Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Universaladapter zur Verbindung von Schablonen verschiedener Spannsysteme mit demselben Spannrahmen.The present invention relates to a universal adapter for connecting templates of different clamping systems with the same clamping frame.
Die vorliegende Erfindung kann insbesondere Anwendung finden bei Siebdruckvorrichtungen zur Herstellung gedruckter Schaltungen. Dabei finden unter anderem Schnellspann-Schablonen Verwendung, mittels derer im Siebdruckverfahren Paste, insbesondere Lötpaste, auf Schaltungsträger aufgebracht werden. Zu diesem Zweck müssen die Schablonen, bevor sie in die Siebdruckmaschine eingelegt werden können, in einen, für den Lochrand entsprechenden Schnellspannrahmen montiert werden. Für solche SMD-Schnellspann-Schablonen gibt es am Markt verschiedene Aufnahmesysteme, wobei die jeweilige Schablone nur in dieses dazugehörige Aufnahmesystem passt. Diese unterscheiden sich dadurch, dass zum Spannen der Schablonen an den Schablonenaußenkanten unterschiedliche Öffnungen (rund, oval, rechteckig oder länglich-rechteckig) unterschiedlicher Größe verwendet werden. Dadurch kann die Schablone nur mit dem dazugehörigen Spannrahmen des jeweiligen Herstellers verwendet werden. Es ist somit nicht möglich, Schablonen verschiedener Typen auf einem einheitlichen Spannrahmen aufzuspannen. Die Spannrahmen sind dann wiederum auf die jeweilige Druckmaschine abgestellt, sodass der Nutzer eines entsprechenden Druckmaschinen-Spannrahmensystems gezwungen ist, stets die gleichen Schablonen des eigenen Herstellers zu verwenden. Dies ist natürlich logistisch sehr aufwendig und mühsam. Der bezüglich der vorliegenden Erfindung nächstgelegene Stand der Technik ergibt sich aus der

Es ist daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Adapter zur Aufnahme vorhandener Schnellspann-Schablonen verschiedener Hersteller in ein und denselben Fixrahmen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Das Problem dabei besteht darin, dass die vorhandenen Schnellspann-Schablonen verschiedener Hersteller über unterschiedliche Perforations-Geometrien verfügen, wie oben ausgeführt. Für das Ausführungsbeispiel der vorliegenden Erfindung wurde der VektorGuard-Fixrahmen als Rahmen beispielhaft gewählt, da dieser weltweit am meisten verbreitet ist. Die Erfindung lässt sich aber auch mit allen anderen Fixrahmensystemen nutzen, wenn die Geometrie entsprechend angepasst wird. Erfindungsgemäß soll also ein Universaladapter geschaffen werden, der verschiedene Perforations-Geometrien von Schnellspann-Schablonen verschiedener Hersteller in ein und denselben Fixrahmen aufzunehmen und darin zu spannen erlaubt.It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide an adapter for receiving existing quick-clamping templates from different manufacturers in one and the same fixed frame available.
