Zur Umstellung von Weichen ist eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Verstellvorrichtungen bekannt. Häufig werden Klammerspitzen- oder Klinkenverschlüsse eingesetzt. Letztgenannter Klinkenverschluss ist aus der europäischen Patentanmeldung
Die Klinke des Klinkenverschluss ist verschwenkbar an einem Verschlusslager gehalten, das an der Weichenzunge befestigt ist. Für verschiedene Schienen- und Weichenzungenprofile benötigt es daher eine Vielzahl von verschiedenen Verschlusslagern. Die Verschlusslager sind vergleichsweise aufwendige Bauteile, da sie in der Regel als Guss- oder Schmiedeteile ausgeführt sind. Es ist leicht nachvollziehbar, dass dieser Herstellungsweg vergleichsweise kostspielig ist, weil Modelle und Gesenke erstellt werden müssen und die Rohlinge einer aufwendigen Werkstoffprüfung durch Röntgen unterzogen werden müssen.The pawl of the latch is pivotally held on a lock bearing, which is attached to the switch blade. Ausserdem entfällt die Gestaltung verschiedenster Modelle und Gesenke, weil die verschiedenen Ausführungsformen des Verschlusslagers entsprechend zugeschnitten (z.B.
