une fente ; et par le fait que le dispositif d'assujettissement (8) compte un nombre de zones de maintien (12) correspondant au nombre de pattes (9).
- Système selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que toutes les pattes (9) d'au moins un dispositif d'assujettissement (8) se trouvent sur une partie d'encadrement (2) du cadre de retenue (1).
- Système selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé par le fait que, dans le cas d'au moins un dispositif d'assujettissement (8), au moins une zone de maintien (12) est réalisée de manière à faire saillie latéralement au-delà de l'arête latérale (11) dudit dispositif d'assujettissement (8) en observant dans la direction d'introduction (10).
- Système selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que deux zones de maintien (12) sont prévues dans le cas d'au moins un dispositif d'assujettissement (8), une zone de maintien (12) respective étant située sur chacune des deux arêtes latérales (11) dudit dispositif d'assujettissement (8) qui sont orientées parallèlement à la direction d'introduction (10).
- Système selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que, dans le cas d'au moins un dispositif d'assujettissement (8), les deux zones de maintien (12) sont réalisées de manière à faire saillie latéralement au-delà de l'arête latérale (11) respective.
- Système selon l'une des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que les pattes (9) d'au moins un dispositif d'assujettissement (8) sont installées en coin sur l'une considérée (2) de deux parties d'encadrement (2) du cadre de retenue (1) qui sont adjacentes dans ce coin, sachant que l'une (12) des zones de maintien du dispositif d'assujettissement (8) correspondant est réalisée de manière à faire saillie latéralement au-delà de l'arête latérale (11) dudit dispositif d'assujettissement (8), en observant dans la direction d'introduction (10), l'autre zone de maintien (12) étant réalisée avec orientation vers l'avant, de telle sorte que les deux pattes (9) soient disposées en décrivant mutuellement un angle, en particulier un angle droit.
- Système selon l'une des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une patte (9) se trouve à la face intérieure de l'aile latérale (4).
- Système selon l'une des revendications 6 à 12, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une patte (9) est réalisée en tant que région partielle faisant saillie au-delà de l'aile latérale (4) et usinée, en particulier, par une opération de pliage.
- Système selon l'une des revendications 5 à 13, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif d'assujettissement (8), occupant son emplacement de montage, peut être rattaché au cadre de retenue (1) par une liaison encliquetable.

- Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un dispositif d'assujettissement (8) est pourvu d'au moins une protubérance de centrage (18) sur son côté tourné vers l'élément de filtration (6) à l'emplacement de blocage à demeure.
- Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'étanchéité de l'élément de filtration (6), par rapport au cadre de retenue (1), est assurée par une garniture d'étanchement (5), notamment par une garniture périphérique d'étanchement (5) disposée sur l'aile d'appui (3).
