Il existe un besoin de porter un noeud papillon ou autre accessoire décoratif sous plusieurs formes de port (barrette, collier, broche, serre-tête) depuis un même noeud ou accessoire décoratif.
  • La présente invention propose de répondre à ce besoin en tout et partie.
  • L'invention vise à remédier à cet inconvénient et propose un dispositif de noeud papillon, notamment destiné à être porté à titre décoratif par une personne, homme, femme ou enfant, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un noeud papillon ou analogue, au moins un moyen de liaison telle une bande disposée solidaire du noeud papillon, destiné à être reçu par une partie de corps de la personne, tel le cou, un bras, la chevelure ou l'épaule, au moins un moyen de confinement du moyen de liaison et au moins un moyen de fixation apte à permettre d'attacher le dispositif de noeud papillon à une partie du corps ou de vêtement ou d'accessoire de port de la personne, tel un chapeau, un vêtement ou sous vêtement, un bras, la chevelure.
  • Ainsi, le moyen de liaison peut être déployé du moyen de confinement et être passé autour du cou de la personne (en port traditionnel du noeud papillon), d'un homme notamment, ou être confiné sur le moyen de confinement pour pouvoir être attaché à une partie du corps de la personne, au bras, au dos, à la ceinture, à l'épaule, à la chevelure d'une femme.   • Le moyen de confinement peut être une platine ou une barrette montée solidaire du noeud papillon, occultée par ce dernier en service et sur laquelle peut être confiné, par exemple replié, voire enroulé, le moyen de liaison.
  • Le moyen de confinement peut avoir une forme diverse, ronde, rectangulaire, triangulaire ou autre, et notamment décorative propre à donner un effet esthétique au dispositif de noeud ou accessoire de port décoratif. Le moyen de confinement peut ainsi avoir une forme décorative à même d'apporter un effet esthétique au noeud papillon ou accessoire décoratif porté, par exemple par une mise en forme du noeud ou de l'accessoire ou par l'apport d'éléments décoratifs supplémentaires.
  • Il peut avoir aussi une forme purement technique telle rectangulaire pour le repliement du moyen de liaison sur son extension, ou ronde pour l'enroulement du moyen de liaison sur son pourtour. Ledit moyen de confinement peut être disposé dissimulé à l'arrière du noeud ou de l'accessoire, ou être mis en évidence en tant qu'élément décoratif à l'avant du noeud ou de l'accessoire décoratif pour un effet grunge et décalé.
  • Le dispositif peut encore comporter plusieurs moyens de confinement, l'un pour recevoir une bande et l'autre pour recevoir une chaîne ou une chaînette. Le ou les dits moyens de confinement sont en particulier agencés l'un à l'autre de façon à occuper un espace réduit sur le dispositif en service, par exemple dans une forme relativement plate et de faible épaisseur sur le dispositif monté sur la personne.
  • Le noeud papillon ou accessoire décoratif peut avoir une forme diverse (toutes formes esthétiques imaginables) telles une boucle ou une fleur.
  • Le noeud papillon ou accessoire décoratif peut être monté solidaire du moyen de confinement de façon fixe, par exemple par couture, collage, soudure. De préférence, il peut être monté de façon mobile, par exemple par une attache rapide de type bande « velcro » ou autre, une broche, un aimant, en sorte que le noeud puisse être remplacé aisément selon les personnes et les circonstances de port, étant choisi de différentes tailles, couleurs et configurations.

Il est disposé de préférence à l'arrière du noeud papillon et destiné à être reçu sur une partie du corps de la personne, par exemple fixé à un vêtement, à un accessoire vestimentaire tel une ceinture, un chapeau, à un membre du corps tel un bras, une jambe, voire à un bijou porté par cette personne.
  • Plusieurs moyens de fixation peuvent être montés au dispositif de noeud ou accessoire décoratif, par exemple deux moyens de fixation tels une barrette pour l'attache aux cheveux de la personne et une épingle pour l'attache à un vêtement ou un accessoire de port, par exemple un chapeau ou ceinture de la personne.
  • L'invention concerne également un kit d'accessoire décoratif dit « tout en un » apte à recevoir un noeud papillon ou un autre accessoire décoratif, comportant au moins un moyen de confinement de l'élément de liaison du noeud ou de l'accessoire et au moins un moyen de fixation à une partie du corps d'une personne, et une nouvelle utilisation d'un dispositif de noeud papillon tel que décrit ci-dessus, formant accessoire décoratif pour une personne, homme, femme et enfant.
  • Des modes de réalisation du dispositif de noeud papillon sont à présent décrits à titre non limitatif en référence au dessin annexé, sur lequel :
    • La figure 1 est une vue en élévation d'un dispositif de noeud papillon selon l'invention, montré à l'opposé de la face apparente du noeud de papillon, le dispositif de noeud papillon étant en position de montage autour du cou d'une personne,
    • La figure 2 est une vue du moyen de repliage et du moyen de fixation de ce dispositif de noeud papillon en position pour être monté à une partie de corps d'une personne, et
    • La figure 3 est une vue analogue à la figure 2 selon une variante de réalisation.
  • Avec référence au dessin, à la figure 1 en particulier, le dispositif de noeud de papillon 1 représenté comporte un noeud de papillon 3 proprement dit et un bandeau ou lien 5 destiné à être passé autour du cou d'une personne pour soutenir le noeud de papillon 3 en position élégante de la personne. Le bandeau 5 est ici représenté partiellement en position autour du cou de la personne.
  • Le dispositif de noeud de papillon 1 comprend en outre un dispositif de confinement 7 à forme de barrette mince et discrète, disposé à l'opposé de la face apparente décorative du noeud papillon 3 et occulté par ce dernier en position de port par la personne.
  • Le dispositif de confinement 7 à forme de barrette comprend à chacune de ses extrémités une broche 9 en saillie coudée vers l'extérieur à son extrémité apte à recevoir en repliage avec son homologue le bandeau 5 de un à plusieurs tours sur lui-même, comme il est représenté à la figure 2.
  • Une boucle 11 de fixation à une ceinture (ou dispositif de fixation analogue), par exemple en position centrale avant ou dorsale de la personne, femme ou fille notamment, est fixée à la barrette 7, à l'opposé du noeud papillon 3.
  • Cette boucle 11 peut être remplacée par ou associée à une épingle en tant que deuxième moyen de fixation, voire une languette ou lien analogue (non représenté), à même de solidariser le dispositif de noeud de papillon à un vêtement, par exemple à un revers de manche de chemise ou au dos d'une chemise de la personne ou autre, ou à une partie de corps de la personne, bras ou jambe ou la chevelure de cette dernière.
  • Le dispositif de confinement 7 est monté solidaire du noeud, papillon par tout dispositif d'attache adéquat, par exemple couture, agrafe, collage etc. Cette attache peut contribuer à maintenir une conformation élégante du noeud papillon.
  • Le dispositif de confinement à barrette 7 peut être remplacé (figure 3) par un couronne 7', notamment à épaulements opposés externes annulaires, propre à permettre l'enroulement du bandeau ou moyen de liaison 5' sur la couronne, le dispositif de fixation 11' (broche) étant alors solidarisé à cette couronne à l'opposé du noeud papillon. L'enroulement du bandeau 5' forme alors un bouton émergeant au centre du noeud papillon 3' et qui renforce l'effet décoratif du dispositif de noeud de papillon 1'.
  • Il est à noter que le bandeau ou moyen de liaison 5, 5' peut faire partie du noeud papillon 3, 3' ou être distinct de celui-ci, étant alors solidarisé au dispositif de confinement 7,7'.
  • Le noeud de papillon 3' peut également être attaché au dispositif de confinement 7' par un dispositif d'attache rapide (non visible), de type bande « velcro » par exemple disposé à l'avant de la couronne 7', comme mentionné précédemment, ce qui permet un échange facile du noeud papillon pour s'adapter à la personne et aux circonstances d'exigences vestimentaires.

Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de noeud papillon (1, 1'), notamment destiné à être porté à titre décoratif par une personne, homme, femme ou enfant, comportant au moins un noeud papillon (3, 3') au moins un moyen de liaison (5, 5') telle une bande disposée solidaire du noeud papillon, destiné à être reçu par une partie de corps de la personne, tel le cou, un bras, la chevelure ou l'épaule, au moins un moyen de confinement (7, 7') du moyen de liaison (5, 5') et au moins un moyen de fixation (11, 11') apte à permettre d'attacher le dispositif de noeud papillon à une partie du corps ou de vêtement ou d'accessoire de port de la personne, tel un chapeau, un vêtement ou sous vêtement, un bras, la chevelure caractérisé en ce que, le moyen de confinement étant une platine ou une barrette (7) montée solidaire du noeud papillon (3), occultée par ce dernier en service et sur laquelle peut être confiné, par exemple replié, voire enroulé, le moyen de liaison (5), ou une couronne (7)' propre à permettre l'enroulement du moyen de liaison (5') sur lui-même.
  2. Dispositif de noeud papillon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de liaison (5, 5') est une simple bande textile ou un collier souple ou semi-rigide, à passer autour d'une partie de corps de la personne.
  3. Dispositif de noeud papillon selon la revendication 1, 2, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de fixation est une épingle, une broche, une boucle (11, 11'), une languette ou moyen analogue, monté solidaire du moyen de confinement (7, 7') à l'opposé du noeud papillon et destiné à être reçu sur une partie du corps de la personne.
  4. Dispositif de noeud papillon selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de liaison (5, 5') fait partie du noeud papillon (3, 3').
  5. Dispositif de noeud papillon selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de liaison (5, 5') est distinct du noeud papillon (3, 3'), étant alors solidarisé au dispositif de confinement (7, 7').
  6. Dispositif de noeud papillon selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le noeud papillon (3') est attaché au moyen de confinement (7') par un dispositif d'attache rapide.
