Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Anschlussklemme (1) mit einem Gehäuse (2, 3) und wenigstens einem in dem Gehäuse (2, 3) angeordneten elektrischen Kontakteinsatz (4), wobei das Gehäuse (2, 3) mehrere mit Ihren jeweiligen Flächenvektoren in unterschiedliche Raumrichtungen weisende äußere Gehäuseseiten (7, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74) aufweist und in wenigstens einer der äußeren Gehäuseseiten (7, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74) wenigstens eine erste Leitereinführungsöffnung (10) angeordnet ist, wobei der elektrische Kontakteinsatz (4) wenigstens einen ersten Anschlusskontakt (45) aufweist, der zur elektrischen Kontaktierung eines durch die wenigstens eine erste Leitereinführungsöffnung (10) in die Anschlussklemme (1) eingeführten ersten elektrischen Leiters eingerichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2, 3) wenigstens ein Hauptgehäuseteil (2) und ein Gehäuseverschlussteil (3) aufweist, wobei das Hauptgehäuseteil (2) wenigstens eine sich ganz oder teilweise über nur eine der äußeren Gehäuseseiten (7, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74) erstreckende Montageöffnung (20) aufweist, durch die der elektrische Kontakteinsatz (4) in das Hauptgehäuseteil (2) einsetzbar ist, und das Gehäuseverschlussteil (3) zum Verschließen der Montageöffnung (20) des Hauptgehäuseteils (2) eingerichtet ist, wobei die wenigstens eine erste Leitereinführungsöffnung (10) in einer anderen der vom Hauptgehäuseteil (2) gebildeten äußeren Gehäuseseiten (7, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74) angeordnet ist als die wenigstens eine Montageöffnung (20). Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem ein Verfahren zur Montage einer elektrischen Anschlussklemme.
