Claims (9)
- Lager und Ausgleichswelle (50) für ein Uhrwerk, wobei das Lager eine Fassung (41) umfasst, die eine Vielzahl von Kugeln (44) umschließt, die in einem kreisförmigen Laufring (42) drehbar sind, wobei die axiale Bewegung der Kugeln (44) durch ein Gegenschwenkelement (43) und ein gebohrtes Element (45) mit einer Ausnehmung (46), das das Einführen eines Zapfens der Ausgleichswelle in einen Raum zwischen den Kugeln (44) ermöglicht, begrenzt ist, wobei das Lager so angeordnet ist, dass es die Achse zwischen den Kugeln (44) schwenkt, wobei die Kugeln (44) und/oder das Gegenschwenkelement (43) aus einem nichtmetallischen Material bestehen, wobei die Kugeln (44), das gebohrte Element (45) und das Gegenschwenkelement (43) im Inneren der Fassung (41) durch Quetschen zusammengefügt werden, wobei die Kugeln (44) zwischen sich eine Öffnung lassen, die den Durchgang des Zapfens der Ausgleichswelle (50) ermöglicht und nicht durch die Ausnehmung (46) des gebohrten Elements (45) austreten kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehzapfen wenn dieser in den Zwischenraum eingeführt wird, die Spitze des Drehzapfens an dem Gegenschwenkelement (43) anliegt.
- Lager und Ausgleichswelle nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Lager ein elastisches Rückhalteelement (65) für die Fassung (41) umfasst, das so angeordnet ist, dass es bei einem Stoss eine momentane Verschiebung der Fassung (41) aus einer Ruheposition ermöglicht und sie automatisch in die Ruheposition zurückbringt.
- Lager und Ausgleichswelle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit vier Kugeln (44).
- Lager und Ausgleichswelle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit mehr als vier Kugeln (44).
- Lager und Ausgleichswelle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kugeln (44) und/oder das Gegenschwenkelement (43) aus einem der folgenden Materialien bestehen: Keramik, Zirkoniumoxid-Keramik, Silizium, Diamant.
- Lager und Ausgleichswelle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Fassung (41) eine konische Oberfläche (49) aufweist und in einem Trägerelement (60) mit einer konischen Innenfläche (69) mit demselben Profil untergebracht ist.
- Lager und Ausgleichswelle nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, wobei das elastische Halteelement eine Vielzahl von radialen Armen (66) umfasst, die auf der Fassung (41) aufliegen.
- Lager und Ausgleichswelle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Lager ferner eine Vielzahl von Zentrierarmen (67, 68) aufweist, die auf eine Seitenfläche der Fassung (41) wirken.
- Lager und Ausgleichswelle nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Lager einen Außendurchmesser von weniger als einem Millimeter oder weniger als 0,9 Millimeter hat.
