Definitions
- the invention relates to a vacuum cleaner, in particular a bagless vacuum cleaner.
- Bagless vacuum cleaners are known per se.
- a bagless vacuum cleaner is disclosed in which the dust collection device can be removed.
- the lid can be removed from the removed dust collecting device. The emptying takes place in this vacuum cleaner by simply dumping the removed dust collection device.
- Bagless vacuum cleaners which have a dust collecting device with dust collector.
- a removable coarse dirt separator is arranged, which is positioned by a holding devices in the interior of the coarse dirt separator.
- the invention raises the problem that emptying the dust-collecting device such bagless vacuum cleaner with central filter system is not yet optimally solved.
- the dust-collecting device in order to empty the dust-collecting container, the dust-collecting device is normally required to remove a lid from the dust-collecting container and then to empty the dust-collecting container by rotating through 180 °.
- This type of emptying the dust collected in the dust collector sometimes dusted on. This is unpleasant for the user and also unhygienic.
- the dust collection container for the purpose of separating coarse and fine dust circulating horizontal Grobschmutzabscheiderkragen.
- This Grobschmutzabscheiderkragen is connected to the ab includingden cover. Because there are usually dirt particles on the coarse dirt separator collar, they fall down uncontrollably when removing the lid from the dust collector. Even with a bagless vacuum cleaner in which the bottom of the dust collector can be opened to dispose of fine dust collected there remains with the circulating Grobschmutzabscheiderkagen deposited dirt above the collar. The coarse dirt separator collar would have to be removed separately by hand. Again, there is again the situation that uncontrolled dust can fall off the collar. This is unpleasant and unhygienic. In addition, the handling of Grobschmutzabscheiderkragens is relatively expensive.
- a vacuum cleaner having the features of patent claim 1. It is provided in a vacuum cleaner, in particular in a bagless vacuum cleaner, with a dust collection device comprising a dust collector with a dust collector on a first page final cover and a dust collector on a second side final and pivotable to open the dust collector bottom flap that in Inside the dust collector a coarse dirt separator is located, which is vertically movable on a guide.
- the vertical mobility of the coarse dirt separator on a dedicated guide allows the coarse debris out controlled from the interior of the dust collector so that it is then accessible for cleaning and deposited on the coarse dirt separator collar deposited dirt can fall down.
- An embodiment of the vacuum cleaner in particular the bagless vacuum cleaner with which this method is particularly easy to implement, is characterized in that the vertical movement of the coarse dirt separator is triggered by a user-initiated opening of the bottom flap and that the opening of the bottom flap by an actuation a located on the outside of the lid opening button is triggered.
- the advantage of this method arises especially from the fact that the user can trigger the emptying of the dust collector particularly simple and uncomplicated by only the opening button is pressed.
- the actuation of the opening button causes the opening of the bottom-side flap and the opening of the bottom-side flap in turn causes the Coarse dirt separator controlled by its guide emerges from the interior of the dust collection container.
- the user can thus trigger the emptying of the dust collector with just a touch of a button. Further intervention by the user, especially previously required interventions that bring the user in contact with the collected dirt are not required.
- the vertical mobility of the coarse dirt separator when the bottom flap is opened causes the coarse dirt separator to slide out of the interior of the dust collecting container only under the influence of gravity.
- the sliding out of the coarse dirt from the interior of the dust collection container thus begins directly with the opening of the bottom flap and only under gravity, so that the user does not have to activate the sliding out of coarse dirt separator separately and also no complex kinematics is required to accomplish such a slide out.
- the vertical movement of the coarse dirt separator enabling guide is formed by a plurality of vertically oriented and slotted in the longitudinal direction carrier, in each of which slots a Grobschmutzscheider formed or molded nose engages.
- the orientation of the carrier that is, its vertical orientation parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical dust collecting container, determines the direction in which the coarse dirt separator is movable on the guide. In accordance with this orientation, the coarse dirt separator is thus movable even along the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical dust collection container.
- the carrier or at least individual carriers are slotted in the longitudinal direction and in these slots each engages a Grobschmutzabscheider formed or molded there in otherwise suitable manner nose, the defined vertical mobility of Grobschmutzabscheiders results due to the movement of the lugs in the respective Slot.
- the friction occurring when sliding out the coarse dirt separator from the dust collecting container between the lugs and the respective adjacent surface sections of the longitudinal slots causes the coarse dirt separator to slide out of the dust collection container only comparatively slowly.
- the dimensions of the lugs and the width of the longitudinal slots in the carriers of the guide are suitably matched to each other.
- a non-slotted support of U-shaped shutters or the like is partially embraced laterally.
- the coarse dirt separator can only slide out of the dust collector until the lugs engage the ring acting as a stop for the vertical mobility of the coarse dirt separator bump.
- the coarse dirt separator can thus not be completely detached from the dust collection container, so that the coarse dirt separator can be easily moved back into the dust collection container, namely, for example, by simply turning over the dust collection container, so that the coarse dirt separator is again set in motion only under the influence of gravity and this time slides back into the interior of the dust collector.
- the coarse dirt separator has a beveled collar to the outer edge, which can also be referred to as Grobschmutzabscheiderkragen.
- the advantage of this embodiment is that when sliding out of the coarse dirt from the dust collector on the Grobschmutzabscheiderkragen lying dirt can fall directly as soon as the Grobschmutzabscheiderkragen is outside the dust collector. An otherwise Any necessary shaking the dust collector is thus usually unnecessary.
- a central filter positioned centrally in the dust collecting container is provided, which can be detached from the vacuum cleaner with a central filter grip accessible on the outside of the vacuum cleaner.
- the central filter with an externally accessible handle from the vacuum cleaner is solvable, eliminates the previously often given need for the user to reach into the dust collector to have to solve in this way the central filter for cleaning.
- the solubility of the central filter by means of an operation performed on the outside of the dust collector operation, here the operation of the central filter handle is much easier for the user and also requires no contact with dirt-laden or potentially dirt-laden parts inside the dust collector, so that the cleaning of the central filter for the user is easy and hygienic feasible
- the central filter handle is aligned with the attached in the dust collector central filter with the opening button bearing rigid handle portion.
- the central filter handle thus forms together with the rigid handle portion a handle for handling the dust collecting device.
- both the central filter handle as well as the rigid handle portion each fulfill a dual function by the central filter handle for removing the central filter and the central filter used to handle the dust collector is used and by the rigid handle portion as mounting location for the opening button and during the handling of the vacuum cleaner during suction also acts as a vacuum cleaner handle or at least as a portion of such a vacuum cleaner handle.
- Fig. 1 1 shows an embodiment of the dust collecting device 10 according to the invention, which is located in the vacuum cleaner 1 (FIG. FIG. 9 ) is arranged.
- the dust collecting device 10 comprises a cylindrical dust collecting container 12, a lid 14 and a bottom flap (bottom flap) 16.
- the wall of the dust collecting container 12 is normally transparent, partially transparent or semi-transparent and made of suitable materials.
- the lid 14 is shown in the state attached to the dust-collecting container 12 and connected to the dust-collecting container 12, for example, by means of a bayonet catch or the like.
- the bottom flap 16 is shown in a closed configuration.
- a central cylindrical filter 18 is centrally positioned.
- a coarse dirt separator 22 surrounds the central filter 18 in the interior of the dust collecting container 12.
- the coarse dirt separator 22 at its lower end, which is maximally remote from the cover 14, often also briefly below as a collar 24 designated Grobschmutzabscheiderkragen on.
- the coarse dirt separator 22 comprises a plurality of equidistantly spaced struts 26, which at their lower end carry the collar 24 protruding beyond a circumferential line defined by the position of the struts 26. Between the struts 26 or behind the struts 26 is not shown in the drawings filter grid of Grobschmutzabscheiders 22. Between an outer edge of the collar 24 and the inner surface of the dust collector 12 remains a gap through which dust and coarse dirt fall to the bottom of the dust collector 12 can. Below the collar 24 includes a reaching to the bottom flap 16 hollow cylinder section 28 at ..
- an opening button 30, which is positioned on the outside of the cover 14, is provided which is located on a separate grip section 32 that is independent of the central filter handle 20.
- the central filter handle 20 and the handle portion 32 with the opening button 30 are shaped so that both handle parts 20, 32 merge into one another without edge into a central filter 18 inserted in the dust collecting device 10 and together form a handle for handling the vacuum cleaner 1 and the dust collecting device 10.
- the central filter handle 20 is an integral part of a filter medium receiving support structure of the central filter 18.
- the central filter 18 is lockably connected to the lid 14 and in the locked position of the central filter handle 20 is aligned with the rigidly aligned handle portion 32, so that there is the described edge-free transition.
- the bottom of the dust collecting container 12 can be opened by opening the bottom flap 16, as shown in the illustration in FIG Fig. 2 is shown.
- a simple mechanism for example, a lever mechanism, not shown here, which, for example, located on the bottom flap 16 and behind a formed on the inside of the dust collector 12 locking lug detent detent releases from the catch.
- the bottom flap 16 is hinged in a suitable manner to the dust collecting container 12.
- the opening of the dust collection container 12 is used for emptying of dust collected in the dust collector 12 and other dirt particles.
- the dust and dirt particles are collectively referred to as dirt 34 below.
- Such dirt 34 collects during operation of the vacuum cleaner 1 on the one hand on the collar 24 and the other on the bottom of the dust collection container 12, so on the surface of the bottom flap 16.
- the dirt 34 which in the representation in Fig.
- the representation in Fig. 3 shows the disposal of dirt 34 on the collar 24 of the coarse dirt separator 22.
- the coarse dirt separator 22 is mounted in the interior of the dust collection container 12 on a guide 36.
- a guide 36 function in the illustrated embodiment, three slotted in the longitudinal direction carrier, in each of whose slots a formed on the inner surface of the coarse dirt separator 22 nose 38 engages.
- the lugs 38 are located on a ring formed on an upper side of the coarse dirt separator 22, from which the struts 26 go out.
- the lugs 38 engage positively in the slots in the guide 36 and are there under frictional engagement.
- the coarse dirt separator 22 is thus vertically guided in the guide 36 at several points - here three points.
- the user can prevent, for example, coarse dirt particles retained on the collar 24 from falling into the already disposed fine dust and thus undesirably dusting up the dust Fine dust lead.
- the falling of the dirt 34 from the collar 24 is supported by the course of the movement of the coarse dirt separator 22 in the guide 36.
- the inertia of the previously moved when sliding down the Grobschmutzabscheiders 22 mass in the user-held by hand vacuum cleaner 10 to a jerky movement leading to a Dropping the dirt 34 from the collar 24 leads.
- the falling off of the dirt from the collar 24 is further assisted by the fact that the collar 24 is chamfered towards the outer edge, that is to say the collar 24 is slightly conical overall.
- the dirt 24 can easily and already fall during the downward sliding of the coarse dirt separator 22 in the guide 36 from the collar 24, namely at least as soon as the collar 24 emerges from the interior of the dust collection container 12.
- the jerk described above, at the end of the downward movement of the coarse dirt separator 22, can assist the falling of the debris 34 from the collar 24 in a particular manner.
- any remaining dirt on the filter grid of the coarse dirt separator 22 can be easily removed, for example, by tapping or the like.
- the interior of the dust collector 12 is after these simple steps that can be performed by the user with one hand (the user holds the dust collector 10 on the handle 20, 32 and operated with the same hand the opening button 30, whereupon the processes described above, ie the Opening the bottom flap 16 and the downward sliding of the coarse dirt separator 22, result), freed from previously trapped dirt 34 or at least substantially freed.
- the user turns over the dust collecting device 10 so that the lower edge of the dust collecting container 12, which has been pointing downwards when emptying, now faces upwards with the bottom flap 16 attached there, as shown in FIG Fig. 4 is shown.
- the coarse dirt separator 22 in the guide 36 slides downwards and thus back into the interior of the dust collecting container 12. This is shown in FIG Fig. 5 shown. Subsequently, the bottom flap 16 can be closed.
- a basic cleaning of the dust collecting device 10 Such a basic cleaning is useful to the suction power of the vacuum cleaner 1 (FIG. FIG. 9 ) to maintain a high level of quality over a long period of time.
- the central filter 18 is washed out at regular intervals.
- such a basic cleaning normally includes rinsing out the dust collecting container 12 and / or rinsing off the coarse dirt separator 22.
- FIG. 6 a snapshot when removing the central filter 18 from the dust collection device 10. To remove the central filter 18 is this as shown, pulled vertically upwards from the dust collector 12. For example, a locking device holding the central filter 18 in the dust collecting container 12 is released or a frictional connection is separated, for instance by the central filter 18 having a sectionally enlarged radius at the upper end of the cylindrical section and at this enlarged radius in the interior of the dust collecting container 12 a, for example, a sealing collar bears against a circumferential collar on the underside of the cover 14.
- the removal of the central filter 18 may - as in Fig. 6 shown - done with open bottom flap 16 and lowered coarse dirt separator 22, but just as closed bottom flap 16 and accordingly in the dust collector 12 befindlichem coarse dirt separator 22.
- Fig. 7 shows in addition the remote from the dust collecting device 10 central filter 18, the user can handle the central filter handle 20 simple and hygienic and thus both knock as well as can hold under a jet of water. Especially the cleaning under running water (in the illustration in Fig. 7 indicated by the downwardly facing block arrow) ensures adequate cleaning of the central filter 18 and thus ensures the suction power of the vacuum cleaner 1.
- Fig. 8 finally shows the dust collector 12 with removed central filter 18 and opened bottom flap 16.
- the dust collecting container 12 is also a cleaning under running water into consideration and also here this is indicated by the downwardly facing block arrow. Even with such a cleaning, the user can keep the dust collecting container 12 together with the coarse dirt separator 24 on the rigid grip portion 32 and / or on the outer surface of the dust collection container 12 in a simple and hygienic manner.
- Fig. 9 shows a schematic representation of a vacuum cleaner 1 with removable dust collection device 10.
- the dust collection device 10 is fluidically disposed between the intake port 2 and fan 4.
- air laden with dirt 34 passes through the suction opening 2 by means of the negative pressure generated by the blower 4 into the dust collecting device 10.
- the flow of the dust collecting device 10 is advantageously from the side.
- the air circulates around the centrally located in the dust collector 12 central filter 18, wherein coarse dirt is deposited on the coarse dirt and collects under the beveled collar 24, ie in the region between the collar 24 and the flap 16. Subsequently, the air is cleaned by the central filter 18 of particulate matter and preferably discharged laterally or downwardly from the dust collection device 10.
- the cleaned by the dust collecting air passes through air ducts 3 via the blower 4 to the exhaust port 5, where there is another filter, a so-called hygiene filter.
- This hygiene filter removes the last allergenic substances from the air, which could not yet be separated by the dust collecting device 10. It is also shown that the separation device 10 can be removed from the vacuum cleaner 1 on the handle 20, 32. The already described opening button 30 on the handle portion 32 can be seen. Furthermore, it is shown that the vacuum cleaner 1 has rollers 6, so that the user can easily move the vacuum cleaner in use.
- Specified is a vacuum cleaner 1, in particular a bagless vacuum cleaner, in which the dust collection device 10 is particularly easy and easy to clean by the user and the dust collector 12 is particularly easy and on a user-friendly as well as hygienic Emptying fashion.
- the dust collecting device 10 has on a lower side of the dust collecting container a pivotable bottom flap 16 and a coarse dirt separator 22 which is vertically movable on a guide 36 provided in the interior of the dust collecting container 12.
- the pivotable bottom flap 16 allows disposal of dirt 34, which has been deposited in the bottom region of the dust collection container 12.
- the vertical mobility of the coarse dirt separator 22 allows disposal of dirt 34, which was retained by the coarse dirt separator 22 and therefore does not reach the bottom of the dust collection container 12.
Description
The invention relates to a vacuum cleaner, in particular a bagless vacuum cleaner.
The invention raises the problem that emptying the dust-collecting device such bagless vacuum cleaner with central filter system is not yet optimally solved. Heretofore, in order to empty the dust-collecting container, the dust-collecting device is normally required to remove a lid from the dust-collecting container and then to empty the dust-collecting container by rotating through 180 °. By this type of emptying the dust collected in the dust collector sometimes dusted on. This is unpleasant for the user and also unhygienic.
Furthermore, there is provided in the dust collection container for the purpose of separating coarse and fine dust circulating horizontal Grobschmutzabscheiderkragen. This Grobschmutzabscheiderkragen is connected to the abzunehmenden cover. Although it is necessary to periodically clean the bagless vacuum cleaner in order to maintain its suction power, it is up to date from this situation assume that the user does not perform the cleaning of the dust collecting device as often as would be required. This not only leads to a decreasing suction of the bagless vacuum cleaner, but can also provide in view of the then remaining for a long time in the dust collector dirt in unhygienic conditions.
According to the invention, the problem of simplifying emptying of the dust collecting container in vacuum cleaners is solved by a vacuum cleaner having the features of
The vertical mobility of the coarse dirt separator on a dedicated guide allows the coarse debris out controlled from the interior of the dust collector so that it is then accessible for cleaning and deposited on the coarse dirt separator collar deposited dirt can fall down.
The above problem is also solved with a method of using such a vacuum cleaner or a bagless vacuum cleaner as described below, wherein for cleaning the dust collecting container of the dust collecting device, an opening button accessible on the outside of the dust collecting device is operated leading to an opening of the bottom lid, whereupon the coarse dirt collector moving vertically on its guide moves downwards and slides out of the interior of the dust collecting container.
An embodiment of the vacuum cleaner, in particular the bagless vacuum cleaner with which this method is particularly easy to implement, is characterized in that the vertical movement of the coarse dirt separator is triggered by a user-initiated opening of the bottom flap and that the opening of the bottom flap by an actuation a located on the outside of the lid opening button is triggered.
The advantage of this method arises especially from the fact that the user can trigger the emptying of the dust collector particularly simple and uncomplicated by only the opening button is pressed. The actuation of the opening button causes the opening of the bottom-side flap and the opening of the bottom-side flap in turn causes the Coarse dirt separator controlled by its guide emerges from the interior of the dust collection container. The user can thus trigger the emptying of the dust collector with just a touch of a button. Further intervention by the user, especially previously required interventions that bring the user in contact with the collected dirt are not required.
Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention will become apparent from the following subclaims. Here used backlinks indicate the further development of the subject of the main claim by the features of the respective subclaim. They should not be construed as a waiver of obtaining independent, objective protection for the feature combinations of the dependent claims. Furthermore, with a view to an interpretation of the claims in a closer specification of a feature in a subordinate claim, it is to be assumed that such a restriction does not exist in the respective preceding claims.
If the coarse dirt separator is supported with the bottom flap closed on its surface facing the interior of the dust collection container, a particularly simple operative relationship results between the position of the pivotable bottom flap and the position of the coarse dirt separator in the dust collection container. Namely, when the coarse dirt separator is supported on the surface of the bottom flap, this support function is eliminated as soon as the bottom flap is opened. Thus, immediately after the opening of the bottom flap of the coarse dirt on its leadership emerge from the dust collector.
In a particular embodiment of such a vacuum cleaner, it is provided that the vertical mobility of the coarse dirt separator when the bottom flap is opened causes the coarse dirt separator to slide out of the interior of the dust collecting container only under the influence of gravity. The sliding out of the coarse dirt from the interior of the dust collection container thus begins directly with the opening of the bottom flap and only under gravity, so that the user does not have to activate the sliding out of coarse dirt separator separately and also no complex kinematics is required to accomplish such a slide out.
If the vertical movement of the coarse dirt separator is triggered by a user-initiated opening of the bottom flap and the opening of the bottom flap is again triggered by actuation of an outside of the lid opening button, the emptying of the dust collector by a simple operation of the opening button and thus by a single Button press of the user are triggered.
In one embodiment of the vacuum cleaner, the vertical movement of the coarse dirt separator enabling guide is formed by a plurality of vertically oriented and slotted in the longitudinal direction carrier, in each of which slots a Grobschmutzscheider formed or molded nose engages. The orientation of the carrier, that is, its vertical orientation parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical dust collecting container, determines the direction in which the coarse dirt separator is movable on the guide. In accordance with this orientation, the coarse dirt separator is thus movable even along the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical dust collection container. By the carrier or at least individual carriers are slotted in the longitudinal direction and in these slots each engages a Grobschmutzabscheider formed or molded there in otherwise suitable manner nose, the defined vertical mobility of Grobschmutzabscheiders results due to the movement of the lugs in the respective Slot. The friction occurring when sliding out the coarse dirt separator from the dust collecting container between the lugs and the respective adjacent surface sections of the longitudinal slots causes the coarse dirt separator to slide out of the dust collection container only comparatively slowly. The dimensions of the lugs and the width of the longitudinal slots in the carriers of the guide are suitably matched to each other. As an alternative to guided in such slots noses is also a variant into consideration, in which a non-slotted support of U-shaped shutters or the like is partially embraced laterally.
In one embodiment of the vacuum cleaner in which the guide terminates in a circumferential ring defining the slots in the carriers, the coarse dirt separator can only slide out of the dust collector until the lugs engage the ring acting as a stop for the vertical mobility of the coarse dirt separator bump. The coarse dirt separator can thus not be completely detached from the dust collection container, so that the coarse dirt separator can be easily moved back into the dust collection container, namely, for example, by simply turning over the dust collection container, so that the coarse dirt separator is again set in motion only under the influence of gravity and this time slides back into the interior of the dust collector.
In a further embodiment of the vacuum cleaner, the coarse dirt separator has a beveled collar to the outer edge, which can also be referred to as Grobschmutzabscheiderkragen. The advantage of this embodiment is that when sliding out of the coarse dirt from the dust collector on the Grobschmutzabscheiderkragen lying dirt can fall directly as soon as the Grobschmutzabscheiderkragen is outside the dust collector. An otherwise Any necessary shaking the dust collector is thus usually unnecessary.
By the central filter with an externally accessible handle from the vacuum cleaner is solvable, eliminates the previously often given need for the user to reach into the dust collector to have to solve in this way the central filter for cleaning. The solubility of the central filter by means of an operation performed on the outside of the dust collector operation, here the operation of the central filter handle, is much easier for the user and also requires no contact with dirt-laden or potentially dirt-laden parts inside the dust collector, so that the cleaning of the central filter for the user is easy and hygienic feasible
In one embodiment of the vacuum cleaner, in which the central filter in the manner described with an externally accessible central filter handle can be removed, it is provided that the central filter handle is aligned with the attached in the dust collector central filter with the opening button bearing rigid handle portion. The central filter handle thus forms together with the rigid handle portion a handle for handling the dust collecting device. On the outer surface of the vacuum cleaner are thus only the essential elements. In addition, both the central filter handle as well as the rigid handle portion each fulfill a dual function by the central filter handle for removing the central filter and the central filter used to handle the dust collector is used and by the rigid handle portion as mounting location for the opening button and during the handling of the vacuum cleaner during suction also acts as a vacuum cleaner handle or at least as a portion of such a vacuum cleaner handle.

In the interior of the
To open the

The falling of the

Individual foreground aspects of the description presented here can thus be summarized as follows: Specified is a
