La valve doseuse 20 peut être quelconque et ne sera donc pas décrite plus en détail ci-après. Cette valve doseuse peut notamment comporter un corps de valve dans lequel coulisse une soupape. Ce corps de valve vient avantageusement se fixer dans une partie de réception 1 1 de l'élément de fixation 10 qui peut être prévue pour recevoir et maintenir fixement le corps de valve, en particulier par encliquetage ou sertissage. L'élément de fixation 10 comporte également une partie de fixation 12 pour se fixer audit col 31 du récipient 30, ladite partie de fixation 12 pouvant comporter des moyens de sertissage, d'encliquetage ou de vissage ou tout autre moyen connu. Dans l'exemple représenté sur la figure 1 , il s'agit de moyens de sertissage. L'élément de fixation 10 comporte en outre une partie de compression, formée de préférence par une paroi radiale 13 reliant la partie de réception 1 1 à la partie de fixation 12, et qui est destinée après assemblage à comprimer le joint de col 1 sur le col 31 du récipient pour assurer l'étanchéité à cet endroit. Les figures 1 et 2 montrent un col 31 de récipient 30 classique pour des dispositifs contenant un gaz propulseur, avec le bord supérieur de forme courbée qui définit à son extrémité une arête 32 en contact avec ledit joint de col. Cette arête 32, qui peut être vive, génère des premières contraintes élevées dans le joint de col pendant et après l'assemblage, ce qui peut provoquer un risque de découpe du joint de col 1 . Au contraire, le bord opposé du joint du joint de col 1 est lui en contact avec une paroi radiale 13 plane de l'élément de fixation 10, ce qui génère seulement de faibles contraintes sur le joint, générant ainsi un risque de fuite. Ainsi, avec des cols de récipient courbés comme représentés sur les figures, en cas de trop forte pression lors du sertissage, ce ne sera pas le joint de col qui sera découpé mais le col du récipient qui pourra se déformer, sans risque de perte d'étanchéité. Il est à noter qu'en variante, le ou les profils saillants 17 pourraient aussi être disposé(s) radialement à l'intérieur de l'arête 32 du col 31 . La fabrication de l'élément de fixation 10 tel que représenté sur les figures 3 et 4 est particulièrement simple. Ainsi, dans le cas d'une capsule métallique, celle-ci peut d'abord être réalisée de manière classique avec une paroi radiale 13 plane, puis cette paroi radiale peut être déformée, par exemple par une déformation de matière telle que l'emboutissage, pour former le ou les profils saillants 17.
