Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Turbinenschaufel (1), insbesondere eine Endstufenschaufel für eine Dampfturbine, wobei die Turbinenschaufel (1) zumindest bereichsweise aus Faserverbundwerkstoff besteht und die Turbinenschaufel (1) zumindest ein Erosionsschutzbauteil (2) umfasst. Das Erosionsschutzbauteil (2) ist mittels einer formschlüssigen und einer stoffschlüssigen Verbindung an der Turbinenschaufel (1) befestigt. Dies ermöglicht einen sehr sicheren Halt des Erosionsschutzbauteils (2) an der Turbinenschaufel (1) auch bei hohen Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten der Turbinenschaufel (1). Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung Verfahren zum Herstellen solchen Turbinenschaufeln (1). The invention relates to a turbine blade (1), in particular an output stage blade for a steam turbine, wherein the turbine blade (1) at least partially made of fiber composite material and the turbine blade (1) comprises at least one erosion protection component (2). The erosion protection component (2) is fastened to the turbine blade (1) by means of a form-fitting and a material-locking connection. This allows a very secure hold of the erosion protection component (2) on the turbine blade (1) even at high peripheral speeds of the turbine blade (1). Furthermore, the invention relates to methods for producing such turbine blades (1).
