Description

Un tel ensemble est connu des documents WO-A-94/06707 et FR-A-2 946 327 .The present invention relates to a container assembly, intended to contain household type waste having a density of approximately 350 kg / m 3 , to be collected by means of a collection vehicle, according to the preamble of claim 1. A such set is known from documents WO-A-94/06707 and FR-A-2 946 327 .

In the prior art, there is also a waste container assembly which comprises a container of large useful mass and handling means adapted to allow a collection vehicle to handle the container in order to empty the container in the collection vehicle. . After handling and emptying the container, via an articulated arm, the collection vehicle rests the container on the ground.

However, this container of the prior art cannot have a stable filling position during its service life. Indeed, the collection vehicle is necessarily placed variably near the container. So each time the container is emptied, the container is offset from its initial filling position. In addition, when the container is empty, users may inadvertently shift the container. When this offset becomes excessive, after several oil changes, the collection vehicle can no longer handle the container. A specific intervention is then required to replace the container, which increases the duration and the cost of collection.

The present invention aims in particular to solve, in whole or in part, the problems mentioned above.

  • un conteneur adapté pour être placé totalement ou partiellement au-dessus du niveau du sol et dans une position de remplissage, dans laquelle des utilisateurs peuvent remplir de déchets le conteneur ;
  • des moyens de manipulation liés au conteneur et adaptés pour permettre la manipulation du conteneur par le véhicule de collecte de façon à placer le conteneur dans une position de vidange, dans laquelle le conteneur est vidangé dans le véhicule de collecte ;
l'ensemble de conteneur comprenant en outre un dispositif de support adapté pour être posé sur le sol ou sur le fond d'un trou creusé et pour supporter le conteneur en position de remplissage ;
To this end, the subject of the invention is a container assembly, intended to contain household type waste having a density of approximately 350 kg / m 3 , to be collected by means of a collection vehicle, the assembly container comprising at least:
  • a container adapted to be placed totally or partially above ground level and in a filling position, in which users can fill the container with waste;
  • handling means linked to the container and adapted to allow the handling of the container by the collection vehicle so as to place the container in a emptying position, in which the container is emptied into the collection vehicle;
the container assembly further comprising a support device adapted to be placed on the ground or on the bottom of a dug hole and for support the container in the filling position;
the container assembly being characterized in that the mass of the support device being greater than 80%, preferably greater than 100%, of the sum of the useful mass of the container plus the mass of the empty container, the useful mass denoting the mass of waste contained in the container when the container is full, and in that the container assembly further comprises compensating means adapted to compensate for a slope of the ground, for example of the roadway, less than 15 degrees, preferably less than 11 degrees, more preferably less than 7 degrees.

The useful mass can be determined, for example, from the useful volume of the container and the usual density of household waste.

Thus, such a container assembly makes it possible to define and maintain a position of the container which is optimal on the one hand for collection and on the other hand for users. In particular, a heavy support device makes it possible to replace the container as close as possible to its initial filling position, which allows stable, durable and rapid handling of the container during numerous collections. In other words, such a container assembly avoids the progressive shifting of the support device and / or of the container out of its initial filling position.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the mass of the support device is between 500 kg and 2000 kg, preferably between 700 kg and 1200 kg.

Thus, such a support device can have a mass adapted to stabilize a container whose sum of the useful mass and the mass of the container to be supported is between approximately 700 kg and approximately 1200 kg. The mass of the support device is selected according to the total mass of the container to be supported. This embodiment therefore makes it possible to associate a range of support devices with a range of containers.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the support device is composed of concrete, the support device preferably comprising a metal frame.

Thus, such a support device can withstand the mechanical, chemical and thermal stresses to which it is subjected during its service life.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the container has a first bearing surface arranged to rest on the support device when the container is in the filling position, in which the support device has a second support surface, the first support surface having an area less than or equal to the second support surface so the support device protrudes from the container on at least two sides of the container when the container is in the filling position.

In other words, the size on the ground of the support device is greater than or equal to the size on the ground of the container. Thus, such a support device makes it possible to stabilize the container durably in its filling position, since it provides it with a second extended bearing surface.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the support device comprises guide means for guiding the container towards the filling position.

Thus, such guide means make it possible to sustainably support the container in its filling position despite numerous emptying of the container.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the guide means are formed by at least two protrusions arranged to penetrate respectively into complementary cavities formed in the container.

Thus, such protrusions allow, for a low manufacturing cost, the rapid replacement of the container in its filling position.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the container assembly further comprises a railing which is linked to the support device and which extends substantially along the side where users can fill the container with waste.

Thus, such a railing prevents a person from passing into the location of the container, which increases the safety of the container assembly, in particular when the container is in the emptying position and when the container is placed in housing located below ground level.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the support device is generally in the form of a plate adapted to rest on a ground, for example on a roadway or on a sidewalk.

Thus, the manufacturing cost of such a support device is low.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the support device forms a housing adapted to accommodate part of the container when the container is in the filling position.

Thus, such a support device allows the container to be placed in a housing located below ground level. In other words, the container can be partially buried, which makes it possible to install a container of great height, therefore of great useful mass, by maintaining the top of this container at an altitude accessible to the users.

Selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention, le logement a une profondeur, mesurée verticalement lorsque le conteneur est en position de remplissage, inférieure à 650 mm, de préférence inférieure à 600 mm.According to one embodiment of the invention, the housing has a depth, measured vertically when the container is in the filling position, less than 650 mm, preferably less than 600 mm.

Thus, such a depth makes it possible to install the support device in a cavity formed above the public networks, which must be located more than 700 mm from the ground level.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the container has at least one oblique or curved face whose inclination or curvature is dimensioned to allow the container to be released from the housing without exerting efforts on the support device.

Thus, such an oblique or curved face makes it easy to handle the container without any risk of shifting the support device.

Thus, such compensation means keep the container stable despite the slope of the ground.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the compensation means comprise at least one foot which is adjustable in height and which is linked to the support device or to the container.

Thus, such feet make it possible to adjust the height of compensation as a function of the local slope of the ground.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the compensation means are formed by an upper peripheral edge defined by the support device around the housing, the height of the support device, measured vertically when the container is in the filling position, being greater than 700 mm, so that, when the support device is placed on the bottom of a hole having a maximum depth of 700 mm, the upper peripheral edge is above the ground level surrounding the hole.

In other words, the upper peripheral edge is located above the upper edge of the hole on the bottom of which the support device is placed. The support device is therefore placed at the bottom of the hole. Thus, such an upper peripheral edge compensates for the slope of the ground, for a relatively low manufacturing cost, so that the water flowing on the ground cannot penetrate into the housing.

The embodiments of the invention and the variants of the invention mentioned above can be taken in isolation or in any technically possible combination.

The figure 1 illustrates a set of container 1 which is intended to contain household waste, to be collected by means of a collection vehicle not shown.

The container assembly 1 comprises a container 2 which is adapted to be placed completely above ground level S. The container 2 is adapted to be placed in a filling position not shown, in which users can fill with waste the container 2. For this purpose, the container 2 can have an opening on a face 2.4, located on the user side or sidewalk, for introducing the waste into the container 2. In addition, the container 2 has a lid 2.1 which pivots, in the purpose of emptying the container 2 in a not shown emptying position. The cover 2.1 also allows, if necessary, the users to fill the container 2.

The container 2 generally has the shape of a parallelepiped, with an oblique upper face to maximize the useful volume of the container 2 while facilitating its access to users. The container 2 can be made of thermoplastic. The container 2 can be manufactured by rotational molding, so as to reduce the manufacturing cost.

The container assembly 1 further comprises handling means 4 which are linked to the container 2. The handling means 4 are adapted to allow the handling of the container 2 by the collection vehicle so as to place the container 2 in a position not shown.

In the emptying position, the container 2 is emptied into the collection vehicle. To handle the container 2, the collection vehicle includes a mechanism, for example an articulated arm. To empty several type 2 containers, the collection vehicle has a large volume receptacle.

In the example of the figure 1 , the handling means 4 comprise a metal frame 4.1 and axes 4.2 which allow the container 2 to tilt by the mechanism of the collection vehicle.

In addition, the container assembly 1 comprises a support device 3. The support device 3 is adapted to be placed on a floor S, which is formed in this case by a sidewalk. The support device 3 is also suitable for supporting the container 2 in the filling position. In the example of the figure 1 , the mass of the support device 3 is approximately 100% of the sum of the useful mass of the container 2 plus the mass of the empty container 2.

In the example of the figure 1 , the useful mass of container 2 is approximately 700 kg and the mass of empty container 2 is approximately 100 kg. This useful mass of approximately 700 kg corresponds to a useful volume of the container 2 of approximately 2 m 3 , for a density of household waste of approximately 350 kg / m 3 .

In the example of the figure 1 , the support device 3 is made of concrete and it includes a metal frame, not shown. The support device 3 generally has the form of a plate which is adapted to rest on the ground S, which can be formed by a roadway or by a sidewalk.

Furthermore, the container 2 has a first bearing surface, not visible but located by the arrow 2.2 on the figure 1 , which is arranged to rest on the support device 3 when the container 2 is in the filling position. Likewise, the support device 3 has a second bearing surface 3.2. The first support surface 2.2 has an area smaller than the second support surface 3.2 so that the support device 3 protrudes from the container 2 on at least two sides of the container 2 when the container 2 is in the filling position.

In addition, the support device 3 comprises guide means 5 for guiding the container 2 towards the filling position. In the example of the figure 1 , the guide means 5 are formed by two protuberances which are arranged to penetrate respectively into complementary cavities 2.5 formed on the sides of the container 2.

The container assembly 1 further comprises a railing 6 which is linked to the support device 3 and which extends substantially along the side where users can fill the container 2 with waste. In the example of the figure 1 , the railing 6 is composed of a facade 6.1 which is fixed on frames 6.2, themselves integral with the support device 3. The frames 6.2 are for example screwed into the concrete of the support device 3 and glued to the guard -body 6.

Les pieds 7 sont ici liés à la face inférieure du dispositif de support 3.The container assembly 1 also comprises compensation means adapted to compensate for a slope of the ground S less than 7 degrees of angle. In the example of the figure 1 , the compensation means comprise feet 7, two of which are visible at the figure 1 and which are adjustable in height. The feet 7 are here linked to the underside of the support device 3.

The figures 2 and 3 illustrate a container assembly 101 according to a second embodiment of the invention. Since the container assembly 101 is similar to the container assembly 1, the description of the container assembly 1 given above in relation to the figure 1 can be transposed to container assembly 101, except for the notable differences set out below.

A component of the container assembly 101 identical or corresponding, by its structure or by its function, to a component of the container assembly 1 carries the same reference numeral increased by 100. This thus defines a container 102, a device for support 103 and handling means 104 and guide means 105, as well as a railing 106.

The container assembly 101 differs from the container assembly 1, in particular because, to introduce individual waste into the container 102, the container assembly 101 has an opening 108 which is arranged opposite a notch 108.6 which s extends from an upper edge of the railing 106. The notch 108.6 prevents the railing 106 from being unexpectedly secured to the container 102, which would prevent normal emptying of the container 102. When emptying the container 102 , the portion of the container 102 which has the opening 108 slides along the notch 108.6 so as to release the container 102 without hooking the railing 106.

The Figures 4, 5 and 6 illustrate a container assembly 201 according to a second embodiment of the invention. Since the container assembly 201 is similar to the container assembly 1, the description of the container assembly 1 given above in relation to the figure 1 can be transposed to the container assembly 201, except for the notable differences set out below.

Le garde-corps 206 est visible à la figure 4 ou 5.A component of the container assembly 201 identical or corresponding, by its structure or by its function, to a component of the container assembly 1 carries the same reference numeral increased by 100. This defines a container 202 with complementary cavities 202.5, a support device 203, handling means 204, guide means 205 and a bodyguard 206 , as well as an opening 208. The railing 206 is visible at the figure 4 or 5 .

The container assembly 201 differs from the container assembly 1, in particular because the support device 203 forms a housing 203.3 which is adapted to accommodate part of the container 202 when the container 202 is in the filling position, as illustrated to the Figures 5 and 6 .

La masse du conteneur 202 à vide est d'environ 150 kg.The container assembly 201 also differs from the container assembly 1 in that the container 202 has a useful volume of approximately 3.3 m 3 which is greater than the useful volume of the container 2 which is approximately 2 , 4 m 3 . So the useful mass of container 202 is approximately 1000 kg. The mass of the empty container 202 is approximately 150 kg.

In the example of figures 4, 5 and 6 , the housing 203.3 has a depth P203.3 which is approximately 600 mm. Therefore, the housing 203.3 makes it possible to accommodate a part of the container 202 which has a height of 600 mm. The total height of the support device 203, including the thickness of the bottom plate of the support device 203, is less than 700 mm. In service, when the support device 203 is installed on a curb, it can be installed so as to protrude about 100 mm above the level of the water line of a street, which prevents the water flows and collects in housing 203.3.

In addition, the container assembly 201 differs from the container assembly 1, because the container 202 has a face 202.9 which is curved and whose curvature is dimensioned to allow the release of the container 202 from the housing 203.3 without exerting efforts on the support device 203.

The container assembly 201 also differs from the container assembly 1 in that the means for compensating for the gradient of the ground are formed by an upper peripheral edge 211 which is defined by the support device 203 around the housing 203.3. The height H203.3 of the support device 203, measured vertically when the container 202 is in the filling position, being greater than 700 mm, so that, when the support device 203 is placed on the bottom of a hole having a maximum depth 700 mm, the upper peripheral edge 211 is above the ground level surrounding the hole.

Thus, the support device 203 is adapted to be placed on a ground, like the support device 3 of the container assembly 1. But unlike the support device 3, which can be at the sidewalk or the roadway, the support device 203 is adapted to be placed on a ground formed by the bottom of a hole dug for example in a sidewalk or in a roadway. So the support device 203 is placed at the bottom of a hole, while the support device 3 is adapted to be placed on a sidewalk or a roadway.

The Figures 7A, 7B, 7C and 7D partially illustrate the drain kinematics of the container assembly 201 of the figure 4 , when the container moves from the filling position ( figure 7A ) to the drain position.

The figure 8 illustrates a container assembly 301 which conforms to a fifth embodiment of the invention and which differs from the container assembly 201, in particular because the container assembly 301 does not include a railing. To the figure 8 , a user U stands near the container, which is therefore being filled. The maximum height of the container is determined according to the size of the user, to allow the user to fill the container in the filling position.
