Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an office swivel chair.
  • the EP 0 920 823 A2 shows a chair with a seat support and a pivotally connected to the seat support seat surface, wherein the seat on its the seat support facing flat side has a rolling cradle and the seat support has a corresponding rolling guide, wherein the rolling cradle and the rolling guide together form a pivoting device.
  • the DE102005042811A1 shows another office swivel chair.
  • the present invention has the object to provide a seating with a mechanism, ben, which allows an improved operability of the back muscles and the spine.
  • an office swivel chair provided with a seat support and a pivotally connected to the seat support seat, wherein the seat on its side facing the seat support flat has a rolling cradle and the seat support has a corresponding rolling guide, the roll cradle and the rolling guide together form a pivoting device, wherein the pivoting device is designed such that the seat surface is pivotable by rolling the Abrollwiege in the rolling guide laterally about a longitudinal axis of the seat.
  • the idea underlying the present invention is to provide the main support of the weight of a person sitting on the chair via a pivoting about a longitudinal axis of the chair pivotally mounted on the seat support.
  • the pivoting device includes a rolling in a leadership of the seat support rolling cradle.
  • the guide is preferably aligned substantially along a transverse axis of the seat and the rolling cradle is configured such that the rolling in the rolling guide leads to the desired pivoting about a longitudinal axis.
  • the longitudinal axis preferably passes through the rolling point (or the rolling line) as the instantaneous pole of the rolling cradle. This is in a horizontal position of the seat, so its initial position, preferably in the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the chair. It is also conceivable, however, a design of the rolling guide, which is the instantaneous pole the rolling movement, for example, via an additional deflection, moves to another position.
  • the longitudinal axis can also be a set of parallel longitudinal axes, which shifts during the rolling movement with the instantaneous roll-off point or the instantaneous pole.
  • the Schaar parallel longitudinal axes is then preferably arranged symmetrically about the starting position.
  • the Abrollwiege be flexibly connected in its initial position with the seat support such that a rolling movement is possible to a limited extent, but is damped by the flexible connection. This ensures that the rolling cradle always returns to the starting position without any external force.
  • the Abrollwiege may have different curvatures for ergonomic interpretation of the pivoting characteristic of the pivoting device.
  • a pivotability about a transverse axis for example in the form of a synchronous mechanism, may be provided, which is preferably provided independently of the pivoting device according to the invention.
  • a mobility of a seat in the form of a pivoting or tilting about a longitudinal axis of the chair is possible, thus creating a possibility of movement, which has a defined and thus very good ergonomic interpretable movement.
  • the pivoting can be accompanied by the rolling of the Abrollwiege on the rolling surface with a slight transverse movement of the seat, which is similar to sitting on a gymnastic ball of a natural movement of the pelvis and the lower and middle spine.
  • the rolling guide on a guide rail for guiding the Abrollwiege in a predetermined path.
  • the guide rail is arranged such that a lateral pivoting movement takes place about the longitudinal axis of the seat.
  • the rolling movement of the Abrollwiege is guided defined, whereby the pivoting movement takes place in a predetermined manner.
  • the rolling cradle is guided by the guide rail in the predetermined path.
  • a second roll-off cradle and a second roll-off guide are provided.
  • the second rolling cradle and the second rolling guide are each preferably arranged and configured parallel to the first rolling cradle and the first rolling guide.
  • the second rolling cradle and the second rolling guide are arranged and designed such that the pivoting movement takes place by the rolling of the two rolling cradles on the rolling guides about the longitudinal axis of the chair.
  • the provision of at least one second rolling cradle has the advantage that the two rolling cradles can be arranged at a distance from each other. With such a spacing, each of the two rolling weighers can be made relatively narrow and yet precise guidance of the rolling and weighing simultaneously a high stability of the pivoting device can be achieved.
  • the two rolling weights do not necessarily have the same size. Rather, the second Abrollwiege may be provided, for example, with a smaller Abrollradius than the first Abrollwiege. As a result, a pivoting movement is achieved which has a greater pivoting deflection in the region of the first rolling cradle than in the region of the second rolling cradle. This can serve to take into account leverage or physiologically different distances of the human body at certain points.
  • the smaller roll-off cradle in the region of the rump and the larger roll-off cradle may be provided in the region of the middle thigh of a person sitting on the chair.
  • the roll geometry is thus tunable in a wide range and adaptable to the requirements of the particular field of use of the chair.
  • the variant with different roll-off geometries may be preferable because of the seat position tilted backwards.
  • the geometry with two equal rolling be cheaper, because here the support to the back only on the rolling surface and therefore the movement characteristics should preferably be homogeneous front and rear of the seat.
  • lateral stop elements for laterally limiting the lateral pivoting movement are provided on the seating furniture.
  • dampers for damping the lateral pivoting movement prevent hard lateral impact of the seat and thus increase comfort.
  • the stop elements and / or the dampers the deflection of the pivoting movement is effectively limited, so that the pivoting movement takes place in an ergonomically meaningful area and prevents a person sitting on the chair loses his balance.
  • Dampers are any damping elements to understand, which may also be integrated into any storage or connection of the seat on the seat support.

  • a characteristic can be achieved by a variety of measures, for example by different materials, different damper types (such as air or liquid damper), different dimensions of the damper or by a special design of flexible materials.
  • the bearing element acts even at low deflections, in particular by deformation, whereby the characteristic of the pivoting movement for the entire range of motion of the pivoting device can be interpreted.
  • the bearing element arranged in this way permits pivoting movements of the chair seat relative to the chair frame about at least one longitudinal axis, that is to say about the sagittal axis of a person sitting on the chair.
  • the advantage of this is that according to the invention no pressure loads due to the conventional seating forces in the direction of gravity need to be taken into account in the design of the bearing element, since these are supported by the rolling cradle directly on the seat support.
  • the bearing element can be ideally fine tuned to the forces and moments introduced exclusively by the tilting movements of the spine, resulting in a high level of comfort and an optimized mobility of the seat.
