  1. Hinge assembly (16) for the joint of a rear swinging door (13) of a motor vehicle (10) on a rear vertical post (14) of a body structure of said vehicle (10), said hinge assembly comprising a first hinge part (18) which is suitable to be fixed on the door (13) and a second hinge part (20) which is suitable to be fixed on the rear post (14), said second hinge part (20) being fixed by means of screws (22) which pass successively, from outside to inside, through said second hinge part (20), bores (23) of a wall (24) of the rear post (14), bores (25) of a reinforcement plate (26) of the assembly (16) and at least three captive nuts (32a, 32b, 32c) of the assembly (16), each of which is received in a plate and at least two of which are integral together,
    characterized in that said hinge assembly includes a fixing assembly (32) which comprises a first plate (46), which receives a first of said captive nuts (32a) which is intended to receive a first of said screws (22a) which has to be mounted and tightened prior to the other of said screws (22b, 22c), and a second plate (50) which is independent of the first plate (46) and receives second of said captive nuts (32b, 32c) which are intended to receive the other screws (22b, 22c), in order to avoid misalignment of said second nuts (32b, 32c) with the bores (23) of the wall (24) of the rear post (14) and the bores (25) of the reinforcement plate (26) after the first screw (22a) has been tightened in the first nut (32a) the hinge assembly (16) including a retaining plate (30) which is suitable to be immobilized with respect to the body structure of the vehicle and to cooperate with the first and second plates (46, 50) of the fixing assembly (32) in order to stop the first and second captive nuts (32a, 32b, 32c) rotating
    the retaining plate (30) comprising a folded sheet metal part (33) which includes a wall (35) including an outer face (31) against which the support faces (53, 55) of the walls (52, 54) of the first and second plates (46, 50) are immobilized,
    first and second captive nuts (22a, 22b, 22c) projecting from the support faces (53, 55) of the first and second plates, the wall (35) of the retaining plate (30) including cutouts which are suitable (40, 42, 44) for receiving said captive nuts (32a, 32b, 32c) and in that a second wall (54) of the second plate includes a concave cutout (58) which is complementary to a convex cutout (60) of a first wall (52) of the first plate which is suitable to ensure the plates (46, 50) are placed into their relative positions.
  2. Hinge assembly according to Claim 1, characterized in that the reinforcement plate (26) includes at least one wing (34) which is intended to correspond in shape inside to a wall (36) of the rear post (14) of the body structure which is oriented in the extension of a lateral wall (37) of the vehicle (10) and in that the folded sheet metal part (33) includes at least one wing (38) which is intended to correspond in shape inside to the wing (34) of the reinforcement plate (26).
  3. Hinge assembly according to Claim 2, characterized in that the first and second captive nuts (32a, 32b, 32c) emerge into the respective free faces (48, 56) of the first and second walls (52, 54).
  4. Hinge assembly according to Claim 3, characterized in that said second and third captive nuts (32b, 32c) emerge into a free face (56) of the second wall (54).
  5. Hinge assembly according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first plate (46) includes two extensions (62, 64) which extend on both sides of a side (66) of said plate opposite its convex cutout (60) and which include a common rectilinear edge (68), and in that the retaining plate (30) includes a protruding lug (70) which is arranged in the immediate proximity of the common rectilinear edge (68) and two protruding lugs (72, 74) which are arranged in the immediate proximity of each of the opposite edges (76, 78) of the extensions (62, 64), in order to immobilize the first plate (46) with respect to the retaining plate, notably when the associated screw (22) is tightened.
  6. Hinge assembly according to Claim 5, characterized in that each protruding lug (70, 72, 74) is formed by cutting out the retaining plate (30) and folding it along a direction perpendicular to the plane of the retaining plate (30).
  7. Hinge assembly according to one of Claims 5 or 6, characterized in that each protruding lug (70, 72, 74) is formed during the realization of a cutout (40, 42, 44) in the plate (30) and is folded at the edge of the same.
