With elimination of the pressure load acting on the head piece by the user, the latter is displaced back to the starting position according to the previously constructed return spring force of the return spring member. From the US 4,336,895 For example, a dispenser is known in which, for mass dispensing, the user actuates a lever which is displaceably provided on the headpiece and which tensions a return spring element provided in the head piece according to buckling thereof.

Zum Stand der Technik ist weiter auf die DE 10 2008 029 004 A1 , die EP 11234736 A1 und die WO 2006/031110 A1 zu verweisen.The state of the art is further on the DE 10 2008 029 004 A1 , the EP 11234736 A1 and the WO 2006/031110 A1 to refer.

Based on the cited prior art, the invention is concerned with the task of specifying a dispenser for pasty masses, which can be produced in a favorable manner with an advantageous function of the return spring member.

This object is achieved in the subject matter of claim 1, wherein it is pointed out that the central portion of the resilient return spring member collapses into the portioning chamber of the head piece, wherein the return spring member of a curly S-shape merges into the shape of two oppositely standing U-sections and the two End portions are clamped on the head piece and on an upper tube piece of the mass housing. According to the proposed embodiment, the return spring member, which buckles in the course of a preferred downward movement of the head piece, acts favorably on the mass pre-portioned in the portioning chamber for dispensing. By folding at least the central portion of the resilient return spring member in the Portionierungskammer the output of the mass from the portioning chamber is preferably supported by the mouthpiece. In this case, preferably with respect to a vertical section through the return spring member, the wall of the return spring member from a curved in the unloaded head piece position S-shape in preferably fully loaded headpiece position, ie preferably fully lowered headpiece position in a double, oppositely directed U-shape over, more preferred At least the middle section, moreover, preferably at least one adjoining U-section in the portioning chamber, acting on the mass, immersed. Here, in particular in a further preferred rotary embodiment of the return spring member with respect to a vertical section through the return spring member, a radially outer end portion thereof on the head piece and a radially inner end portion on an upper piece of pipe Mass housing determined, in particular according to clamping. The clamping is correspondingly preferably reached in the region of the in a vertical section in the loaded position of each other repellent U-legs of the oppositely directed U-sections. The stülpbalgartige return spring member in this case preferably with respect to a vertical section through the return spring member in a relaxed solo position, ie in not built into the dispenser position, a curly S-wall shape. In an alternative embodiment, the curly S-shape of the return spring member wall is reached in the installed state, more preferably according to appropriate clamping between the head and the mass housing, so that even in an unloaded initial position of the head at least a small restoring force of the return spring member acts on the head.

It is preferable that the outer end portion of the return spring member folded from the S-shape continues in an occlusion port for a discharge port between the tip-side portioning chamber and the discharge mouth to form an exhaust valve. Accordingly, the closure tongue preferably represents a partial vertical extension viewed at least before the return spring element is inserted into the dispenser Preferably, in this respect, the closure tongue is further material-tapered relative to at least the outer end portion of the return spring member so as to offer a favorable bendability of the closure tongue in a release position upon actuation of the dispenser.

The outlet valve acts, preferably protruding with the closure tongue into the mouthpiece channel, together with an outlet opening of the portioning chamber, with the closure tongue in the closure position more preferably lying flat on a headpiece surface surrounding the dispensing opening. It is preferred in this regard that the outlet valve or the closing tongue is resiliently loaded in the direction of the outlet opening between the portioning chamber and the outlet mouthpiece. The spring load results in a preferred embodiment of the selected material of the exhaust valve. For this purpose, preferably in the installed position of the return spring member and thus the exhaust valve or the closing tongue surrounding the discharge opening of the Portionierungslager contact surface, preferably inclined by an angle of 5 to 7 degrees to a vertical, so that the locking tongue in the closed position of the original Vertical orientation is inclined radially outward about a pivot overcone region in the root region of the closure tongue to the outer end portion of the return spring member. This results in the bias of the closure tongue in the direction of the contact surface of the discharge opening of the portioning chamber. As a result of an increase in pressure as a result of a downward displacement of the head piece and the mass emerging from the portioning chamber, the closing tongue is pivoted further in the direction of the mouthpiece channel, lifting away from the contact surface and correspondingly releasing the outlet opening. in this case preferably displaced arcuately, so that the closure tongue hangs bent in the mass flow in the course of the mass output.

According to a preferred embodiment, it is provided that an inlet valve working alternately with the outlet valve is provided, which opens the portioning chamber for filling during a suction stroke of the head piece and that the inlet valve is formed integrally with the return spring member. Such an inlet valve is preferably made of a rubber-like, resilient plastic. In this regard, it is further preferred that the return spring member consists of a rubber-like, resilient plastic, which further preferably offers a one-piece design of the exhaust valve with the spring element, more preferably at the same time a one-piece design of the inlet valve with the return spring member. This preferred one-piece embodiment of the return spring member preferably both with the exhaust valve and with the inlet valve proves to be particularly favorable as a manufacturing technology, in addition also favorable with respect to the assembly of the dispenser. The return spring member is preferably made of a resilient elastomer, more particularly of a silicone material. This material provides a sufficient resilience to the resilient return displacement of the head piece in the starting position. The return spring member is here preferably made as a plastic injection molded part. When forming the return spring member made of such a plastic, in particular made of silicone, the design of the return spring member, in which preferably only a central portion free-spanned between the clamped end portions extends, to the effect of advantage that this results in the smallest possible diffusion area, this in particular when the return spring member, as further preferred, at least in sections, constitutes a boundary of the portioning chamber. Accordingly, in such a Embodiment at least after a first use of the dispenser, the area of the return spring member facing the portioning chamber covered with mass. The preferably used material of the return spring member is diffusive. By the above-described embodiment of the return spring member alone and this is more preferably in each vertical position of the Kopfstückes- between the clamped end portions freely extending central portion freely and accordingly not material covered. The diffusion area is restricted accordingly only to this middle section. Furthermore, the sections of the restoring spring member provided in addition, in particular in the diffusion direction, are preferably deposited with material of the mass housing, the head piece and / or the pipe piece, so that a diffusion barrier is present here or at least covered by a first use of the dispenser by mass on both sides.

Shown and described is first with reference to Fig. 1 a dispenser 1 in particular for a pasty mass M, which dispenser 1 is composed essentially of a mass housing 2 stocking the mass M and an actuatable head piece 3.

In a preferred, as also shown embodiment of the dispenser 1 is configured rotationally symmetrical with a central axis x.

In the unused position of the dispenser 1, the head piece 3 is preferred, as well as in the Fig. 1 and 2 shown, covered by a cap 4. This further preferably has an outer diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the mass housing 2.

The mass housing 2 has a housing bottom 5. The opening of the mass housing 2 pointing vertically upwards in the illustrations is covered by an insert part 6, which in the usual operating state of the dispenser 1 is inseparably, at least not releasably connected to the mass housing 2 without tools, thus in particular latched.

In the mass housing 2, a follower piston 7 is further preferably provided. Between this and the mass housing 2 on the upper side overlapping insert part 6, the mass M is stored.

Die Rohrstück-Decke 10 besitzt zentral eine Einlassöffnung 11.The insert 6 forms centrally, starting from a cone region 8, a projecting beyond the opening plane of the mass housing 2 pipe piece 9. This has in a preferred embodiment an inner diameter corresponding to one third to one fifth, more preferably one quarter of the inner diameter of the mass housing 2. The pipe blanket 10 has centrally an inlet opening 11.

With reference to a vertical cross-section through the dispenser 1, the contour of the follower piston 7 is substantially adapted to that of the insert part 6, see FIG that correspondingly also the follower piston 7, starting from a cone region 12, centrally forms a pipe section 13 adapted to the inside diameter of the pipe section 9 with respect to the outside diameter.

Fig. 2).The insert 6 is also preferably designed for latching the closure cap 4, to which the insert 6 has a projecting beyond the opening plane of the mass housing 2, circumferential vertical collar 14 which cooperates in the cap closure position with a peripheral lower edge region of the cap 4 (see. Fig. 2 ).

The vertical collar 14 also serves to guide the head piece 3 in the vertical direction. For this purpose, the vertical collar 14 cooperates with a Wandungsaußenseite a with respect to the representations vertically aligned annular wall portion 15 of the head piece 3. This radially outer guide is further associated with a radially inner guide. Here, a headpiece-side annular wall 16 cooperates with an annular collar 17 of the insert 6 extending between the tubular piece 9 and the vertical collar 14.

According to the above-described guide, the head piece 3 is displaceable relative to the insert part 6 and thus relative to the mass housing 2 in the vertical direction, this under appropriate guidance, wherein the vertical displacement is limited to both vertically downwards and vertically above each stop.

The head piece 3 has a portioning chamber 18. This is arranged at least in the unloaded position of the head piece 3 substantially above the einsatzteil- or mass housing side pipe section 9. Circumferentially, with respect to the axis x, the portioning chamber 18 is substantially bounded by the annular wall 16, which annular wall 16 in the region of the portioning chamber 18 has a thickening. An upper-side boundary of the portioning chamber 18 is provided by a head piece cover 19, which at the same time offers a control surface for the preferred finger-loaded pressure load of the head piece 3 for dispensing the mass M.

The portioning chamber 18 opens substantially at least radially outward into a mouthpiece channel 20. For this purpose, an outlet opening 21 is formed in the mouthpiece channel 20 associated region of the annular wall 16 and the headpiece side thickening, which compared to the inner diameter of the mouthpiece channel 20 is reduced diameter.

A central axis of the mouthpiece channel 20 further preferably extends in parallel alignment with an operating plane of the headpiece cover 19, more preferably, as also shown, enclosing an acute angle to a transverse plane of 10 to 15 ° as viewed with respect to the axis x.

The mouthpiece channel 20 facing the outlet opening 21 surrounding contact surface 22 extends with respect to a vertical cross-section at an acute angle of 5 to 7 ° to a plane parallel to the axis x extending vertical plane.

The mouthpiece channel 20 is further preferably closed prior to initial use of the dispenser 1, in particular for tamper-evident purposes, by means of a stopper 24 projecting through the dispensing opening 23.

Preferably, all the above-described components of the dispenser 1 molded parts made of a plastic material, in particular hard plastic material, which parts are further preferably produced by injection molding.

For preferably automatic return displacement of the head piece in the output length after a required for mass output Vertikalabwärtsverlagerung same is a resilient return spring member 25 is provided. This also serves as a sealing element for sealing in particular the portioning chamber 18, in this case forms the headboard ceiling 19 opposite chamber bottom. The return spring member 25 is for this purpose made of a rubber-like, resilient plastic, more preferably made of a silicone material.

That in the FIGS. 9 and 10 shown in individual representations return spring member 25 is initially and substantially rotationally symmetrical design and has centrally first a cup-shaped fixing portion 26, with a transverse to the axis x aligned ceiling 27 in the installed state and an outgoing from the ceiling 27 and downwardly directed, circumferential wall. From this peripheral wall, the return spring member 25 widens pot-like manner to form a vertically upper in the installed position, annular end portion 28, with respect to a vertical section in accordance with Fig. 5 is connected via a curly, S-shaped central portion 29 with the downwardly directed circumferential wall. In the region of the vertically upper end portion 28, the return spring member 25 preferably has an inner diameter of the 1.5- to 3-, more preferably 2 times the inner diameter in the region of the downward wall, the lower end portion 30 of the return spring member 25th represents corresponds.

The return spring member 25 is held in the region of the pipe blanket 10, for which purpose the end portion 30 is inserted by clamping into a circumferential annular slot 31 of the pipe section 9. The vertically upwardly facing circumferential end portion 28 of the return spring member 25 is clamped in a circumferential annular groove 32 in the thickening region of the headpiece side annular wall 16th

Fig. 3). In an operationally unloaded basic position of the return spring member 25, for example. As shown in FIG Fig. 2 , The central portion 29 extends in vertical overlap between the circumferential wall of the pipe section 9 and the annular wall 16 of the head piece 3. This central portion 29 kinks in the course of the downward displacement of the head piece 3 according to pressurization on the headstock cover 19, wherein the curly S-shape of Return spring member wall, in particular of the central portion 29, in the form of two oppositely standing U-sections 33, 33 'transitions (see, for example. Fig. 3 ). The return spring member 25 acts according to a Stülpbalg. In the course of a user-operated downward displacement of the head piece 3, a spring force is built on the stülpbalgartige return spring member 25, which is used for the automatic return of the head piece 3 in the starting position after cancellation of the pressure load from the outside. The force acting on the head piece 3 in the course of the return force is directed substantially parallel to the direction of displacement.

In the course of the pressurization-dependent downward displacement of the head piece 3, the central portion 29 inverts to form the U-section 33 in the region of the portioning chamber 18, this preferably with appropriate support of the mass output from the portioning chamber 18. The oppositely directed U-section 33 inverts into the free annular space between the wall of the pipe section 9 and the head piece side annular wall 16 a.

In an advantageous embodiment, the restoring spring member 25 is formed in one piece and of the same material both with an outlet valve 34 and with an inlet valve 35. With respect to the inlet valve 35 is a substantially in the area of the ceiling 27 of the fixing portion 26 plate-shaped valve with a centrally disposed, movably supported by webs 36 cone closure body 37. The latter closes in a basic position of the dispenser 1 sealing the inlet opening 11 of mass housing-side pipe section 9 from, wherein the cone closure body 37 supporting webs 36 substantially, at least partially supported on the top of the pipe blanket 10.

The outlet valve 34 operates alternately with the inlet valve 35. This is designed as a pivotable locking tongue 38, which protrudes from the peripheral edge formed by the vertically upper end portion 30 with respect to a vertical section in extension of the end portion 30. This closure tongue 38 is material-tapered in relation to the end section 30 carrying it, and preferably has a material thickness which corresponds to 0.5 to 0.8 times the material thickness of the end section 30.

The closure tongue 38 dives into the mouthpiece channel 20 through a slot formed in the connection region of the end section 30 in the thickening section of the annular wall 16, for abutment of the sealing surface facing the outlet opening 21 against the contact surface 22 surrounding the outlet opening 21. As a result of the acute-angled adjustment of the contact surface 22 Accordingly, the closure tongue 28 against the unloaded orientation of the locking tongue 38 in the non-installed state resiliently loaded in the direction of the closed position of the outlet opening 21 at.

In the Fig. 3 to 5 are positions of the donor 1 shown in the course of a first use. It can be seen that as shown in Fig. 3 before a first use mass M is only in the mass housing 2.befindet. It is accordingly first to perform a first filling of the portioning chamber 18. This is done by the usual operation of the head piece 3, this being displaced by pressurization in the direction of arrow P down relative to the mass housing 2, this further against the force of the return spring member 25, which automatically causes a reset of the head piece 3 in the starting position after canceling the pressure load , In the course of this backward displacement into the initial position, the mass M is drawn into the portioning chamber 18, with a corresponding displacement of the inlet valve 35 or the cone closure body 37, into a position M releasing the inlet opening 11. For complete filling of the portioning chamber 18 as shown in FIG Fig. 5 is preferably a 2 to 3 times operation of the head piece 3 (pumping operation) necessary.

Thereafter, the dispenser 1 is ready for the first portioned output of mass M.

Such a portioned mass issue is in Fig. 6 shown. According to pressurization in the direction of arrow P with a corresponding lowering of the head piece 3 is due to an associated pressure increase in the Portionierungskammer 18, the mass M under oppressive pivotal displacement of the locking tab 38 of the outlet 34 through the outlet port 21 and the mouthpiece channel 20 to the outside for removal in the area Dispensing opening 23 transported. In this case, the closure tongue 38 bends into the flow of the mass M, this more preferably and starting from the foot-side connection region to the edge 33 of the return spring member 25 under vertical section considered arcuate deflection.

In this case, a dispensing volume of mass M of 0.8 to 1.5 ml is preferably achieved.

The vertically lowermost position of the head piece 3, as described, stop limit. The spring force of the return spring member 25 built up during the downward displacement of the head piece 3 is used for the automatic return displacement of the head piece 3 in the in Fig. 6 represented starting position of the head piece 3, wherein in the course of the backward displacement due to suction, the portioning chamber 18 is filled again with mass M, this with a corresponding displacement of the outlet valve 34 in the release position. At the same time, due to the fact that the closure tongue 38 is not subjected to any flow, the closure tongue is displaced back into the closed position of the outlet opening 21, which displacement is further assisted by the suction effect occurring during the return displacement of the head piece 3, which also advantageously at least partially draws in in the mouthpiece channel 20 remaining mass M causes. This suction-return displacement of remaining in the mouthpiece channel 20 remaining mass of mass M supports the return displacement of the locking tongue 38 in the closed position.

Fig. 8 shows the emptying position of the dispenser 1, in which the trailing in the course of each dispenser piston 7 occurs in a stop position with the insert 6, wherein the trailing-piston pipe section 13 is immersed in the pipe section 9 of the insert 6. It is in Fig. 8 a position shown in which the portioning chamber 18 is still completely filled, according to still the issue of a portioned amount of mass M allows. The proposed dispenser 1 has a low residual emptying amount of preferably less than 2.6 ml.
