Claims (15)

  1. Befestigungsvorrichtung(1)eines Verkehrsschildes (3) an einem Träger (4), die mindestens eine C-förmige Befestigungsschiene (2) aufweist, die mit der Rückseite dieses Schildes (3) verbunden ist, einen Flansch (5), der um den Träger (4) herum verlaufen kann und Spanneinrichtungen, mit denen der Flansch (5) auf der Befestigungsschiene (2) festgespannt werden kann, um das Schild (3) am Träger (4) zu befestigen, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie ein Schutzelement (8, 38, 48, 58) aufweist, welches mindestens zum Teil an jedem Endpunkt der Befestigungsschiene (2) eingeführt ist.
  2. Befestigungsvorrichtung(1)gemäß dem Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass dieses Schutzelement (8) folgende Teile aufweist:
    - eine Unterfläche (15), die einen Körper (17) und eine Greifzunge (22) aufweist, die so angeordnet ist, dass sie an einem der Endpunkte der Befestigungsschiene (2) eingeführt ist, bis der Körper (17) gegen diesen Endpunkt stößt,
    - eine Kappe (16), die mit der Grundfläche (15) verbunden werden kann, damit diese Grundfläche (15) mindestens zum Teil überdeckt werden kann.
  3. Befestigungsvorrichtung(1)gemäß dem Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Körper (17)die Form eines halben Kegelstumpfes hat und eine erste nicht ebene seitliche Fläche (18) mit der Form eines halben Kegelstumpfes aufweist, eine zweite ebene seitliche Fläche (19), die an die freien Ränder der ersten Fläche (18) anschließt, eine vordere Fläche (20) und eine hintere Fläche (21), wobei diese vordere und hintere Fläche (20,21) die Form einer Halbplatte haben, die deutlich parallel zueinander verlaufen und durch die erste und zweite seitliche Fläche (18, 19) miteinander verbunden sind.
  4. Befestigungsvorrichtung(1)gemäß dem Anspruch 3 gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die vordere Fläche (20) des Körpers (17)eine Senkung (29) aufweist, die eine seitliche halbzylindrische Fläche (30)und eine vordere Fläche (31) in Form einer Halbplatte beinhaltet.
  5. Befestigungsvorrichtung(1)gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Greifzunge (22) die Form eines abgeflachten Quaders hat, der vom geradlinigen Rand der hinteren Fläche (21) des Körpers (17) ausgeht und sich deutlich senkrecht zur zweiten seitlichen Fläche (19) erstreckt und dadurch, dass diese Greifzunge(22) an ihrem freien Rand zwei Lamellen (23) aufweist, die beide entlang eines der Längsränder der vorderen Fläche (24) der Greifzunge (22) beginnen und sich in Richtung der vorderen Fläche (20) des Körpers (17) und außerhalb der Greifzunge (22) erstrecken so dass die Lamellen (23) und die Greifzunge (22) ein Querprofil darstellen, das im allgemeinen die Form eines konisch erweiterten Us hat.
  6. Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß dem Anspruch 5 gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Greifzunge (22)einen Vorsprung (25) aufweist, der von der vorderen Fläche (24) der Greifzunge (22) ausgeht, sich in Richtung der vorderen Fläche (20) des Körpers (17) erstreckt und mit einer Öffnung (26) versehen ist, die die Einheit Greifzunge (22) - Vorsprung (25) von einer Seite zur anderen durchquert und mindestens ein Rückhalteelement (27), welches vorstehend an der vorderen Fläche (24) der Greifzunge (22) zwischen den beiden Lamellen (23) angebracht ist.
  7. Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Unterfläche (15) ebenfalls eine hohle Hülse (28) aufweist, die von der Greifzunge (22) ausgeht und sich in Richtung der vorderen Fläche (20) des Körpers (17) erstreckt.
  8. Befestigungsvorrichtung (1)gemäß Anspruch 7, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die genannte Hülse (28) zumindest zum Teil in den Körper (17) integriert ist und insbesondere in seine zweite seitliche Fläche (19).
  9. Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Kappe (16) einen nach innen gebogenen Körper (32) aufweist, der eine konvexe vordere Fläche (33), eine konkave hintere Fläche (34) und eine peripherische Fläche (35) darstellt, die die genannte vordere und hintere Fläche (33,34) verbindet.
  10. Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß dem Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Kappe (17) einen Dorn (36) aufweist, der aus der hinteren Fläche (34) des Körpers (32) ausgeht.
  11. Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß dem Anspruch 1 gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das genannte Schutzelement (38, 48, 58) eine Einblockkonstruktion in T-Form ist, die folgende Elemente aufweist:
    - einen Körper (39, 49, 59) in Form eines halben Kegelstumpfes, der eine erste seitliche nicht ebene Fläche (40, 50, 60)in Form eines halben Kegelstumpfes aufweist, ebenso eine zweite seitliche ebene Fläche (41, 51, 61), die die freien Ränder der genannten ersten seitlichen Fläche (40, 50, 60) verbindet, eine vordere Fläche (42, 52, 62) und eine hintere Fläche (43, 53, 63), wobei die genannte vordere und hintere Fläche (42, 52, 62; 43, 53, 63) die Form einer Halbplatte haben, deutlich parallel zueinander verlaufen und durch die erste und zweite seitliche Fläche (40, 50, 60; 41, 51, 61) miteinander verbunden sind und
    - eine Greifzunge (44, 54, 64) in Form eines Viertelzylinders, die sich senkrecht von der Mitte der zweiten seitlichen Fläche (41, 51, 61) des Körpers (39, 49, 59) aus erstreckt.
  12. Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß dem Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Greifzunge (44,55) zwei Lamellen (45, 55) aufweist, die beide von einem der unteren Ränder der Zunge (44, 54) ausgehen.
  13. Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß dem Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Lamellen (45) sich beide entlang eines der unteren Ränder der Zunge (44) in Richtung der vordere Fläche (42) des Körpers (39) und außerhalb der Greifzunge (44) erstrecken, so dass die Lamellen (45) und die hintere Fläche der Greifzunge (44) ein Querprofil darstellen, dass im allgemeinen die Form eines konisch erweiterten Us hat.
  14. Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß dem Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass diese Lamellen (55) sich beide senkrecht entlang der unteren Ränder der Greifzunge (54)erstrecken.
  15. Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 15, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die hintere Fläche (21, 43, 53, 63) des Körpers (17, 39, 49, 59) mindestens zum Teil von der hinteren Fläche der Greifzunge (22, 44, 54, 64) abgesetzt ist.
