Zum Erstellen eines Gründungselementes im Boden, insbesondere unter Wasser, wird zunächst die in den Figuren nicht dargestellte Tragstruktur auf den Gewässergrund abgelassen und mittels ausfahrbarer Abstützfüße nivelliert. Mittels einer Klemm- und Dreheinrichtung wird das Pfahlrohr 20 in den Boden eingedreht. Während des Eindrehens und/oder Eindrückens des Pfahlrohres in den Gewässergrund löst die innenliegende Bohreinrichtung 40 den Boden und vermischt ihn mit dem über eine Zuführleitung zugeführten, aushärtbaren Medium. Ist die gewünschte Endteufe des Pfahlrohres 20 erreicht und der Innenraum des Pfahlrohres 20 sowie gegebenenfalls der Zwischenraum zwischen Pfahlrohr 20 und Bohrlochwandung im Gewässergrund mit aushärtbarer Suspension verfüllt, wird die Bohreinrichtung 40 unter Drehen der Mischflügel 62 zurückgezogen und aus dem Pfahlrohr 20 entfernt. Claims (10)

  1. Cutting head for a pile tube, which can be introduced into the ground in order to form a foundation element, with
    - a ring-shaped removal device (27) for removing ground material,
    - a connection area (38) for connecting a tubular base body (22) of the pile tube (20) and
    - a mixing section (36) located between the removal device (27) and the connection area (38) for mixing a supplied, hardenable medium with removed ground material,
    wherein on the mixing section (36) lateral openings (30) are designed, through which the hardenable medium mixed with the removed ground material can be led from an interior space of the cutting head (24) in a radial direction towards the outside of the cutting head (24).
  2. Cutting head according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    on an inner wall of the mixing section (36) at least one stationary mixing element (34) is arranged.
  3. Cutting head according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterized in that
    on an inner wall of the mixing section (36) several stationary mixing elements (34) are arranged in a distributed manner in the circumferential direction.
  4. Cutting head according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
    characterized in that
    in a lower area a stop is provided, on which a drilling means (40) inserted into the cutting head (24) can be supported axially.
  5. Cutting head according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
    characterized in that
    the ring-shaped removal device (27) projects inwards with respect to the tubular mixing section (36).
  6. Pile tube for introduction into the ground in order to form a foundation element with
    - a cutting head (24) according to any one of claims 1 to 5 and
    - a tubular base body (22) which is connected to the cutting head (24).
  7. Pile tube according to claim 6,
    characterized in that
    the tubular base body (22) has lateral openings (26).
  8. Pile tube according to claim 7,
    characterized in that
    the lateral openings (26) are designed in a lower area of the tubular base body (22).
  9. Device for producing a foundation element in the ground, in particular in the bed of a body of water, comprising a pile tube (20) according to any one of claims 6 to 8 and a drilling means (40) with a drilling tool (50) which can be driven in a rotating manner for removing ground material inside the pile tube (20).
  10. Device according to claim 9,
    characterized in that
    above the drilling tool (50) the drilling means (40) has a mixing means (60) which comprises at least one mixing blade (62) which can be driven in a rotating manner and with which the ground material removed by the drilling tool (50) can be mixed inside the pile tube (20) with a supplied, hardenable medium in order to form a filling material.
