Claims (18)

  1. Vorrichtung (1, 40) zum Positionieren und Halten von Pralinen, jede in ein Wickelelement gewickelt, das die Praline zumindest teilweise umgibt, wobei die Vorrichtung für jede eingewickelte Praline (F) aufweist:
    das entsprechende Wickelelement, wobei das Wickelelement ein gefaltetes Blatt und/oder eine Papierhülle (A) umfasst,
    einen entsprechenden Sitz (7), der die eingewickelte Praline (F) aufnimmt, wobei das Wickelelement und die entsprechende Praline zum Äußeren des Sitzes (7) vorstehen, und
    ein lösbares Haltemittel (8), das die eingewickelte Praline F in herausnehmbarer Weise im Sitz (7) hält, wobei die Vorrichtung ferner aufweist:
    einen ersten Plattenabschnitt (10) und einen zweiten Plattenabschnitt (11), die einander überlappen und transversal voneinander beabstandet sind, und
    ein Verbindungsmittel (26, 27), das die ersten und zweiten Plattenabschnitte (10, 11) fest miteinander verbindet,
    wobei der erste Plattenabschnitt (10) für jeden Sitz (7) eine erste Durchgangsöffnung (23) aufweist, die den Sitz (7) zumindest teilweise begrenzt, und durch die eingewickelte Praline (F) durchquert wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der zweite Plattenabschnitt (11) für jeden Sitz (7) eine zweite Durchgangsöffnung (24) aufweist, die den Sitz (7) zumindest teilweise begrenzt und durch die eingewickelte Praline (F) durchquert wird, und dadurch, dass jede der eingewickelten Pralinen außerhalb des entsprechenden Sitzes (7) jenseits des ersten Plattenabschnitts (10) und durch die erste Öffnung (23) vorsteht,
    und dadurch, dass jede der ersten Öffnungen (23) eine Öffnung mit einer festen Dimension ist und jede der zweiten Durchgangsöffnungen (24) eine Öffnung mit einer variablen Dimension ist,
    wobei das Haltemittel (8) für jeden der Sitze (7) eine Vielzahl von nachgiebigen, unabhängigen Haltelaschen (31, 42, 43) aufweist, die überhängend im Sitz (7) vom zweiten Plattenabschnitt (11) vorstehen, um die zweite Öffnung (24) mit einer variablen Dimension zu begrenzen, und entsprechende Druckbetätigungen gegen einen Endabschnitt (F1) der eingewickelten Praline (F) durchzuführen, wobei sich ein solcher Endabschnitt (F1) durch die zweite Öffnung (24) erstreckt, wenn die eingewickelte Praline (F) in den Sitz (7) eingreift, wobei die Druckbetätigung eine Reibung zwischen den Haltelaschen (31, 42, 43) und dem Wickelelement erzeugt, um die eingewickelte Praline (F) im Sitz (7) zu halten.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltemittel (8) ferner ein elastisches Gelenk (33) aufweist, das zwischen jeder der Haltelaschen (31, 42, 43) und dem zweiten Plattenabschnitt (11) eingefügt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltemittel (8) für jede der Haltelaschen (31, 42, 43) einen entsprechenden Zugabschnitt aufweist, der zwischen jeder der Haltelaschen (31, 42, 43) und dem zweiten Plattenabschnitt (11) eingefügt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltelaschen (31) Verlängerungen des zweiten Plattenabschnitts (11) ausbilden und elastisch verformbar sind.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltemittel (8) einen Kranz (30) der Haltelaschen (31, 42, 43) aufweist, die die zweite Öffnung (24) begrenzen.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltelaschen (31, 42, 43) zum freien Endabschnitt hiervon verjüngt sind.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltelaschen (31) durch zumindest eine gekrümmte Außenkante begrenzt sind.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsmittel Abstandslaschen (26, 27) für das relative Positionieren der Plattenabschnitte aufweist, wobei die Abstandslaschen (26, 27) gefaltet und fest miteinander verbunden sind.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine der Positionierabstandslaschen (26) mit einer (10) des ersten und zweiten Plattenabschnitts verbunden ist, durch die erste und zweite Öffnung gelangt und am anderen (11) des ersten und zweiten Plattenabschnitts fest befestigt ist.
  10. Anordnung flacher Formstücke (14, 15), die aus einem Papiermaterial gefertigt sind, zum Bereitstellen einer Positionier- und Haltevorrichtung (1), die alle Faltlinien, Schnittlinien und Laschen wie in der in Anspruch 8 beanspruchten Vorrichtung aufweist, wobei die Anordnung ein erstes (14) und ein zweites (15) flaches Formstück umfasst, die für die gleiche eingewickelte Praline (F) entsprechend eine erste (23) und eine zweite (24) Durchgangsöffnung aufweisen, wobei die erste Durchgangsöffnung (23) eine Öffnung mit einer festen Dimension und die zweite Durchgangsöffnung (24) eine Öffnung mit einer variablen Dimension ist, wobei das zweite Formstück (15) eine Vielzahl von überhängenden Haltelaschen (31, 42, 43) aufweist, die die zweite Öffnung (24) begrenzen, wobei die flachen Formstücke (14, 15) voneinander getrennt sind, wobei ein oder beide flachen Formstücke ein Verbindungsmittel in der Gestalt von Abstandslaschen (26, 27) zum relativen Positionieren der flachen Formstücke (14, 15) aufweisen, wobei die Abstandslaschen (26, 27) eingerichtet sind, gefaltet und fest mit dem anderen Formstück verbunden zu werden.
  11. Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Formstück (15) für jede der entsprechenden zweiten Öffnungen (24) einen Kranz (30) der Haltelaschen (31, 42, 43) aufweist.
  12. Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der zweiten Öffnungen (24) kleiner dimensioniert ist als die Außengrößen eines Abschnitts (F1) der eingewickelten Praline (F), die eingerichtet ist, bei Verwendung die zweite Öffnung (25) zu durchqueren.
  13. Anordnung gemäß Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltelaschen (31, 42, 43) sich zum freien Ende hiervon verjüngen.
  14. Anordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 11-13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltelaschen (42, 43) trapezförmig sind und gerade Außenkanten aufweisen.
  15. Anordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 11-13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltelaschen (31) kommaförmig sind und gekrümmte Außenkanten aufweisen.
  16. Anordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 11-15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Formstück (15) einen Schlitzabschnitt zum Anbringen jeder der Haltelaschen (31, 42, 43) aufweist, wobei der Schlitzabschnitt ein virtuelles elastisches Gelenk definiert.
  17. Anordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 11-15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltelaschen (31, 42, 43) eine Verlängerung eines zugehörigen Plattenabschnitts des zweiten Formstücks (15) ausbilden.
  18. Anordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 11-15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zumindest eine der Abstandslaschen (26) in der ersten Öffnung (23) erstreckt und sich zumindest eine der Abstandslaschen in der zweiten Öffnung erstreckt.
