Claims (15)
- Bahnpress- und Entwässerungsverfahren unter Verwendung einer Pressvorrichtung für eine Papier- oder Kartonherstellungsmaschine zum Entfernen von Fluiden von einer Bahn durch Pressen, wobei die Pressvorrichtung hat:zumindest ein Band (1), das angepasst ist, die Bahn (W) zu führen, wobei das Band (1) undurchlässig für Fluide ist und eine endlose Schleife ausbildet,eine Presswalze (3) und ein Pressmittel (7), die durch Umhüllen des Bands (1) um einen Umfangsabschnitt der Presswalze (3) einen Pressspalt ausbilden, wobei durch den Pressspalt die geführte Bahn (W) angeordnet ist, um durchzutreten, wobeidas Pressmittel eine Presskammer (7), die in zumindest zwei Trennabschnitte (9, 11) getrennt ist, die jeweils ein bestimmtes Druckmedium umfassen, wobei die Presskammer (7) sich entlang der Länge des Pressspalts in der Bahn (W)-Bewegungsrichtung derart erstreckt, dass das bestimmte Druckmedium direkt das Band (1) berührt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Pressen unter Verwendung von verschiedenen Druckmedien in jedem der zumindest zwei Trennabschnitte (9, 11) der Presskammer (7) durchgeführt wird.
- Bahnpress- und Entwässerungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei eines der unterschiedlichen Medien ein gasförmiges Fluid und ein anderes der unterschiedlichen Medien ein flüssiges Fluid ist.
- Bahnpress- und Entwässerungsverfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein erster Trennabschnitt (9) in einer Laufrichtung der Bahn Dampf als Druckmedium enthält, und ein zweiter Trennabschnitt (11) in der Laufrichtung der Bahn (W) Wasser als Druckmedium enthält.
- Bahnpress- und Entwässerungsverfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Länge des zwischen der Presswalze (3) und dem Band (1), der durch das Pressmittel (7) umhüllt ist, oder die Länge des Pressspalts, der zwischen der Presswalze (3) und dem Abschnitt des Bands (1) entsprechend einem ersten Trennabschnitt (9) in einer Laufrichtung der Bahn ausgebildet ist, zwischen 200 mm bis 1000 mm oder zwischen 400 mm bis 800 mm beträgt, und/oder
die Länge des Pressspalts zwischen der Presswalze (3) und dem Abschnitt des Bands entsprechend einem zweiten Trennabschnitt (11) in einer Laufrichtung der Bahn zwischen 50 mm und 500 mm oder zwischen 100 mm und 500 mm liegt, und/oder
ein Durchmesser der Presswalze (3) zwischen 1200 mm und 2200 mm liegt. - Bahnpress- und Entwässerungsverfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Druck des Druckmediums in einem ersten Trennabschnitt (9) in einer Laufrichtung der Bahn (W) zwischen 0,1 und 1 MPa oder zwischen 0,4 und 1 MPa oder zwischen 0,4 und 0,6 MPa liegt, und/oder wobei ein Druck des Druckmediums in einem zweiten Trennabschnitt (11) in einer Laufrichtung der Bahn (W) zwischen 1 und 10 MPa oder zwischen 4 und 8 MPa liegt.
- Bahnpress- und Entwässerungsverfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Bahn (W) zu warmer Luft freigelegt ist, die zu dem Band geblasen wird, nachdem sie durch den Pressspalt durchgetreten ist.
- Bahnpress- und Entwässerungsverfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Trennung zwischen den zumindest zwei Trennabschnitten (9, 11) durch ein druckbetätigtes Dichtelement (13) bewirkt wird, das mit dem Band zusammenwirkt, und
der Dichtbetätigungsdruck gemäß den entsprechenden Drücken angepasst wird, die in den zumindest zwei Abschnitten (9, 11) der Presskammer wirken, und/oder
Drücke in den zumindest zwei Trennabschnitten (9, 11) voneinander unterschiedlich und frei gesteuert sind. - Bahnpress- und Entwässerungsverfahren gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Presswalze (3) eine Walze (3) mit Nuten ist.
- Bahnpress- und Entwässerungsverfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei Heizmittel (15) zum Beibehalten einer Bandtemperatur innerhalb des Pressspalts konstant oder zum Erhöhen der Bandtemperatur innerhalb des Pressspalts verwendet werden.
- Bahnpress- und Entwässerungsverfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei eine Wärme des Druckmediums in zumindest einem der Trennabschnitte (9) zum Heizen des Metallbands (1) verwendet wird, um dessen Temperatur in dem Pressspalt konstant zu halten oder dessen Temperatur in dem Pressspalt zu erhöhen, und/oder
die Temperatur des Bands (1) in dem Pressspalt zwischen 97°C und 115°C liegt. - Pressvorrichtung für eine Papier- oder Kartonherstellungsmaschine zum Entfernen von Fluiden von einer Bahn (W) durch Pressen, mit:zumindest einem Band (1), das die Bahn (W) führt, wobei das Band (1) undurchlässig für Fluide ist und eine endlose Schleife ausbildet,zumindest einem Spalt, der zwischen einer Presswalze (3) und einem Druckmittel (7) ausgebildet ist, und durch welchen Spalt die geführte Bahn (W) angeordnet ist, geführt zu werden, wobeidas Pressmittel (7) zumindest zwei Pressabschnitte (9, 11) umfasst, von denen jeder ein bestimmtes Druckmedium enthält und sich entlang der Länge des Spalts in der Bahnbewegungsrichtung derart erstreckt, dass jedes bestimmte Druckmedium in der Lage ist, das Band (1) direkt zu berühren, unddas Pressmittel (7) ein Dichtelement (13) aufweist, das mit dem Band (1) zusammenwirkt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassein Pressabschnitt (9) von den zumindest zwei Pressabschnitten eine Dampfkammer (9) ist, die angepasst ist, heißen Dampf als bestimmtes Druckmedium zu umfassen, und zumindest zwei Dampfrohre (15) in einer Querrichtung des Bands angeordnet aufweist, wobei die Dampfrohre (15) in der Lage sind, einen zu dem Band gerichteten Dampfstrom bereitzustellen, und dadurch, dassein zweiter Abschnitt (11) der zumindest zwei Pressabschnitte eine Heißwasserkammer (11) ist, die angepasst ist, heißes Wasser als das Druckmedium zu enthalten.
- Pressvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, wobei Rakeln (17) vor den Dampfrohren (15) bereitgestellt sind, wobei die Rakeln dienen, um verbleibende Fluide von dem Band (1) zu entfernen.
- Pressvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, wobei ein Pumpmittel (19) bereitgestellt ist, das angepasst ist, ein Kondensat von der Dampfkammer (9) über Verbindungsmittel (21) zu der Heißwasserkammer zu pumpen.
- Pressvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, wobei eine Größe der Dampfkammer (9) zwischen ein und zehn Zehnerpotenzen größer als die der Heißwasserkammer (11) ist.
- Pressvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, wobei zumindest eine der Kammerwände, die parallel zu einer Laufrichtung des Bands (1) angeordnet sind, eine Tür umfassen, oder die Kammerwand vollständig geöffnet werden kann.
