Claims (12)
- Propeller (1) of a pulsed airflow generator, in particular for an autonomous portable blower, of the type constituted by the assembly of two parts coaxially placed one behind the other, namely:- a first front part (2) formed from a single block and consisting of a plurality of twisted blades (3) fastened to a central ring (4),- and a second back part (5) of a generally conical shape, also formed from a single block,the central part (6) of this assembly presenting a conical shape and constituting the back part of an air intake cone, this propeller being characterised in that the said first front part and second back part are interlocked by means of a clamping device (10) consisting of a hub incorporating two parts (11, 12), coaxially assembled, and between which said two parts (2, 5) constituting the propeller (1) are clamped, said hub being rotationally integral with this latter and ensuring that the said front and back parts are held in the assembly position.
- Propeller according to Claim 1, characterised in that front part (12) of clamping device (10) presents a conical shape and constitutes the top of air intake cone (6-12a).
- Propeller according to either one of Claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the two parts (11, 12) constituting clamping device (10) or hub are assembled by fitting into each other.
- Propeller according to either one of Claims 1 or 2, characterised in that locking of the two parts (11, 12) of hub (10) in the clamping position is obtained by forced fitting of back part (11) of said hub into front part (12) of this latter.
- Propeller according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that hub (10) includes an axial bore (15) in which is lodged the extremity (16a) of shaft (16) of a driving motor, the extremity of the shaft being interlocked with front part (12) of hub (10) by forced insertion.
- Propeller according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that front (2) and back (5) parts are assembled by embedding.
- Propeller according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that twisted blades (3) are fastened to central ring (4) by means of spaced blade feet (3a) and in that back part (5) includes a plurality of spaced teeth or claws (5a), inserted in gaps (7) recessed between said blade feet.
- Propeller according to Claim 7, characterised in that claws (5a) of back part (5) present a straight edge oriented along a generatrix of the air intake cone or oriented obliquely in relation to this generatrix, and an opposite curved edge whose shaping corresponds to the surface of the blade feet with which this curved edge is in contact.
- Propeller according to one of Claims 7 or 8, characterised in that blade feet (3a), to which the bases of blades 3 are fastened, laterally present surfaces projecting over one of the sides of said base, outer surface (8) of the projecting part of blade feet (3a) and outer surface (9) of teeth or claws (5a) constituting portions of the surface of air intake cone (6).
- Propeller according to any one of Claims 1 to 9, characterised in that front (2) and back (5) parts are obtained by moulding.
- Propeller according to any one of Claims 1 to 10, characterised in that front (2) and back (5) parts are executed in a rigid plastic material or light alloy.
- Portable blower including an axial fan, characterised in that the propeller of this axial fan is embodied according to any one of Claims 1 to 11.
