Claims (9)

  1. Ein Behälter (1) zum Verpacken und Ausstellen von Produkten, der ein folienartiges Element umfasst, das lösbar in mindestens zwei Teile geteilt werden kann, wobei ein erster Teil der mindestens zwei Teile eine Ablage (3) umfasst, die mit einer Basis (2) versehen ist, die an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten davon mit mindestens zwei seitlichen Vorsprüngen (7) verbunden ist, und wobei ein zweiter Teil der mindestens zwei Teile einen oberen Deckel (8) umfasst, der mit zwei seitlichen Einschließungselementen (4) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der offenen flachen Anordnung des folienartigen Elements jeder der mindestens zwei seitlichen Vorsprünge (7) Mittel zur lösbaren Assoziierung (5) mit einem entsprechenden der zwei seitlichen Einschließungselemente (4) umfasst, und wobei auch in der offenen flachen Anordnung des folienartigen Elements ein erstes der zwei seitlichen Einschließungselemente (4) an der Seite, die in Bezug zur Verbindung mit der Basis (2) gegenüberliegt, mit dem oberen Deckel (8) verbunden ist, und wobei das folienartige Element mindestens ein Abdichtungselement (10) für den Behälter umfasst, das mit dem oberen Deckel (8) und/oder mit einem zweiten der zwei seitlichen Einschließungselemente (4) verbunden ist, zur Verbindung des zweiten der zwei seitlichen Einschließungselemente (4) mit dem oberen Deckel (8) in der geschlossenen Anordnung des folienartigen Elements, das den Behälter bildet.
  2. Der Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablage (3) weiter vordere und hintere Einschließungs-Vorsprünge (12) umfasst, die an der Basis (2) angeordnet sind, und zwar einander gegenüber, an den beiden Seiten, die an die seitlichen Vorsprünge (7) angrenzen, und ein Paar seitlicher Laschen (11), mit jedem der seitlichen Vorsprünge (7) verbunden.
  3. Der Behälter gemäß einem beliebigen oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der zwei seitlichen Einschließungselemente (4) ein Paar einander gegenüberliegender externer Klappen (6) hat.
  4. Der Behälter gemäß einem beliebigen oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil weiter ein Paar einander gegenüberliegender Verschlussklappen (9) des oberen Deckels (8) umfasst.
  5. Der Behälter gemäß einem beliebigen oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das lösbare Verbindungsmittel (5) aus Klebepunkten besteht.
  6. Der Behälter gemäß einem beliebigen oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lösbaren Verbindungsmittel (5) aus einem Knopf bestehen, der in einen Schlitz passen kann.
  7. Ein Verfahren zum Formen und Füllen eines Behälters gemäß einem beliebigen oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche 1-6, das folgende Schritte umfasst: Falten der zwei seitlichen Einschließungselemente (4) an der Basis (2), die lösbar damit assoziiert ist, des folienartigen Elements, um so für eine im Wesentlichen U-förmige Anordnung des Behälters zu sorgen, Einsetzen der zu verpackenden und auszustellenden Produkte durch Stützen derselben auf der Basis (2), Falten des oberen Deckels (8), der mit dem einen der zwei seitlichen Einschließungselemente (4) verbunden ist, und Abdichten des Behälters mit Hilfe des Abdichtungselements (10).
  8. Das Formungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den Schritt des lösbaren Trennens der mindestens zwei Teile des geformten Behälters umfasst.
  9. Das Formungsverfahren gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trennungsschritt aus dem Lösen der zwei seitlichen Einschließungselemente (4) von den seitlichen Vorsprüngen (7) besteht, die mit einander gegenüberliegenden Kanten der Basis (2) verbunden sind.
