Abstract

L'invention porte sur un conduit de drainage implantable ayant un petit diamètre, et sur des procédés pour son implantation et sa production, lesquels permettent la réparation et le remplacement de systèmes de drainage tels que les systèmes de drainage lacrymal, biliaire et lymphatique et de lits capillaires. L'invention porte en particulier sur des modes de réalisation de conduits de drainage implantables produits à partir de polyuréthanes modifiés par des silsesquioxanes oligomériques polyédriques.
