Furthermore, the holding device should require little material and have a low overall weight. Furthermore, the holding device should enable safe storage or secure clamping, both of individual cards and / or notes and a large number of the same.
The solution of this task is carried out according to the features specified in
The holding device according to the invention is characterized by a simple construction and allows functional storage and / or bills, the insertion, as well as the removal thereof, is easily carried out. The housing is integrally formed and the clip is preferably integral therewith. The holding device is advantageously designed as a case and used for storage of cards, such as credit cards or check cards, especially in the usual so-called credit card size and banknotes, documents, notes or the like. By means of the clip or clips both the bills and the cards are clamped in the housing, with additional means for keeping the cards separately are not required. Further, the housing has two projecting from the ground and opposite side webs, between which the card or cards can be defined. If no cards or bills are arranged in the housing, the clamp or clamps extend at least approximately to the bottom of the housing. The bottom contains a recess through which the at least one elastic clip penetrates as long as there are no cards or bills in the holding device. The area above the floor and the webs is free and a top is not present, so that the clip extends to the bottom and can pass through the recess. When inserting a card and / or a ticket, the resilient clip is raised and biased, so that subsequently held due to the bias even a single card securely or clamped in the housing. The dimension of the recess is set so large that the card or cards can be easily moved with two fingers or thumbs so that the desired card is easily accessible and can be removed.
Furthermore, the recess has a significantly greater width than the clip or staples in such a way that on at least one side or in the region of the tip of the clip, a user can reach through with a finger, for example, to the applied by means of the clip or brackets on the cards To minimize biasing force and thus to be able to easily remove the desired card from the housing. Advantageously, said side bars on different heights such that bills or larger Maps as given by the distance of the side bars, such as business cards, can protrude beyond the shorter side bar and are nevertheless safely determined. In a particular embodiment of the invention, a lid is additionally provided, which is attached to one of said side bars or on a connecting web thereof and, if necessary, can also be replaced. Furthermore, the housing includes at least one indentation to facilitate the insertion or removal of cards and / or notes.

The
The
The bias is given due to the spring elasticity of the clip and also in a particularly advantageous manner via the connecting
Due to the asymmetrical design of the side walls or side bars 10, 12 can survive cards, especially business cards, as business cards are often by a predetermined amount of 1 mm or a few mm wider than credit cards. Furthermore, it is of particular advantage that the opposite corner of the supernatant and / or an inner corner has a very small radius, especially since production technology training without radius and / or radius is practically impossible. In order to accommodate wider cards, such as business cards, it requires the corner and / or the supernatant, which can be chosen for credit cards a tight tolerance in an advantageous manner, so that they do not fall out too easily. Thus, in particular business cards do not get dog-ears and the tolerance in the width of the holder or the case can be made smaller, since business cards, which are larger than credit cards, can survive. In addition, it should be particularly noted that in a preferred manner according to the invention cards can be inserted not only from one side, but, if necessary, from three sides in the holding device or the case.
The holding device according to the invention is designed as a frame, which has the two narrow lateral
