Claims (10)
- Multi-folded, fully automatically opening and closing protective cover, consisting of:- a cover frame (A) with a closing spring (A2),- a cover material fastened to the cover frame (A),- a shaft unit (B),- a cover cap (C) fastened to the upper end of the shaft unit (B),- a cover slide (D) fitted onto the shaft unit (B) and- a cover handle (G);where the cover frame (A), the cover cap (C) and the cover slide (D) are adapted to each other,
where the protective cover is provided with a transmission mechanism (E) fitted into the shaft unit (B) and serving to open and close the protective cover and an actuating mechanism (F) built into the cover handle (G) and the shaft unit (B) and serving to open and close the protective cover, where the shaft unit (B) consists of three or more tubes - from top to bottom:
outer tube (B1), middle tube (B2) and inner tube (B3);
where an outer pulley (12) is fitted at the upper end of the outer tube (B1) and an outer tube retaining ring (2) constructed to fit the middle tube (B2) is fastened to the lower end of the outer tube (B1) and a middle tube stopper (3) fitted with a middle tube pulley (31) is fastened to the upper end of the middle tube (B2) and a middle tube retaining ring (4) is fastened to the lower end of the middle tube (B2) and a middle tube retaining ring pulley (42) is fitted on the outside of the middle tube retaining ring (4) and the lower end of the inner tube (B3) is fastened to the cover handle,
where the transmission mechanism (E) serving to open and close the protective cover is made up of a slide pull-cable (E1), a middle tube pull-cable (E2) and an inner tube pull-cable (E3) and where one end of the slide pull-cable (E1) is fastened to the middle tube stopper (3) and the other end runs through the outer tube (B1) and around the outer tube pulley (12) and to the cover slide (D) and is fastened to the cover slide (D),
where one end of the middle tube pull-cable (E2) is fastened to the upper end of the inner tube (B3) and the other end runs through the bottom end of the middle tube (B2) and round the middle tube retaining ring pulley (42) of the middle tube retaining ring (4) and into the middle pulley (B2) and out again through the upper end of the middle tube (B2) and into the outer tube (B1) and then out again through the upper end of the outer tube (B1) and up to the tip of the outer tube (B1) and is fastened to the tip of the outer tube (B1),
where one end of the inner tube pull-cable (E3) is fastened to the upper end of the inner tube (B3) and the other end runs through the middle tube (B2) and around the middle tube pulley (31) of the middle tube stopper (3) and from there into the space between the middle tube (B2) and the outer tube (B1) and is fastened to the lower end of the outer tube (B1),
where the actuating mechanism (F) serving to open and close the protective cover is made up of actuating elements that are connected to the middle tube stopper (3) and of an actuating unit (9) that actuates the up and down movement of the inner tube (B3) in accordance with the actuating elements, where the actuating unit (9) is controlled by means of a button (G2) on the cover handle (G). - Multi-folded, fully automatically opening and closing protective cover in accordance with claim 1, characterised in that the actuating unit (9) is a motor (91).
- Multi-folded, fully automatically opening and closing protective cover in accordance with claim 1, characterised in that the actuating unit (9) is a motor (91) that drives a gear set (92) and is connected to the actuating elements.
- Multi-folded, fully automatically opening and closing protective cover in accordance with claim 1, characterised in that the actuating unit (9) is a mechanical actuating element that is fitted with a change gear set and actuates the movement of the actuating elements.
- Multi-folded, fully automatically opening and closing protective cover in accordance with claims 1, 2, 3 or 4, characterised in that the actuating elements of the actuating mechanism (F) serving to open and close the protective cover are made up of an actuating tube (B1), a bolt nut (7) and a threaded spindle (8) and the actuating tube (B1) fits inside the inner tube (B3) and is connected to the actuating unit (9) and its length is adapted to the inner tube (B3) and the bolt nut (7) is fastened inside the upper end of the actuating tube (B1) and the threaded spindle (8) is fitted inside the bolt nut (7);
the threaded spindle (8), which moves up and down with the bolt nut (7), is driven by the forward and backward rotation of the bolt nut (7) and the upper end of the threaded spindle (8) is fastened to the middle tube stopper (3). - Multi-folded, fully automatically opening and closing protective cover in accordance with claim 1, characterised in that an outer tube stopper (1) is fastened inside the upper end of the outer tube (B1) and the outer tube stopper (1) is provided at its centre with a through-hole and an outer tube pulley (12) is fastened to the upper end of the outer tube stopper (3) and at the point where the outer tube pulley (12) is located the outer tube (B1) is shaped into a notch (B11).
- Multi-folded, fully automatically opening and closing protective cover in accordance with claim 1, characterised in that the middle tube pulley (31) is constructed on the middle tube stopper (3) either in the form of one pulley or in the form of a number of pulleys.
- Multi-folded, fully automatically opening and closing protective cover in accordance with claim 1, characterised in that the middle tube retaining ring (4) is a ring-shaped element the upper end of which is fastened inside the middle tube (B2) and the lower end of which is constructed as a flange (21) that projects from the middle tube (B2) and to one side of which flange (21) is fitted the middle tube retaining ring pulley.
- Multi-folded, fully automatically opening and closing protective cover in accordance with claim 6, characterised in that the cap is fastened to the tip of the outer tube (B1) and its lower portion is mounted on the outer tube (B1) and is formed into a cap groove that fits on the notch of the outer tube (B1).
- Multi-folded, fully automatically opening and closing protective cover in accordance with claim 1, characterised in that the middle tube pull-cable (E2) and the inner tube pull-cable (E3) are one and the same connecting cable.
