Abstract

La présente invention vise un cuiseur à induction (1) comprenant un redresseur en pont (3) qui convertit le courant alternatif en courant continu, un inducteur de ligne C.C. (4) et un condensateur de ligne C.C. (5) disposés à la sortie du redresseur en pont (3), un circuit résonant parallèle (8) doté d'une bobine d'induction (6) qui permet au récipient (K) placé sur celle-ci d'être chauffé par le champ magnétique qu'elle génère et un condensateur résonant (7) relié en parallèle à la bobine d'induction (6), un commutateur d'alimentation (9) qui actionne le circuit résonant parallèle (8), un nœud collecteur (10) sur lequel la tension résonante (Vce) est générée à la position ouverte du commutateur d'alimentation (9) pendant le temps de non conduction (Toff), une unité de commande (13) qui régule le fonctionnement du commutateur d'alimentation (9) et un circuit d'attaque (12) qui fournit la tension d'attaque (Vge) au commutateur d'alimentation (9) à actionner, la présence du récipient (K) sur la bobine d'induction (6) et ses caractéristiques étant détectées en cas de conditions variables dans la tension du courant alternatif secteur.
