Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Mischvorrichtung (1) für Zweikomponentenkartuschen oder ähnliche Behälter mit zwei unterschiedlichen Komponenten. Die Mischvorrichtung (1) besteht aus einem inneren Zuführkanal (3) für die erste Komponente, wobei der innere Zuführkanal eine Achse (4) definiert. Ferner hat die Mischvorrichtung einen äußeren Zuführkanal (5) für die zweite Komponente, wobei der äußere Zuführkanal den inneren Zuführkanal (3) koaxial umschließt. Die Mischvorrichtung verfügt über eine erste Mischzone (6), wobei der äußere Zuführkanal (5) in die erste Mischzone mündet, wobei ferner der innere Zuführkanal (3) über zumindest einen Auslass mit einer Auslassöffnung (7) ebenfalls in die erste Mischzone (6) mündet, und wobei der Auslass über eine Umlenkvorrichtung zur Umlenkung der ersten Komponente radial nach Außen verfügt. Außerdem verfügt die Mischvorrichtung über ein Mischrohr mit einer zweiten Mischzone (8), die stromab auf die erste Mischzone (6) folgt, wobei in dem Mischrohr im Bereich der zweiten Mischzone mehrere axial aufeinanderfolgende Mischelemente (9) angeordnet sind. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die erste Mischzone (6) als Ringkammer ausgebildet ist, wobei die Auslassöffnung (7) des Auslasses parallel zur Achse (4) der Zuführkanäle (3, 5) ausgerichtet und in einer inneren Wand der Ringkammer ausgebildet ist. In addition, the mixing device has a mixing tube with a second mixing zone (8) downstream of the first mixing zone (6), wherein in the mixing tube in the region of the second mixing zone a plurality of axially successive mixing elements (9) are arranged. According to the invention, it is provided that the first mixing zone (6) is designed as an annular chamber, wherein the outlet opening (7) of the outlet parallel to the axis (4) of the feed channels (3, 5) aligned and formed in an inner wall of the annular chamber.
