L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la partie inférieure de boîtier (1) et la partie supérieure de boîtier (2) sont reliées ensemble par des moyens d'encliquetage, ces moyens d'encliquetage étant conçus de telle sorte qu'ils ne peuvent être actionnés qu'à l'aide d'un outil.
