Description

The invention relates to a device for holding garbage bags with a support element which can be fixed to a surface, and at least one holding unit for holding in each case a rubbish bag, wherein each holding unit comprises a retaining ring and a force-fitting surrounding elastic element, wherein each retaining ring in a Resting position is shielded with an annular cover arranged above it and each cover is mounted on the support element.

Corresponding devices are mainly known with only one holding unit and are usually placed in public places, such as stations. At the respective place of use they are fixed on the ground. However, in order to be able to separate waste for recycling purposes depending on the type, it is advantageous to provide a corresponding device with holding units holding at least two garbage bags, the garbage bags arranged on these holding units serving to accommodate different garbage types.

It is also known to use a holding unit to hold a garbage bag. For this purpose, an upper edge portion in the region of the opening of the waste bag between the retaining ring and the tensioned elastic element, such as a rubber ring, clamped.

A device for holding garbage bags is for example from the German utility model DE 70 35 253 U known. This is a device for holding an open bag with a clamping ring for attaching the bag.

From the German utility model DE 20 2008 003 869 U1 a device for holding waste bags of the type mentioned is known.

Previously known devices for holding waste bags frequently have the disadvantage that the clamping of the waste bags and the securing of the holding unit constitute time-consuming, complex and error-prone processes. Securing the holding unit is often desirable to protect such devices from vandalism.

It is an object of the invention to provide a device for holding waste bags, which is robust, easy to use and easy to secure.

The object is achieved with a device of the type mentioned, in which each retaining ring on the opposite side of the support member on the underside of this retaining ring associated cover is rotatably mounted so that it can be rotated from its rest position to a working position.

According to the invention, the term "rest position" is to be understood as the position of the retaining ring and thus of the rubbish bag in which it is located under the cover, possibly in a secured state. Working position, however, is the position in which the retaining ring is turned out of its rest position so that the waste bag can be removed and replaced with an empty rubbish bag.

Since waste is introduced from above through the retaining rings into the waste bags, it is advantageous to protect the edges of the retaining rings, which can thereby come into contact with the waste, from damage. The same applies to the upper edges of the rubbish bags, which can break if damaged.

The device according to the invention has a support element which can be fixed to a surface, for example can be screwed to the floor or a wall via a flange. The support element will usually consist of a tube. In the case of attachment to a wall, it will be angled accordingly so that it can support the structure.

The structure consists of at least one holding unit for holding a garbage bag. There are also more than one holding unit conceivable, in particular two, .ggf. also three. Preferably, all holding units lie in one plane. Each holding unit consists of a retaining ring and a retaining element surrounding this frictionally elastic element. The retaining ring preferably has on its outer side a circumferential groove for receiving the elastic element, for example an elastic band or rubber band.

Each retaining ring is shielded from a rest position with an annular cover disposed above it. The cover is firmly connected to the support element. In multiple retaining rings each retaining ring has a corresponding annular cover, wherein the individual covers are connected together. Each of these annular covers has an opening in the center for injecting the waste into the sack located underneath and held by the retaining ring.

The retaining rings are movably mounted on the underside of the associated annular cover. The bearing is such that the retaining ring can be pivoted, in a position facing away from the support element. In this pivoted working position, the filled rubbish bag can be removed and replaced with a new rubbish bag. Subsequently, the retaining ring can be pivoted from its working position back to the rest position. It is understood that the retaining ring is mounted on the opposite side of the support member of the cover, on the underside.

For this purpose, the cover on the underside may comprise a pin as a Drehangel, around which the retaining ring can be pivoted. The pin has on its underside on a support device, such as a support pin or a support plate, which prevents the retaining ring dissolves downwards. Around this Drehangel around the retaining ring can be pivoted with his bag from the rest position to its working position and back again.

The locking is advantageously carried out by an effective in the respective rest position of the retaining ring fuse element, such as a locking pin. A lock is also possible. A suitable means is, for example, a securing pin, which is arranged in the region of the abovementioned supporting device and blocks the retaining ring in the rest position. The locking pin is relatively short and can thereby be disabled, so that the retaining ring is lifted and rotated over the locking pin away.

To stabilize the holding unit in its rest position, especially when filled bag, which can assume a significant weight, it is expedient to provide below the cover on the support element a support on which the holding unit comes to rest in the rest position. It can be a support ring.

With more than one holding unit on a device according to the invention, it may be expedient to equip the covers with different colors and opening sizes in the center, in order to achieve a presorting of the waste deposited there. This allows, for example, the separation of recyclable waste from the residual waste.

In order to support and fix the waste bags arranged on a device according to the invention, it may be useful to arrange a support in the lower region of the device. This may be, for example, a pipe construction in a ring shape, which attaches to the support tube and following the contours of the cover, is arranged at the level at which the lower end of the garbage bag is located.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show a preferred embodiment of the inventive device for holding waste bags 1, the garbage bags are not shown. The device has a support element 2 which can be screwed to the floor via a flange 8 and to which the lower end of the support element is fastened. At the upper end of the support member 2, two annular covers 5 and 6 are arranged, which have different widths inner openings through which waste can be thrown into the waste bags underneath.

On the side opposite the support member 2 side of the covers 5 and 6 are pins 9, which serve as pivot arms and to each of which a holding unit 3 is fixed with a retaining ring 4. The retaining ring 4 has an outer circumferential groove 10 in which an elastic element, such as an elastic band is located (not shown). Retaining ring 4 and elastic element form the holding unit. 3

The annular covers 5 and 6, which together form a unit here, have a relatively wide edge which can serve together with the central part 13 as a shelf.

For attachment a waste bag is inserted into the retaining ring 4 and beaten around the retaining ring 4 with its upper edge. The elastic element in the groove 10 is wrapped around the folded edge and holds the rubbish bag in position.

To stabilize the garbage bags in the device, in particular in the filled state, located at the lower end of the support member 2, a holder 7 in the form of a tube ring, which follows approximately the contours of the covers 5 and 6. The waste bag is located with its lower end within this ring, possibly also on this pipe ring.

The FIG. 3 shows a further embodiment of a device according to the invention with only one holding unit 3 with a retaining ring 4, an annular cover 5, fixed to a support tube 2, which is fixed via a flange 8 on the ground. Evident is the manner of fixing the retaining ring 4 on the rotary hanger 9 via a type of sleeve 12, which is fixed to the outside of the retaining ring 4 in the region of the arrangement on the rotary hanger 9. Below the pin 9 of the Drehangel is a support plate 11, which prevents slipping out of the retaining ring from the pin 9.

Claims (12)

1. A device for holding refuse bags comprising a support element (2) which can be fixed to a surface, and at least one holding unit (3) for holding at least one refuse bag, wherein each holding unit (3) includes a holding ring (4) and an elastic element surrounding same in force-locking relationship, wherein
   each holding ring (4) is shielded in a rest position with an annular cover (5, 6) arranged thereover, and
   each cover (5, 6) is mounted to the support element (2),
   characterised in that
   each holding ring (4) is rotatably mounted on the side opposite to the support element (2) at the underside of the cover (5, 6) associated with said holding ring (4) in such a way that it can be rotated out of its rest position into an outer working position.
2. A device according to claim 1 characterised in that each holding unit (3) is arranged at a right angle to the line of the support tube (2).
3. A device according to claim 1 or claim 2 characterised by two holding units (3) whose covers (5, 6) are connected together and are arranged in one plane.
4. A device according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that each holding ring (4) is mounted arrestably.
5. A device according to claim 4 characterised in that each holding ring (4) is arrested by a securing element operative in the respective rest position.
6. A device according to claim 5 characterised in that each holding ring (4) is mounted to a pin (9) as a rotary lift member at the underside of the associated cover (5, 6) in such a way that it can be lifted out of a lower arrested rest position into an upper rotatable position.
7. A device according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the support element (2) has beneath the cover (5, 6) a support ring (10) on which the or each holding ring (4) is supported in its rest position.
8. A device according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the support element (2) is releasably fixed with a flange (8) to the floor or to a wall.
9. A device according to one of the preceding claims characterised by a plurality of holding units (3) whose covers (5, 6) have different opening diameters.
10. A device according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the elastic element is an elastic band which is fixed to the holding ring in the region of the rotary pin (9).
11. A device according to one of the preceding claims characterised by a holding element (7) for the refuse bags or bags, which is arranged beneath the holding ring or rings (4) on the support tube (2).
12. A device according to claim 11 characterised in that the support element is a curved tube which follows the contours of the cover.
