Abstract

L'invention porte sur un tube d'échangeur de chaleur auquel est ajusté un élément intérieur positionné coaxialement pour augmenter l'aire de la surface d'échange de chaleur et/ou agiter l'agent qui y passe, à savoir un insert élastique (2) formé en une chemise à partir d'une plaque rectangulaire, avec des ailettes à trois faces (3) conformées vers l'extérieur, de section transversale triangulaire, présentant des sommets qui pointent au centre, et les côtés opposés touchant la paroi intérieure du corps tubulaire (1), à l'endroit où les sections de surface (4) entre les ailettes (3) forment la surface cylindrique intérieure de l'insert. Les ailettes (3) ont, de préférence, une ondulation additionnelle qui est formée par infléchissement de sections encochées (5) et/ou par gaufrage (6).
