  • a latch 25 thus extends from the central unit and is interposed, in the first angular arrangement, between the transverse band 13 and the protrusion 10 of the button 5 (as can be seen for example in Figure 4 ), in order to obstruct the rotation of the button 5 and of the handle 3; in the second angular arrangement (which is reachable via suitable rotation, for example through 90°, of the key inserted in the slit 24) the latch 25 is spaced (because it is in turn rotated by 90°) from the transverse band 13 and from the protrusion 10, in order to allow the free movement of the handle 3 and of the button 5.
