    - authorising a vehicle (1) to bypass the blocked roadway by means of a control centre (61),
    - repeatedly ascertaining position data of the authorised vehicle bypassing the blocked roadway by means of a position determining device (21, 22),
    - ascertaining data of a bypass route from the ascertained position data by means of a computing device (22) of the position determining device (21, 22) or by means of a computing device (11) of the control centre (61),
    - storing the data of the bypass route in a memory (11a) which is associated with the control centre (61) and
    - transmitting authorisation data of vehicles (1) to use the blocked roadway which applies to the blocked roadway and which is stored in the memory (11a) to the bypass route.
  2. Method according to claim 1,
    characterised in that
    the control centre (61) is informed about the blocked roadway by means of a radio telephone.
  3. Method according to claim 1,
    characterised in that
    the control centre (61) identifies the blocked roadway using the successive transmission of unaltered position data of a vehicle causing the blocked roadway.
  4. Method according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the control centre (61) transmits information about the bypass route to those vehicles to which authorisation has been given relative to the bypass route.
  5. Method according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the control centre (61) prevents an alarm from being triggered when authorised vehicles drive along the bypass route while the roadway is blocked.
  6. Device for establishing an alternate route in the event of a blocked roadway in a monitored region,
    - wherein the device has a control centre (61), a computing device (11) associated with the control centre and a communication device (12) associated with the control centre and at least one vehicle (1),
    - wherein the control centre (61) is configured such that, when information is received about the blocked roadway, said control centre authorises a vehicle (1) to bypass the blocked roadway,

    - wherein either the position determining device (21, 22) of the vehicle (1) ascertains data of a bypass route for the blocked roadway from the ascertained position data or the ascertained position data is transported to a computing device (11) of the control centre (61) and the computing device (11) ascertains the bypass route for the blocked roadway,
    - wherein the control centre (61) stores data of an ascertained bypass route in a memory (11a) and transmits authorisation data of vehicles (1) for use of the blocked roadway which applies to the blocked roadway and which is stored in the memory (11a) to the bypass route.
