Claims (9)
- Kamineinsatzgerät (100), umfassend eine Kaminrückseiteneinheit (101) zum Einsetzen in einen vorhandenen Kamin, eine Kaminfront (102), die so ausgelegt ist, dass sie mit der Kaminrückseiteneinheit (101) in Eingriff gelangt und diese versiegelt, wobei die Kaminrückseiteneinheit (101) ein Mittel (10, 25) aufweist, um an einem vorhandenen Kaminbereich verankert zu werden, wobei das Gerät ein Mittel (20) aufweist, um verstellbar am Verankerungsmittel (10, 25) der Kaminrückseiteneinheit (101) befestigt zu werden, und ein oberes Klemmmittel (40, 100), um den oberen Teil des Geräts in einem Kamin zu befestigen, und das in Verbindung mit dem Verankerungsmittel (10, 25) und dem Befestigungsmittel (20) so ausgelegt ist, dass es das Gerät im Kamin versiegelt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verankerungsmittel (10, 25) eine Positionierungsplatte (10) zur Verankerung an einem Boden des Geräts umfasst und das Befestigungsmittel eine Bodenplatte (20) mit einem verstellbaren Befestigungsmittel (16) zur Fixierung am Gerät umfasst.
- Kamineinsatzgerät (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kaminrückseiteneinheit (101) ein Umlenkblechmittel (51) aufweist, das zur Steuerung eines Kaminschachtdurchzugs im Gerät betreibbar ist, wobei das Umlenkblechmittel (51) zumindest eine Umlenkplatte (50) und ein Umlenkblechträgermittel (52) umfasst, wobei die Umlenkplatte (50) nach Installation des Kamineinsetzgeräts aus dem Umlenkträgermittel (52) entfernbar ist.
- Kamineinsatzgerät nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Umlenkplatte (50) entfernbar ist, um den unkomplizierten Zugang zum Schornsteinraum zu ermöglichen, während das Gerät in einem Kamin installiert bleibt, wobei das Gerät nicht entfernt werden muss, um Zugang für eine Schornsteinreinigung zu erhalten, und ein Feger über eine Türöffnung (104) des Geräts Zugang zu einem Schornsteinraum erhalten kann, und wobei das Entfernen der Umlenkplatte (50) ohne die Notwendigkeit des Entfernens des Geräts das Auffüllen von nicht-brennbaren Material um den Körper des Geräts im Kamin ermöglicht.
- Kamineinsatzgerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei die Umlenkplatte (50) auf dem Trägermittel (52) verstellbar ist, um einen Kaminschachtdurchzug zu erhöhen oder zu verringern.
- Kamineinsatzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, wobei das Umlenkblechträgermittel (52) Trägeransätze oder -leisten umfasst.
- Kamineinsatzgerät nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Ansätze oder Trägerleisten in Positionen oder Höhen im Gerät angeordnet sind, so dass die Position der Umlenkplatte (50) eingestellt werden kann, um die Kaminschachtdurchzug im Gerät zu steuern.
- Kamineinsatzgerät (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Positionierungsplatte (10) einen erhöhten Ansatz (11) aufweist, der so ausgelegt ist, dass er über eine Öffnung (21) in der Bodenplatte (20) mithilfe eines Mauerwerkbodenbefestigungsmittels (25) im Boden eingreift, während gleichzeitig ein Freiraum (13) freigelassen wird, um der Bodenplatte (20) ein Gleiten in Bezug auf die Positionierungsplatte zu ermöglichen.
- Kamineinsatzgerät (100) nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Lokalisierungsplatte (10) eine aufrechte Wand (12) an einem Ende aufweist, wobei die aufrechte Wand eine Schraubgewindeöffnung für eine Aufnahme eines Befestigungsbolzens (16) aufweist und wobei die Bodenplatte (20) eine Gabel (22) für einen Eingriff mit dem Befestigungsbolzen (16) aufweist, um zu ermöglichen, dass die Gabel (22) in Bezug auf die aufrechte Wand (12) sicher bewegt und befestigt werden kann.
- Kamineinsatzgerät (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Klemmmittel (140) einen länglichen Klemmbalken (141) mit einer angewinkelten Oberseite (142) und einem Schlitz (148), einen verstellbaren Ankerbolzen (144), einen Balken (146) mit Gewinde im mittleren Abschnitt, der über den Schlitz (148) eingreifbar ist, einen Abstandsbalken (150) und Feststellmuttern (152) umfasst, wobei der Klemmbalken (141) verstellbar am Inneren eines Kamins befestigbar ist.
