In particular, the container assembly according to the invention should be suitable to absorb, transport and / or store highly reactive chemical materials, especially those that attack metal, especially hydrofluoric acid.

Container arrangements of the type mentioned are used in many different ways. So they are used in so-called IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container), which include a pallet, an outer shell and an inner container. The outer shell is often made of metal, the range of wood or plastic, the inner container also made of metal or plastic. Such a container arrangement is for example in EP 1 826 138 A1 disclosed.

Koextrusion hergestellt. For the production of a variety of products is the provision of highly pure chemicals or highly reactive chemicals, which attack in particular metals, so aggressively acting on transport containers required. With regard to the materials to be used for the transport container, a large number of solutions relating to the material to be used, as a rule plastic, have been proposed for this purpose. So revealed the DE 199 24 650 A1 a device for storing and transporting chemicals, in particular of liquid, high-purity chemicals for the electrical industry, the a multi-shell inner container, the inner, filling material-side shell of a stabilizer-free high-density polyethylene (PE-HD) and at least one, the inner shell enclosing shell made of polyethylene and a metal-free transport device made of plastic. The container disclosed therein is produced by multilayer bubble extrusion or coextrusion.

JP 09-315485 A discloses a container suitable for washing silicone wafers with hydrofluoric acid and made of carbon fibers and a polyarylene sulfide resin (PAS resin). EP 1 159 131 B1 discloses a multilayered device for storing and transporting chemicals, particularly high purity liquid chemicals for the electronics industry, wherein the filling material side innermost layer of the device is made of a high density polyethylene free of antioxidants.

If a pallet comprehensive transport device for use for a container in particular for the transport and / or storage of materials, especially liquid materials, especially high purity chemicals, especially those that attack metals such as hydrofluoric acid, so it is important to ensure that the appropriate transport device as well as the recorded in this container is made of plastic.

The term plastic in the context of the present invention includes such plastics, which are made of a single plastic material, as well as plastics, which consist of two or three more plastic materials are produced. In addition, the plastic in the context of the present invention may have further additives, wherein additives are to be avoided, which react with high-purity chemicals, in particular metal attacking chemicals such as hydrofluoric acid or the like. For example, plasticizers, antioxidants, etc. may be present.

Since the transport device has a pallet, it is important that the container is securely received in the transport device. For this purpose, it is essential to produce a sufficiently slip-resistant and secure connection of the outer shell with the pallet.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a transport device which provides a sufficiently secure, in particular slip-proof connection between an outer casing and a pallet.

This object is solved by the features of claim 1. According to the invention, the outer sheath is made of plastic, wherein the outer sheath has a bottom, which has on its surface facing the pallet at least one protruding retaining element, which engages in at least one arranged on an upper side of the pallet recess. By this intervention, a firm connection between outer container and pallet is preferably generated, preferably a non-positive and / or positive connection. Slippage is thus prevented, preferably, the connection is formed without play. In addition, the transport device according to the invention at least one fastening means made of plastic, which is arranged between the outer shell and the pallet.

The plastic is to be understood as defined in the introduction and may therefore consist of a single plastic material or a mixture of two or more plastic materials, optionally with other additives. For the inner container which can be inserted into the transport device, the plastic material of at least the filling material-side layer is advantageously selected from the group comprising polyethylenes and / or polypropylenes, preferably high-density polyethylenes. Particularly preferred are high-density polyethylenes, such as those in the DE 199 24 650 A1 and EP 1 159131 B1 are described.

Preferably, it is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) having a specific gravity in a range of 0.940 to 0.970 g / cm 3 , more preferably in a range of 0.946 to 0.960 g / cm 3 free from stabilizers and / or antioxidants. The inner container is preferably formed in two or more layers, more preferably two or three layers, wherein at least the inside of the layer in contact with the material in contact therewith is made of said preferred plastic material. The inner container can therefore be constructed as a single layer.

For the outer jacket is preferably used as a plastic material, a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) having a specific gravity in a range of 0.940 to 0.970 g / cm 3 , more preferably in a range of 0.944 to 0.960 g / cm 3 , for example under the trademarks Lupolen 4261 AG UV 60005 of LyndonellBasell Industries NV, Rotterdam and Rigidex HM4560UA of INEOS Olefins & Polymers Europe, Rolle, Switzerland offered material at the time of filing this application. This may, but need not be, free from stabilizers and / or antioxidants. For the pallet, a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) having a specific gravity in a range from 0.940 to 0.970 g / cm 3 , more preferably in one, is preferably used as the plastic material Range from 0.944 to 0.960 g / cm 3 , for example, the material offered under the trademark Hostalen CD 7255 of LyndonellBasell Industries NV, Rotterdam at the time of filing this application. This may or may not be free from stabilizers and / or antioxidants.

The recess on the upper side of the pallet, which can also be addressed as a cover plate of the pallet, may have a bottom, but may also be formed as an opening, and thus as an opening in the upper side of the pallet. The recess is advantageously adapted in its contour to the protruding from the surface of the bottom of the outer shell retaining element, optionally taking into account an optional insertable between retaining element and recess wedge-shaped means. The recess can thus be addressed, for example, as an elongated recess or elongated opening at the top of the pallet. The holding element according to the present invention may be formed in any shape, but is preferably elongated with a quadrangular in side view embodiment, preferably a rectangular and transparent-like configuration, wherein a longitudinal side of the quadrangle or rectangle by the connection of the holding element to the surface of the Soil is formed.

In this case, viewed in cross-section, the side or transverse walls of the holding element inclined to each other advantageously be formed, so that a trapezoidal configuration, based on the cross-section results. The cross section is defined by a section along a plane passing through the two lateral or transverse walls of the retaining element, as far as they are elongated. In an also possible, for example, rod-shaped or frusto-conical or otherwise as radially symmetrical configuration of the holding elements, the cross section refers to a plane of symmetry extending through this. Advantageously, however, the holding elements are quadrangular with two opposite side walls and two shorter, also opposite transverse walls, which thus define the material thickness of the holding element, formed, and further preferably have a pointing in the direction of the pallet bottom. The Holding elements are preferably arranged between one or two-wall support elements of the pallet.

By engaging the at least one projecting retaining element of the outer shell in the recess on the top of the pallet on the one hand, a slip protection of the outer shell on the pallet mediated, and also provided a preferred non-positive or positive connection between the bottom of the outer shell with the pallet. The according to the invention between the outer shell and the pallet at least one fastening means is also made of a plastic. As plastic material for the fastener is advantageously a PE or HDPE, preferably the same HDPE as for outer shell or the pallet used.

Particularly preferably, at least one holding element is arranged substantially parallel to a longitudinal side of the outer casing on the surface of the bottom thereof. More preferably, this substantially parallel arrangement is at least slightly offset from the side walls towards the bottom center. Particularly preferably, at least one holding element arranged substantially parallel to a longitudinal side at the bottom of the outer casing is located in the region of the bottom center, preferably exactly centered on the surface of the bottom, relative to the two longitudinal sides of the outer casing. In this case, exactly two holding elements are particularly preferably arranged substantially parallel to a longitudinal side of the outer casing on the surface of the bottom thereof, more preferably, the two holding elements are exactly centered, as defined above, arranged on the surface of the soil. In a further preferred embodiment, the at least one substantially parallel to the longitudinal side arranged holding element in the region of a arranged in the bottom of the outer shell channel-shaped recess is arranged. The trough-shaped recess at the bottom of the outer shell allows a provision of a lower outlet of an inner shell to be housed in the outer shell, advantageously from the rear transverse wall to the front transverse wall with the outlet has a slope, more preferably also a slope from the longitudinal sides to the bottom center thereof, and still more preferably, a groove-shaped depression on the outlet. The channel-shaped depression in the bottom of the outer shell can be formed in its contour of the channel-shaped recess of the inner container, but it does not have to. A direct contact of the channel-shaped recess of the inner container with that of the outer jacket can take place, but it may also be in the particular unfilled state, a distance may be present, or only a partial support.

In a further preferred embodiment, at least one retaining element is arranged substantially parallel to a transverse side of the outer shell on the surface of the bottom thereof. The Front transverse side of the outer shell in this case has an opening for an outlet of an inner container to be received in the outer jacket, the rear transverse side, which is formed parallel to the front transverse side, however, is preferably formed over its entire surface without openings.

Preferably, the at least one retaining element arranged parallel to a transverse side on the upper side of the outer jacket is arranged offset from the transverse side to the surface of the base, that is to say, H. has a certain distance to the transverse side. Preferably, at least two, more preferably at least three, even more preferably at least four holding elements arranged substantially parallel to a transverse side on the surface of the bottom are provided on the surface of the bottom. Advantageously, the retaining elements arranged substantially parallel to a longitudinal side of the outer shell on the surface of the bottom are arranged in pairs in even numbers, for example in the provision of respectively two or four retaining elements. Pairwise arrangement in the sense of the present invention means that the holding elements lie in an identical plane extending through the longitudinal or transverse sides in the case of an angular formation of the holding elements. The same applies to a rotationally symmetrical design of the holding elements.

If the holding elements are rotationally symmetrical, they can not of course be defined as being arranged substantially parallel to a longitudinal or transverse side of the outer casing on the surface of the bottom. In this case, the rotationally symmetrical holding elements, that is, for example, cylindrical or frustoconical holding elements are slightly offset from the bottom center, d. H. spaced from the longitudinal and transverse sides of the outer shell, d. H. with a return to an edge formed between the longitudinal and transverse sides and bottom edge of the outer shell arranged. Preferably, these rotationally symmetrical holding elements are again arranged in pairs, as described above, and preferably also at least one, preferably at least two rotationally symmetrical holding elements in the region of the bottom center, more preferably at least one such rotationally symmetrical holding element in the region of a channel-shaped recess, which in the Floor of the outer shell is formed It can also be combined in side view square and rotationally symmetrical holding means.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the transport device according to the invention arranged on the surface of the bottom of the outer shell at least one substantially parallel to a longitudinal side and at least one substantially parallel to a transverse side of the outer shell arranged holding element, in particular a polygonal, preferably quadrangular, even more preferably in Side view rectangular elongated trained holding element. Particularly preferably, the transport device according to the invention has a total of six holding elements, wherein all of these holding elements can also be arranged parallel to the longitudinal sides or to the transverse sides of the outer shell, as described above. However, particularly preferred are two or four holding elements arranged parallel to the front or rear transverse side of the outer shell on the surface of the bottom thereof, and arranged at least one, preferably two holding elements substantially parallel to the longitudinal sides of the outer shell on the pallet facing surface of the bottom.

According to the invention, at least one fastening means is arranged between the outer jacket and the pallet. The fastening means preferably comprises a helical means, more preferably a screw, more preferably the fastening means comprises a plate with a bore, and is suitable for receiving the helical means, in particular a screw. More preferably, the plate of the fastener engages in a recess at the top of the pallet. In an embodiment of the helical means as a screw, the screw is guided from the inside of the outer container through a bore provided in the outer container and engages over a thread present on the inside of the bore of the plate of the fastening means, so that the plate is in a recess of an upper side the pallet can engage, and applies sealingly with the head facing the screw head to the outside of the outer shell in the ground. For this purpose, the plate of the fastening means is advantageously designed such that it has a return facing the outside of the outer shell or the head of a helical means. As a result, an additional contact surface of the plate is provided on an underside of the pallet.

In a further preferred embodiment, the at least one holding element is arranged in the pallet by means of a wedge-shaped means. In this way, in particular a traction can be provided. The wedge-shaped means is preferably, viewed in cross-section, U-shaped, so that the holding element between the two legs of the "U" is receivable. In this case, preferably the area between the two legs of the U-shaped wedge-shaped means is formed with its contour of the outer contour of the holding element. The wedge-shaped means is preferably received between two provided by the pallet double-walled support elements, which provide a support surface for the outer shell with its top. The wedge-shaped means is preferably frictionally between the support elements, which may be formed not only double-walled, but also single-walled, added. Preferably, the holding element is in turn arranged non-positively or positively in the wedge-shaped means. Advantageously, wedge-shaped means are used in holding elements, which have an elongated design as defined above, more preferably in those which are arranged substantially parallel to the front or rear transverse side of the outer shell on the surface of the bottom of the outer shell.

Wie bereits vorstehend schon angesprochen, sind vorzugsweise Seitenwände des mindestens einen Halteelementes zueinander geneigt ausgebildet, insbesondere zur Bildung eines trapezförmigenAs already mentioned above, preferably side walls of the at least one holding element are inclined relative to each other, in particular to form a trapezoidal

Cross-section in an elongated configuration of the holding element or for forming a truncated or cylindrical truncated cross-section in a rotationally symmetrical design of the holding element. A trapezoidal cross-section with elongate holding elements thus refers to a plane through both longitudinal side walls of the holding element. Advantageously, the at least one retaining element non-positively and / or positively a connection of the pallet with the outer shell available. More preferably, the at least one retaining element is formed integrally with the outer container. Advantageously, the outer shell is produced by bubble extrusion one, two, three or otherwise multi-layered, in particular together with a lid to complete the transport device, the lid then cut after the blowing process and then put back after potting an inner container and by welding or bolt on the upper frame the outer jacket is attached.
