Abstract

L'appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage prédécoupé enroulé en bobine du type comprenant un carter (1) recevant une bobine (E) de matériau d'essuyage, le dit carter comprenant une paroi de fond (1a), deux parois latérales (1b) et une paroi d'appui (1c) de la bobine de matériau, les dites parois (1a) (1b) (1c) constituant les parois extérieures du carter, le dit carter10 recevant un volet (2) articulé par rapport au carter assurant le guidage et le déroulement de la bobine de matériau et un couvercle (3) articulé par rapport au carter définissant après fermeture un espace entre le dit volet et le dit couvercle pour autoriser la sortie de la bande de matériau, le dit volet et le dit couvercle définissant un espace entre eux pour assurer le guidage et la sortie 15 de la bande de matériau et la séparation d'un format de matériau, le dit appareil est remarquable en ce que la paroi d'appui (1c) de la bobine de matériau présente un profil comprenant une partie centrale horizontale (1c1) et de part et d'autre deux parties obliques relevées avant (1c2) et arrière (1c3) permettant la réception, le centrage et le maintien stabilisé de la bobine (E) 20 de matériau, et en ce que la partie oblique avant (1c2) est par sa partie basse en jonction avec la partie d'appui horizontale (1c1), et en retrait par rapport à l'extrémité avant frontale du carter pour définir un espace volumétrique avec le volet (2) autorisant l'engagement et le positionnement des doigts de l'opérateur pour saisir la bande de matériau déroulée issue de la bobine en 25 vue de la distribution d'un format de matériau découpé.

Description

APPAREIL DISTRIBUTEUR DE MATERIAU D'ESSUYAGE PREDECOUPE ENROULE EN BOBINE
L'invention se rattache au secteur technique des appareils distributeur de matériaux d'essuyage du type de papier essuie-main, papier toilette et similaires.
Le Demandeur a conçu et développé de nombreux appareils distributeur permettant l'obtention de matériaux d'essuyage prédécoupés.
Différentes solutions techniques ont ainsi été proposées qui ont été décrites dans les brevets du Demandeur identifiés comme suit :
WO 2010/089467 et son développement FR 1058449, WO 2010/063917, WO 2010/034915, WO 2010/007261, WO 2009/150342, FR 1058471, FR 1059244, FR 1060322.
Globalement, ces appareils présentent un carter récepteur du matériau d'essuyage à partir duquel est fixé un volet pivotant assurant le renvoi par sa partie supérieure curviligne de la bande de matériau tirée, ainsi qu'un couvercle articulé au carter qui peut être agencé avec des moyens complémentaires coopérant avec des formes établies sur le dit volet pour assurer la sortie de la bande de matériau tirée et sa découpe.
Le Demandeur a voulu encore optimiser la conception de l'appareil distributeur en permettant un positionnement stable de la bobine de matériau disposée en fond de carter, et aussi, faciliter la prise en main de la dite bande de matériau par l'opérateur en vue d'obtenir un format de bande de matériau prédécoupé à plat. Le Demandeur a ainsi voulu améliorer l'accessibilité à la bande de matériau pour sa saisie manuelle par l'opérateur, mais aussi, en cas de bourrage lors du passage de la bande de matériau entre le volet et le couvercle, permettre le débourrage du dit matériau.
A partir de cette réflexion, le Demandeur a aussi recherché, à partir du même concept technique, une mise en œuvre de l'appareil distributeur pour assurer la distribution de matériau d'essuyage à partir d'une seule bobine de matériau, ou à partir de deux bobines de matériau, l'une étant en service, l'autre étant de réserve, pour augmenter la capacité d'utilisation de l'appareil. Cette démarche complémentaire a aussi été développée dans la réalisation d'un appareil simple et pratique d'utilisation, avec un minimum de composants, et en permettant une sélection de la bande de matériau d'essuyage à tirer dans les meilleures conditions.
Selon une première caractéristique de l'invention, l'appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage prédécoupé enroulé en bobine du type comprenant un carter recevant une bobine de matériau d'essuyage, le dit carter comprenant une paroi de fond, deux parois latérales et une paroi d'appui de la bobine de matériau, le dit carter recevant un volet articulé par rapport au carter assurant le guidage et le déroulement de la bobine de matériau et un couvercle articulé par rapport au carter définissant après fermeture un espace entre le dit volet et le dit couvercle pour autoriser la sortie de la bande de matériau, le dit volet et le dit couvercle définissant un espace entre eux pour assurer le guidage et la sortie de la bande de matériau et la séparation d'un format de matériau, le dit appareil étant caractérisé en ce que la paroi d'appui de la bobine de matériau présente un profil comprenant une partie centrale horizontale et de part et d'autre deux parties obliques relevées avant et arrière permettant la réception, le centrage et le maintien stabilisé de la bobine de matériau, et en ce que la partie oblique avant est par sa partie basse en jonction avec la partie d'appui horizontale, et en retrait par rapport à l'extrémité avant frontale du carter pour définir un espace volumétrique avec le volet autorisant l'engagement et le positionnement des doigts de l'opérateur pour saisir la bande de matériau déroulée issue de la bobine en vue de la distribution d'un format de matériau découpé .
Selon une autre caractéristique, l'appareil distributeur est remarquable en ce qu'il comprend deux compartiments et séparés par une plaque transversale contre laquelle vient en appui le volet, et en ce que le volet et le couvercle présentent des ouvertures centrales en regard de chaque compartiment récepteur d'une bobine de matériau d'essuyage.
Ces caractéristiques et d'autres encore ressortiront bien de la suite de la description.

La figure 12 est une vue d'un appareil distributeur selon l'invention, à double compartiments avec un dispositif sélecteur pour contrôler la distribution à partir de l'une des deux bobines, La figure 13 est une vue de l'appareil distributeur selon la figure 12 en position fermée, Les figures 14 et 15 sont des vues de face illustrant le positionnement du dispositif sélecteur selon la bobine de matériau à dévider.
Afin de rendre plus concret l'objet de l'invention, on le décrit maintenant d'une manière non limitative aux figures des dessins.
L'appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage prédécoupé est référencé dans son ensemble par (A). Le matériau d'essuyage (E) se présente enroulé en bobine et peut trouver des applications comme papier essuie-main, papier toilette, papier essuie-tout et de manière plus générale ce matériau d'essuyage à usage sanitaire et hygiénique est destiné à être utilisé dans les lieux publics ou à usage privé par des consommateurs ou dans des collectivités du type par exemple hôpitaux, cliniques ou autres, ou peut être utilisé dans d'autres applications industrielles. L'appareil comprend ainsi un carter (1) comprenant une paroi de fond
(la) deux parois latérales (lb) et une paroi d'appui (le) de la bobine de matériau (E). Le carter reçoit un volet articulé (2) assurant le guidage et le déroulement de la bobine de matériau. Un couvercle (3) est monté articulé par rapport au carter par des axes (3a) coopérant avec des ouvertures (ld) formées sur les parois latérales (lb) du carter.
Selon l'invention la paroi d'appui (le) de la bobine de matériau présente une partie centrale (Ici) horizontale et de part et d'autre deux parties obliques relevées avant (lc2) et arrière (lc3) selon une même inclinaison et permettant ainsi la réception et le centrage de la bobine de matériau. La partie avant oblique (lc2) est par sa partie basse en jonction avec la partie centrale horizontale (Ici) en retrait par rapport à l'extrémité avant frontale du carter pour définir un espace volumétrique (V) avec le volet (2) autorisant l'engagement et le positionnement des doigts de l'opérateur pour saisir la bande de matériau déroulée issue de la bobine. En d'autres termes, la bobine de matériau (E) est convenablement centrée et positionnée sur la partie d'appui horizontale (Ici) permettant un contrôle de sa position et évitant tout ballottement. Les parties obliques (lc2) (lc3) sont inclinées par rapport à la partie horizontale (Ici) selon une angulation a de l'ordre de 30 à 60°. L'espace volumétrique (V) est donc particulièrement important par rapport au positionnement du volet (2) qui se situe en partie avant du carter. Cet espace a une configuration sensiblement triangulaire sur toute la longueur du carter de l'appareil.
Le volet (2) présente un profil supérieur (2a) de configuration curviligne avec en extrémité deux doigts (2b) susceptibles de s'engager dans des ouvertures (le) formées sur les parois latérales du carter. Dans la mise en œuvre illustrée figure 1, le volet (2) présente dans sa partie basse une ouverture centrale (2c) de configuration sensiblement circulaire avec de part et d'autre une fente (2d) oblique de grande profondeur. Elles définissent ainsi entre l'ouverture (2c) et les fentes (2d) une languette (2e). Le volet (2) peut présenter une forme plate ou être agencé avec des zones bombées comme décrit dans l'un des brevets précédents du Demandeur.
Le couvercle (3) comprend un dispositif de verrouillage connu en soi et non illustré pour se fixer au carter. Le couvercle présente sur sa paroi (3b) en regard du volet (2) une ouverture centrale (3c) de même configuration que l'ouverture (2c), et de part et d'autre de la dite ouverture (3c) des nervures en saillie (3d) qui sont susceptibles de pénétrer dans les fentes (2d). Ces nervures présentent une configuration en goutte d'eau, avec une forme arrondie (3dl) se situant près de l'extrémité inférieure de la partie basse du couvercle. La partie (3b) du couvercle est prolongée par une paroi (3e) de recouvrement du carter, cette paroi pouvant avoir un profil courbe ou avoir une configuration à pans comme représenté figure 1.
Dans la variante de la figure 6, le carter reste identique à celui décrit précédemment. Le volet (2) présente les mêmes dispositions à l'exception des fentes (2d) qui sont remplacées par des languettes d'extrémité (2f) formées près des chants du dit volet avec des fentes (2g) entre les languettes (2f) et la paroi du volet, les dites fentes (2g) contribuent à donner une élasticité au volet lors de la traction de la bande de matériau Le couvercle (3) dans cet aménagement particulier présente de part et d'autre de l'ouverture centrale (3c) des rabats (3f) faisant office de butées pour le matériau d'essuyage. Des fentes (3g) sont formées entre les parties (3f) formant butées et les parois latérales (3h) du couvercle. On a représenté figure 8 une variante de l'appareil identifié figures 6 et 7 avec un agencement dans ce cas de deux compartiments (cl) et (c2) séparés par une plaque transversale (lf). On a ainsi deux compartiments pour la réception de deux bobines de matériau d'essuyage, de deux volets (2) indépendants l'un de l'autre et d'un seul couvercle (3) pour recouvrir la totalité du carter lors de la fermeture de l'appareil. Le couvercle présente dans cette configuration deux ouvertures (3c) qui sont destinées à venir en regard de chaque ouverture (2c) formée sur chacun des volets. On a représenté aux figures 10 et 1 1 deux formes spécifiques de volets.
Le volet représenté figure 10 correspond à celui identifié figure 6. Le volet représenté figure 1 1 comprend de part et d'autre de son ouverture centrale (2c) deux fentes (2d) délimitant deux languettes (2e) pour autoriser le passage des nervures (3d) formées sur le couvercle. En extrémité, le volet présente des languettes (2f) et des fentes (2g) tel que décrit précédemment. En se référant aux figures 12 à 15, on a représenté l'appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage dans une configuration avec deux compartiments (cl) (c2) séparés par une plaque transversale (lf). On retrouve la partie d'appui (le) tel que définit précédemment. La plaque transversale (lf) située à l'intérieur du volume du carter déborde sensiblement vers l'extérieur au-delà de la partie avant (lc2) en constituant une partie en saillie (lfl) avec un chant frontal (lf2) constituant une butée d'appui. Dans cette mise en œuvre, le volet (2) comprend entre les ouvertures centrales (2c) deux fentes (2h) parallèles délimitant une languette (2m) entre elles la dite languette étant susceptible de prendre appui contre le chant (lf2) de la plaque transversale. Les deux fentes (2h) contribuent à donner une élasticité à chaque partie du volet correspondante de chaque compartiment (cl) ou (c2).
En outre, et dans une mise en œuvre optimisée de l'invention, le couvercle (3) est aménagé pour recevoir un sélecteur (4) coulissant par l'extérieur par rapport au couvercle (3) et établi pour se déplacer horizontalement pour obturer tantôt l'ouverture (2c) du volet en relation avec le compartiment (cl) du carter, tantôt l'ouverture (2c) en relation avec le compartiment (c2) du carter, et ce dans un mouvement alternatif de va-et- vient selon la flèche (f). A cet effet, le couvercle est aménagé avec un évidement horizontal de grande longueur (3m) permettant le déplacement alternatif du dit sélecteur (4). Ce dernier comprend ainsi une plaque de configuration trapézoïdale verticale (4a) avec en partie supérieure un nervurage (4b) susceptible de se déplacer dans l'évidement (3m). Une pièce de butée (5) supérieure permet de contrôler le déplacement du sélecteur en la maintenant en position verticale. Cette pièce de butée (5) est soit rapportée et fixée par des moyens (5a) sur le couvercle, soit le couvercle et cette pièce (5) sont conformés monobloc lors de la fabrication. Le sélecteur (4) présente en outre dans sa partie basse une patte intérieure (4c) qui vient dans le prolongement des parties de butée (3f) formées sur le couvercle. La configuration en trapèze du sélecteur permet d'obturer totalement, à droite ou à gauche, l'une des ouvertures (2c) formée sur le volet (2). On comprend ainsi que l'opérateur choisit la bobine de matériau à dérouler grâce à une simple manipulation horizontale du sélecteur selon la flèche (F).
La solution apportée par le Demandeur permet d'obtenir un appareil distributeur de conception très simple avec seulement trois ou quatre constituants selon la présence ou non du sélecteur (4), à savoir, le carter (1), le volet (2), le couvercle (3). Dans tous les modes de réalisation, quelque soit la configuration du volet dont plusieurs variantes ont été illustrées, l'appareil distributeur grâce à la forme spécifique de la partie réceptacle de la bobine de matériau permet un accès aisé à l'opérateur par les doigts dans l'espace volumétrique (V) qui a été défini avec le volet (2). Dans tous les cas la saisie de la bande de matériau est extrêmement aisée sans risque de blessure des doigts de la main de l'opérateur, le matériau étant distribué à plat.

Claims

R E V E N D I C A T I O N S
-1- Appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage prédécoupé enroulé en bobine du type comprenant un carter (1) recevant une bobine (E) de matériau d'essuyage, le dit carter comprenant une paroi de fond (la), deux parois latérales (lb) et une paroi d'appui (le) de la bobine de matériau, les dites parois (la) (lb) (le) constituant les parois extérieures du carter, le dit carter recevant un volet (2) articulé par rapport au carter assurant le guidage et le déroulement de la bobine de matériau et un couvercle (3) articulé par rapport au carter définissant après fermeture un espace entre le dit volet et le dit couvercle pour autoriser la sortie de la bande de matériau, le dit volet et le dit couvercle définissant un espace entre eux pour assurer le guidage et la sortie de la bande de matériau et la séparation d'un format de matériau, le dit appareil étant caractérisé en ce que la paroi d'appui (le) de la bobine de matériau présente un profil comprenant une partie centrale horizontale (Ici) et de part et d'autre deux parties obliques relevées avant (lc2) et arrière (lc3) permettant la réception, le centrage et le maintien stabilisé de la bobine (E) de matériau, et en ce que la partie oblique avant (lc2) est par sa partie basse en jonction avec la partie d'appui horizontale (Ici), et en retrait par rapport à l'extrémité avant frontale du carter pour définir un espace volumétrique avec le volet (2) autorisant l'engagement et le positionnement des doigts de l'opérateur pour saisir la bande de matériau déroulée issue de la bobine en vue de la distribution d'un format de matériau découpé. -2- Appareil distributeur selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que les parties obliques (lc2) (lc3) sont inclinées par rapport à la partie horizontale (Ici) selon une angulation a de l'ordre de 30 à 60°, et en ce que l'espace volumétrique (V) par rapport au positionnement du volet (2) qui se situe en partie avant du carter, a une configuration sensiblement triangulaire sur toute la longueur du carter de l'appareil.
-3- Appareil distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le volet (2) présente un profil supérieur (2a) de configuration curviligne, dans sa partie basse au moins une ouverture centrale (2c) de configuration sensiblement circulaire.
-4- Appareil distributeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le volet présente de part et d'autre de l'ouverture centrale (2c) des fentes (2d) obliques avec des languettes (2e) pour coopérer et autoriser l'emboîtement de formes complémentaires (3d) établies sur le couvercle (3) de part et d'autre une ouverture centrale (3c) formée sur le dit couvercle. -5- Appareil distributeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le volet (2) présente des languettes d'extrémité (2f) formées près des chants du volet avec des fentes (2g) disposés entre les languettes (2f) et la paroi du volet, les dites fentes contribuant à donner une élasticité au volet. -6- Appareil distributeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle présente de part et d'autre de l'ouverture centrale (3c) des rabats (3f) faisant offices de butées, des fentes (3g) étant formées entre les parties (3f) formant butées et les parties (3h) du dit couvercle. -7- Appareil distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux compartiments (cl) et (c2) séparés par une plaque transversale (lf) contre laquelle vient en appui le volet (2), et en ce que le volet (2) et le couvercle (3) présentent des ouvertures centrales (2c) et (3c) en regard de chaque compartiment récepteur d'une bobine de matériau d'essuyage.
-8- Appareil distributeur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la plaque transversale (lf) déborde vers l'extérieur au-delà de la partie avant (lc2) en constituant une partie en saillie (lfl) avec un chant frontal (lf2) constituant une butée d'appui, et en ce que le volet (2) comprend entre les ouvertures centrales (2c) deux fentes (2h) parallèles délimitant une languette (2m) susceptible de prendre appui contre le chant (lf2).
-9- Appareil distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (3) est aménagé pour recevoir un sélecteur (4) coulissant par l'extérieur par rapport au couvercle et établit pour se déplacer horizontalement pour obturer soit l'ouverture (2c) du volet en relation avec le compartiment (cl), soit l'ouverture (2c) en relation avec le compartiment (c2) du carter, et ce dans un mouvement alternatif de va-et- vient.
-10- Appareil distributeur selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le sélecteur comprend une plaque de configuration trapézoïdale verticale (4a) avec en partie supérieure un nervurage (4b) susceptible de se déplacer dans l'évidement (3m), et en qu'une pièce de butée (5) supérieure fixée par rapport au couvercle permet de contrôler le déplacement du sélecteur en la maintenant en position verticale, et en ce que le sélecteur (4) présente en outre dans sa partie basse une patte intérieure (4c) qui vient dans le prolongement des parties de butée (3f) formées sur le couvercle.
