Claims (10)
- Aufsteh-Rollstuhl (1) für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität, wobei der Rollstuhl (1) ein Gestell (2) und eine Trageinheit umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, einen Benutzer zu tragen, wobei die Trageinheit in Bezug zum Gestell (2) zwischen einer Sitzposition, in der die Trageinheit derart angeordnet ist, dass sie einen Benutzer aufnimmt und in einer sitzenden Position trägt, und einer stehenden Position, in der die Trageinheit derart angeordnet ist, dass sie den Benutzer in eine aufrechte Position aufrichtet, beweglich ist, wobei der Rollstuhl (1) auch einen Steuerhebel (10), der frei drehbar in Bezug zu dem Gestell (2) montiert ist, zwei Räder (12), die durch den Steuerhebel (10) verbunden sind, umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Feststellmittel des Steuerhebels (10) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie die freie Drehung des Steuerhebels (10) in Bezug zum Gestell (2) gestatten, wenn die Trageinheit in der Sitzposition ist, und dass sie die Drehung des Steuerhebels (10) in Bezug zum Gestell (2) feststellen, wenn die Trageinheit in der stehenden Position ist, wodurch auf reversible Weise ein gelenkiges Gestell (2) in ein starres Gestell (2) umgewandelt wird.
- Rollstuhl (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feststellmittel in Bezug zum Gestell (2) beweglich sind, und der Rollstuhl (1) Verbindungsmittel umfasst, die die Feststellmittel mit einem Element zur Bewegungsübertragung verbinden, das in Verschiebung in Bezug zum Gestell (2) durch die Aufstehvorrichtung der Trageinheit angetrieben wird, damit die Verschiebung der Trageinheit von der Sitzposition in die Stehposition eine gleichzeitige Verschiebung der Feststellmittel in Richtung des Steuerhebels (10) hervorruft, um den Steuerhebel (10) festzustellen.
- Rollstuhl (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feststellmittel derart angeordnet sind, dass sie den Steuerhebel (10) begleitend mit der Verschiebung der Trageinheit in Stehposition feststellen, so dass keine Betätigung des Benutzers notwendig ist, um den Steuerhebel (10) festzustellen, um ein Herunterfallen des Benutzers im Falle von Vergessen zu vermeiden.
- Rollstuhl (1) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feststellmittel eine Stützfläche (22) umfassen, die in einem Abstand zum Steuerhebel (10) angeordnet ist, wenn sich die Trageinheit in der Sitzposition befindet, und die dazu vorgesehen ist, am Steuerhebel (10) zur Anlage zu gelangen, wenn die Trageinheit in die Stehposition verschoben wird, wobei die Anlage der Stützfläche (22) an dem Steuerhebel (10) die Drehung des Steuerhebels (10) in Bezug zum Gestell (2) im Zuge der Aufrichtung der Trageinheit feststellt.
- Rollstuhl (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerhebel (10) quer über die Bahn angeordnet ist, die von der Stützfläche (22) bei der Aufrichtung der Trageinheit in Stehposition beschrieben wird, so dass die Stützfläche (22) an dem Steuerhebel (10) zur Anlage gelangt, bevor die Trageinheit die Stehposition erreicht.
- Rollstuhl (1) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützfläche (22) in Bezug zum Steuerhebel (10) derart angeordnet ist, dass sie an dem Steuerhebel (10) während der Verschiebung in Stehposition zur Anlage gelangt, unabhängig von der Position des Steuerhebels (10) in Bezug zum Gestell (2) zum Zeitpunkt der Aufrichtung.
- Rollstuhl (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützfläche (22) zu einer Mittelebene, die die Längsdrehachse des Steuerhebels (10) einschließt, symmetrisch ist.
- Rollstuhl (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Feststellmittel einen Feststellhebel (20) umfassen, der in Drehung in Bezug zum Gestell (2) um eine erste Schwenkverbindung (P1) beweglich ist, und dass die Verbindungsmittel eine zweite Schwenkverbindung (P2) mit einer Achse im Wesentlichen parallel zur Achse der ersten Schwenkverbindung (P1) umfassen, wobei die Anordnung der ersten Schwenkverbindung (P1) und der zweiten Schwenkverbindung (P2) derart ist, dass die Aufrichtung der Trageinheit in Stehposition die Drehung des Feststellhebels (20) um die erste Schwenkverbindung (P1) hervorruft, um die Stützfläche (22) am Steuerhebel (10) zur Anlage zu bringen, um den Steuerhebel (10) festzustellen.
- Rollstuhl (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Schwenkverbindung (P2) derart angeordnet ist, dass sie eine absteigende Bahn beschreibt, wenn die Trageinheit in die Stehposition verschoben wird, wobei der Schwerpunkt der Trageinheit in der Stehposition derart vorgesehen ist, dass das Gewicht der Trageinheit auf den Feststellhebel (20) über die zweite Schwenkverbindung (P2) übertragen wird, um die Anlage der Stützfläche (22) am Steuerhebel (10) in der Stehposition zu verstärken.
- Rollstuhl (1) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Schwenkverbindung (P1) zwischen dem Steuerhebel (10) und der zweiten Schwenkverbindung (P2) angeordnet ist, wobei die Stützfläche (22) derart vorgesehen ist, dass sie unter oder auf dem Steuerhebel (10) zur Anlage gelangt.
