Claims (15)

  1. Füllfederhalter (10), umfassend:
    - einen länglichen Hohlkörper (12), der eine innere Kammer (22) begrenzt, welche dazu angepasst ist, ein Tintenreservoir (24, 24A) aufzunehmen,
    - eine an einem ersten Ende (18) des Hohlkörpers (12) angeordnete Feder (26), und
    - einen Verbindungsteil (32), welcher die innere Kammer (22) und die Feder (26) verbindet und einen Tintenflussdurchgang (34) definiert, der sich entlang einer longitudinalen Achse (XX) erstreckt, wobei der Verbindungsteil (32) ein Ventil (36) zum Öffnen/Schließen des Tintenflussdurchgangs (34) umfasst, das dazu angepasst ist, den Tintenflussdurchgang (34) selektiv zu öffnen/schließen,
    wobei der Verbindungsteil (32) einen Stößel (38) umfasst, der zwischen dem Ventil (36) und der inneren Kammer (22) angeordnet und dazu angepasst ist, mit dem Tintenreservoir (24, 24A) zusammenzuwirken und einen Tintenfluss zwischen dem Tintenreservoir (24, 24A) und der Feder (26) zu ermöglichen, und
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stößel (38) eine im Wesentlichen zylindrische Zunge (70) umfasst, die sich im Wesentlichen entlang der longitudinalen Achse (X) erstreckt und einen Teil des Tintenflussdurchgangs (34) begrenzt, wobei die Zunge (70) einen Endrand (72) und ein gegenüberliegendes Ende (78) umfasst, wobei der Stößel (38) weiterhin einen Umfangsmantel (94) umfasst, der das gegenüberliegende Ende (78) der Zunge (70) umgibt und von diesem gegenüberliegenden Ende (78) beabstandet ist, wobei der Abstand zwischen dem gegenüberliegenden Ende (78) und dem Umfangsmantel (94) dazu angepasst ist, in dichter Weise das Tintenreservoir (24, 24A) aufzunehmen.
  2. Füllfederhalter (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Ventil (36) ein rohrförmiges Element (40) umfasst, welches einen Teil des Tintenflussdurchgangs (34) begrenzt und einen zentralen Abschnitt (56) umfasst, der elastisch verformbar ist zwischen einer Ruheposition, in welcher der Tintenflussdurchgang (34) offen ist, und einer verformten Position, in welcher der Tintenflussdurchgang (34) geschlossen ist.
  3. Füllfederhalter (10) nach Anspruch 2, umfassend einen Schaft (30) zum Halten der Feder (26) und ein Paar an dem Schaft (30) angebrachte, gegenüberliegende Sporne (66), wobei die Sporne (66) dazu angepasst sind, den zentralen Abschnitt (56) zu verformen.
  4. Füllfederhalter (10) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Sporne (66) in Bezug auf den Schaft (30) entlang einer Richtung senkrecht zur longitudinalen Achse (XX) verschiebbar angebracht sind.
  5. Füllfederhalter (10) nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, umfassend eine Kappe (16) zum Schutz der Feder (26), welche dazu angepasst ist, an dem Schaft (30) entlang der longitudinalen Achse angebracht zu werden und bei ihrem Anbringen an dem Schaft (30) die Sporne (66) zu verlagern.
  6. Füllfederhalter (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, wobei der zentrale Abschnitt (56) einen inneren Querschnitt von im Wesentlichen quadratischer Form aufweist.
  7. Füllfederhalter (10) nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 6, wobei die Sporne (66) im Winkel um die longitudinale Achse (XX) in Bezug auf eine Diagonale des quadratischen inneren Querschnitts des zentralen Abschnitts (56) versetzt sind.
  8. Füllfederhalter (10) nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Versatz-Winkel (α) im Wesentlichen gleich 20° ist.
  9. Füllfederhalter (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, wobei das rohrförmige Element (40) einen Endabschnitt (48) umfasst, der zwischen dem zentralen Abschnitt (56) und dem Stößel (38) angeordnet ist und einen Teil des Tintenflussdurchgangs (34) begrenzt, wobei der Endabschnitt (48) eine Innenfläche und eine Mehrzahl von longitudinalen Rillen (54) umfasst, die auf der Innenfläche vorgesehen sind.
  10. Füllfederhalter (10) nach den Ansprüchen 6 und 9, wobei das rohrförmige Element (40) ein Paar von gegenüberliegenden Einschnitten (58) umfasst, die an dem quadratischen inneren Querschnitt des zentralen Abschnitts (56) an dessen Verbindung mit dem Endabschnitt (48) vorgesehen sind.
  11. Füllfederhalter (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei der Stößel (38) eine im Wesentlichen zylindrische Zunge (70) umfasst, welche einen Teil des Tintenflussdurchgangs (34) begrenzt und ein Profil aufweist, welches eine doppelte Zurücksetzung umfasst.
  12. Füllfederhalter (10) nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Zunge (70) eine Innenfläche und eine Mehrzahl von longitudinalen Rillen (92) umfasst, die auf der Innenfläche vorgesehen sind.
  13. Füllfederhalter (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, weiterhin umfassend einen Konverter (24A), der ein Tintenreservoir (24) bildet und an dem Stößel (38) angebracht ist.
  14. Füllfederhalter (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, weiterhin umfassend eine Patrone, welche ein Tintenreservoir (24) bildet und an dem Stößel (38) angebracht ist, wobei die Patrone ein starres Rohr, einen an einem Ende des Rohrs angeordneten Eintrittsring und eine Pastille zum Schließen des Rohrs umfasst, die im Inneren des Eintrittsrings eingesetzt ist.
  15. Füllfederhalter (10) nach den Ansprüchen 14 und 11, wobei der Eintrittsring einen Innendurchmesser aufweist, der größer ist als der Außendurchmesser der Zunge (70) des Stößels (38).
