Claims (14)
- Ensemble de libération d'additif (20) pour un article à fumer (10), comprenant :une bande (22) comprenant une première feuille de matériau (24) et une deuxième feuille de matériau (26),dans lequel les première et deuxième feuilles de matériau (24, 26) contiennent entre elles une ou plusieurs quantités discrètes d'additif couplées au premier matériau de feuille,dans lequel l'ensemble (20) est configuré pour permettre une libération sélective des quantités d'additif.
- Ensemble (20) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la première feuille de matériau (24) est stratifiée sur la deuxième feuille de matériau (26).
- Ensemble (20) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'additif est contenu à l'intérieur d'un ou plusieurs composants de libération d'additif (15),
dans lequel le(s) composant(s) de libération d'additif (15) est/sont fixé(s) entre les première et deuxième feuilles de matériau (24, 26). - Ensemble (20) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la première feuille de matériau (24) et la deuxième feuille de matériau (26) définissent un ou plusieurs compartiments étanches contenant l'additif.
- Ensemble (20) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la première feuille de matériau (24) définit un ou plusieurs évidements (52) définissant les compartiments (45, 55), et la deuxième feuille de matériau (26) est sensiblement plane et couvre les évidements.
- Ensemble (20) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel l'additif est libre ou détaché à l'intérieur du ou des compartiments (45, 55).
- Ensemble (20) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre une troisième couche de matériau en feuille (68), dans lequel les première et troisième feuilles (64, 68) de matériau contiennent entre elles une ou plusieurs quantités discrètes d'additif.
- Ensemble (20) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'additif entre les première et troisième couches est contenu à l'intérieur d'un ou plusieurs composants de libération d'additif (45, 55),
dans lequel le(s) composant(s) de libération d'additif (15) est/sont fixé(s) entre les première et troisième feuilles de matériau (64, 68). - Filtre (18) pour un article à fumer (10) comprenant :un matériau de filtration (12), etun ensemble de libération d'additif (20) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Filtre (18) selon la revendication 9, comprenant en outre une couche de couverture (16) formant une surface extérieure du filtre,
dans lequel la couche de couverture (16) est transparente sur au moins une partie du filtre de telle sorte que le composant de libération d'additif est visible. - Article à fumer (10) comprenant :l'ensemble de libération d'additif (20) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble de libération d'additif (20) pour un article à fumer (10), comprenant :la fourniture d'au moins une quantité d'additif,la fourniture d'une première feuille de matériau (24) et d'une deuxième feuille de matériau (26),le couplage de l'au moins une quantité d'additif à la première feuille,dans lequel les première et deuxième feuilles de matériau (24, 26) contiennent entre elles la ou les quantités discrètes d'additif, etla stratification de la première feuille de matériau (24) sur la deuxième feuille de matériau (26) pour former une bande autour de l'additif.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, comprenant en outre l'application d'une première feuille de matériau (24) à un carrousel rotatif (38) ayant une pluralité de réceptacles (38a),
l'insertion d'un composant de libération d'additif (15) contenant l'additif dans un réceptacle sur lequel la première feuille de matériau a été appliquée ;
l'application de la deuxième feuille de matériau (26) sur le réceptacle dans lequel un dit composant de libération d'additif est inséré. - Procédé selon la revendication 12, comprenant en outre :la formation d'une ou plusieurs poches dans la première feuille de matériau (24)la fourniture d'un additif à l'au moins une de la/des poche(s), etla fixation de la première feuille de matériau (24) à la deuxième feuille de matériau (26) pour fixer l'additif à l'intérieur de la poche et former une bande s'étendant au-delà de la poche.
