  • the connecting member 131 may be shaped similar to an arrow. This will facilitate the insertion of the connecting member 131 into the slit 121.
  • a distant portion 132 at the free end of the connecting member 131 may be wider than a connecting portion 133, which is coupled to the rear wall 116 at connecting line 134.
  • the distant portion 132 of the connecting member 131 has a width W3, which may be greater than the width W2 of the slit 121. This prevents the connecting 131 member from being pulled out of the slit 121.
  • this wider distant portion 132 limits the displacement of the compartments 11, 12 with respect to each other.
  • the width W3 may be greater than a width W1 of the connecting portion 133. To allow a smooth movement between the first and the second compartment 11, 12, the width W1 of the connecting portion 133 is slightly smaller than the width W2 of the slit 121.
  • One or both of the compartments 11, 12 of the construction shown in FIGS. 21 to 24 may be provided with a hinged lid covering a lateral access opening.
  • the first and second compartment 11, 12 according to the embodiment of FIGs. 21 to 24 may be configured similar to the compartments 11, 12, which are known from the embodiment of FIGs. 1 to 7 .
  • a hinge line for swiveling the lids may be arranged on a front wall 16 and 17 of the first compartment 11 and the second compartment 12, respectively.
  • Same or similar advantages and technical aspects apply to a package according to this particular embodiment of the invention, which have been already mentioned with respect to the embodiments of FIGs. 1 to 7 .
  • the first compartment 11, the second compartment 12, the support structure 18 and the conveyor belt 91 may be manufactured from cardboard material.
  • the material of the conveyor belt 91 may be however a flexible material. This advantageously applies to all embodiments of the invention.

Claims (9)

  1. Étui (10) pour des articles contenant du tabac, comprenant au moins un premier compartiment (11) et un deuxième compartiment (12), où le ou les premiers compartiments (11) et deuxièmes compartiments (12) sont reliés les uns aux autres et où les compartiments sont coulissants les uns par rapport aux autres entre une première position et une deuxième position, où, dans la première position des compartiments (11, 12), au moins une première ouverture d'accès (38) du premier compartiment (11) est accessible, et où dans la deuxième position des compartiments (11, 12), au moins la première ouverture d'accès (38) du premier compartiment (11) n'est pas accessible, où le premier compartiment (11) et le deuxième compartiments (12) comprennent chacun une paroi avant (16, 17) et une paroi arrière (32, 33) opposées l'une à l'autre par rapport à l'intérieur (37, 39) des compartiments (11, 12), où le premier compartiment (11) et le deuxième compartiment (12) sont raccordés l'un à l'autre sur leurs parois arrière (32, 33), où ledit étui comprend en outre une structure de support (18) pourvue d'un élément de décalage (45) entouré par une courroie roulante (91), où la courroie roulante (91) est raccordée au premier compartiment (11) et au deuxième compartiment (11), où la première ouverture d'accès (38) permettant d'accéder à l'intérieur (37) du premier compartiment (11) est présentée dans la paroi arrière (32) du premier compartiment (11), en ce qu' une deuxième ouverture d'accès (31 a) du deuxième compartiment (11) est accessible dans la première position des compartiments (11, 12), caractérisé en ce que la deuxième ouverture d'accès (31a) du deuxième compartiment (12) n'est pas accessible dans la deuxième position des compartiments (11, 12), et en ce que la deuxième ouverture d'accès (31 a) permettant d'accéder à l'intérieur (39) du deuxième compartiment est présentée dans la paroi arrière (33) du deuxième compartiment (12), le premier compartiment (11) et le deuxième compartiment (12) étant pourvus chacun d'un couvercle rabattable (13, 14) pour fermer l'ouverture d'accès, lequel est présenté sur une face latérale du premier compartiment (11) et du deuxième compartiment (12), les couvercles rabattables (13, 14) étant prévus pour être pivotés autour d'une ligne d'articulation (15, 51 a) pour l'ouverture et la fermeture de chacune des ouvertures d'accès (38, 31 a), et les lignes d'articulation (15, 51 a) étant présentées sur la paroi avant (16, 17) des compartiments (11, 12).
  2. Étui selon la revendication 1, où le premier compartiment (11) et le deuxième compartiments (12) sont coulissants par rapport à la structure de support (18), et où un premier déplacement du premier compartiment (11), ledit premier déplacement étant effectué dans une première direction, entraîne un deuxième déplacement du deuxième compartiment (12) dans une deuxième direction sensiblement opposée à la première direction, les déplacements en sens contraire des compartiments (11, 12) étant dus à la rotation de la courroie roulante (91) autour de l'élément de décalage (45).
  3. Étui selon la revendication 2, où la direction de déplacement de la courroie roulante (91) est sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'extension longitudinale de l'élément de décalage (45) et en particulier où la direction de déplacement de la courroie roulante (91) est sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'extension longitudinale de l'étui (10).
  4. Étui selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, où la structure de support (18) comprend en outre un face supérieure (19) et une face inférieure (23), où la face supérieure (19) et la face inférieure (23) s'étendent sensiblement perpendiculairement à l'élément de décalage (45), la face supérieure (19) recouvrant au moins partiellement une paroi supérieure du premier compartiment (11) et une paroi supérieure du deuxième compartiment (11), et la face inférieure (23) recouvrant au moins partiellement une paroi inférieure du premier compartiment (11) et une paroi inférieure du deuxième compartiment (12).
  5. Étui selon la revendication 4, où la structure de support (18) comprend en outre une face avant (12a) et une face arrière (31), la face avant, la face arrière, la face supérieure et la face inférieure (12a, 31, 19, 23) formant un cadre qui entoure au moins partiellement le premier compartiment (11) et le deuxième compartiment (12).
  6. Étui selon la revendication 5, où l'élément de décalage (45) s'étend entre la face supérieure (19) et la face inférieure (23) de la structure de support (18) et dans un espace intérieur entouré par le cadre.
  7. Étui selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, où le premier compartiment (11) et le deuxième compartiment (12) comprennent chacun : une paroi supérieure (21, 22), une paroi inférieure (24, 25), une paroi avant (16, 17) et la paroi arrière (32, 33), où la paroi avant (16, 17) et la paroi arrière (32, 33) sont opposées l'une à l'autre par rapport à l'intérieur (37, 39) du compartiment et où la paroi supérieure (21, 22) et la paroi inférieure (24, 25) sont opposées l'une à l'autre par rapport à l'intérieur (37, 39) du compartiment (11, 12), où l'ouverture d'accès (38, 31 a) permettant d'accéder à l'intérieur (37, 39) du compartiment (11, 12) est présentée sur une surface latérale du compartiment (11, 12) qui est adjacente à la paroi supérieure, la paroi inférieure, la paroi avant et la paroi arrière (21, 22, 24, 25, 16, 17, 32, 33), et où la courroie roulante (91) est raccordée à une paroi arrière respective (32, 33) du premier compartiment (11) et du deuxième compartiment (12).
  8. Étui selon la revendication 7, où la face avant (12a) de la structure de support (18) contacte au moins partiellement la paroi avant (16) du premier compartiment (11), la face arrière (31) contacte au moins partiellement la paroi avant (17) du deuxième compartiment (12), la face supérieure (19) contacte les parois supérieures (21, 22) et la face inférieure (23) contacte les parois inférieures (24, 25) du premier compartiment (11) et du deuxième compartiment (12).
  9. Étui selon la revendication 8, où l'élément de décalage (45) s'étend entre les parois arrière (32, 33) des compartiments (11, 12).
