Claims (4)

  1. Anlage zum Herstellen von Spannbetonträgern mittels Fließpressen, umfassend:
    - eine ortsfeste rechteckige Metallauflage, die sich horizontal erstreckt und dabei in Längsrichtung (AX) ausgerichtet ist,
    - eine bewegliche Anordnung, die von der Auflage getragen wird und ein Gitter (1) umfasst, das eine Reihe von Längsprofilen (2) einschließt, die seitlich zueinander beabstandet sind, während sie starr aneinander befestigt sind,
    - Führungsmittel zum Führen der beweglichen Anordnung entlang der Auflage,
    - Haltemittel zum Halten einer Gesamtheit von Vorspannkabeln (7), die sich in Längsrichtung über der Auflage erstrecken, wobei jedes Kabel (7) dazu bestimmt ist, sich zwischen zwei Längsträgern (2) des Gitters (1) zu platzieren,
    um Reihen von Trägern herzustellen, indem für jede Reihe Beton in die Zwischenräume gegossen wird, die die Längsträger (2) des auf der Auflage fixierten Gitters (1) seitlich trennen, ehe dieses Gitter (1) entlang der Auflage verschoben wird, um das Gießen einer neuen Reihe von Trägern durchzuführen, bis die gesamte Länge der Auflage durchlaufen worden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Anlage an ihrem vorderen Ende umfasst,
    - einerseits Führungszähne (16) zum Führen der Kabel (7), die jeweils zwischen zwei benachbarte Längsträger (2) eingefügt werden, wobei diese Führungszähne (16) starr mit dem Gitter (1) verbunden und zu keinem Zeitpunkt in Kontakt mit dem Beton sind, wenn die Anlage in Betrieb ist,
    - andererseits Rückhaltezähne (11) zum Zurückhalten des Betons, die jeweils zwischen zwei benachbarte Längsträger (2) eingefügt werden, während sie von den Führungszähnen (16) zum Führen der Kabel (7) getrennt sind,
    wobei diese Rückhaltezähne mittels eines Querträgers (14) miteinander verbunden sind, um einen Rückhaltekamm (8) zu bilden, der in einer Längstranslation relativ zu den Längsträgern (2) beweglich ist, ohne die Vorspannkabel (7) zu behindern.
  2. Anlage nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend Blockiermittel zum Blockieren des Rückhaltekamms (8) translationsfest relativ zur Auflage.
  3. Anlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei jeder Rückhaltezahn (11) zum Zurückhalten des Betons mehrere Spitzen (12, 13) umfasst, die sein vertikales Einfügen auf einem oder mehreren Vorspannkabeln (7) ermöglicht.
  4. Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Rückhaltekamm relativ zu den Längsträgern vertikal zwischen einer unteren Position, in der die Rückhaltezähne (11) zwischen den Längsträgern (2) eingefügt sind, und einer angehobenen Position beweglich ist, in der die Rückhaltezähne (11) von den Längsträgern (2) gelöst sind.
