Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif de sécurité (10) pour transformateurs électriques, comprenant :
    - un carter (14) pourvu d'une chambre interne (15) adaptée à être raccordée en communication hydraulique à une cuve contenant de l'huile (12) et à un conservateur contenant de l'huile (13) d'un transformateur électrique associé (11), pour l'écoulement d'huile à travers ladite chambre interne (15) depuis/vers ladite cuve à huile (12) vers/depuis ledit conservateur (13) ;
    caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de sécurité (10) comprend également :
    - une première aube de détection de sortie d'huile (19) qui est raccordée de manière mobile audit carter (14) et qui est disposée sur le trajet d'écoulement de l'huile, ladite première aube de détection de sortie d'huile (19) adaptée à pour se déplacer hors d'une position de repos lorsque l'huile s'écoule hors de ladite cuve (12) à une vitesse d'huile supérieure à un seuil d'alarme de vitesse d'huile ;
    - une deuxième aube de détection de sortie d'huile (20) qui est raccordée de manière mobile audit carter (14) et qui est disposée sur le trajet d'écoulement de l'huile, ladite deuxième aube de détection de sortie d'huile (20) adaptée à se déplacer hors d'une position de repos lorsque l'huile s'écoule hors de ladite cuve (12) à une vitesse d'huile supérieure à un seuil de sécurité de vitesse d'huile, ledit seuil de sécurité de vitesse d'huile étant supérieur audit seuil d'alarme de vitesse d'huile ;
    - des premiers moyens de détection (22) pour détecter un déplacement de ladite première aube de détection de sortie d'huile (19) hors de sa position de repos, lesdits premiers moyens de détection (22) étant adaptés à être raccordés à des moyens d'alarme (50) pour signaler lorsque le déplacement détecté de ladite première aube de détection de sortie d'huile (19) hors de sa position de repos excède ledit seuil d'alarme vitesse d'huile ;
    - des deuxièmes moyens de détection (23) pour détecter un déplacement de ladite deuxième aube de détection de sortie d'huile (20) hors de sa position de repos, lesdits deuxièmes moyens de détection (23) étant adaptés à provoquer l'intervention d'un dispositif coupe-circuit (16) adapté à déconnecter ledit transformateur électrique (11) d'un réseau électrique associé (17) lorsque le déplacement détecté de ladite deuxième aube de détection de sortie d'huile (20) hors de sa position de repos excède ledit seuil de sécurité de vitesse d'huile.
  2. Dispositif de sécurité (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un châssis (21) raccordé audit carter (14) dans ladite chambre interne (15), et dans lequel ladite chambre interne (15) comprend une première ouverture adaptée à être raccordée en communication hydraulique à la cuve (12) dudit transformateur électrique, et une deuxième ouverture, adaptée à être raccordée en communication hydraulique au conservateur (13) dudit transformateur, lesdites première et deuxième aubes de détection de sortie d'huile (19, 20) étant raccordées de manière mobile audit châssis (21).
  3. Dispositif de sécurité (10) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des premiers moyens de retenue raccordés en liaison fonctionnelle audit carter (14) dans ladite chambre interne (15) pour y exercer une première force de retenue prédéfinie et s'opposer au déplacement de ladite deuxième aube de détection de sortie d'huile hors de sa position de repos lorsque la force exercée sur ladite deuxième aube de détection de sortie d'huile (20) par l'huile s'écoulant de la cuve à huile (12) vers ledit conservateur (13) est inférieure à ladite première force de retenue.
  4. Dispositif de sécurité (10) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite deuxième aube de détection de sortie d'huile (20) comprend un matériau à sensibilité magnétique, et en ce que lesdits premiers moyens de retenue comprennent un premier aimant (23b) connecté audit châssis (21) pour exercer une force magnétique sur ladite deuxième aube de détection de sortie d'huile (20), ladite première force de retenue prédéfinie consistant en ladite force magnétique.
  5. Dispositif de sécurité (10) selon l'une des revendications 3-4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens d'ajustement (60) pour ajuster ladite première force de retenue prédéfinie.
  6. Dispositif de sécurité (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des deuxièmes moyens de retenue raccordés en liaison fonctionnelle audit carter (14) dans ladite chambre interne (15) pour y exercer une deuxième force de retenue et empêcher le déplacement de ladite première aube de détection de sortie d'huile (19) hors de sa position de repos lorsque la force exercée sur ladite deuxième aube de détection de sortie d'huile (20) par l'huile s'écoulant de la cuve à huile (12) vers ledit conservateur (13) est inférieure à ladite deuxième force de retenue.
  7. Dispositif de sécurité (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit carter (14) a une ouverture d'accès (30) communiquant avec ladite chambre interne (15) et comprend un bouchon (31) adapté à fermer ladite ouverture d'accès (30), ledit châssis (21) étant mécaniquement raccordé audit bouchon (31) et adapté à être extrait de/inséré dans ladite chambre interne (15) à travers ladite ouverture d'accès (30).
  8. Dispositif de sécurité (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un premier interrupteur flottant (18a) disposé dans ladite chambre interne (15) et raccordé en liaison fonctionnelle audit dispositif coupe-circuit (16), de façon à provoquer la déconnexion dudit transformateur électrique (11) du réseau électrique associé (17), lorsque le niveau d'huile dans ladite chambre interne (15) baisse en dessous d'un seuil de sécurité de niveau d'huile.
  9. Dispositif de sécurité (10) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un deuxième interrupteur flottant (18b) disposé dans ladite chambre interne (15) et raccordé de manière fonctionnelle à des moyens d'alarme associés (40) pour signaler quand le niveau d'huile dans ladite chambre interne (15) baisse en dessous d'un seuil d'alarme de niveau d'huile.
  10. Dispositif de sécurité (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de blocage et de déblocage (70) pour bloquer au moins ladite deuxième aube de détection de sortie d'huile (20) dans une position déplacée différente de ladite position de repos.
  11. Dispositif de sécurité (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens pour actionner le déplacement de ladite deuxième aube de détection de sortie d'huile (20) hors de ladite position de repos pour tester l'efficacité desdits deuxièmes moyens de détection (23).
  12. Dispositif de sécurité (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chacun desdits premiers et deuxièmes moyens de détection (22, 23) comprend :
    - un interrupteur basculant raccordé audit carter (14) à proximité de l'une correspondante desdites première et deuxième aubes de détection de débit d'huile (19, 20) pour détecter un déplacement hors de sa position de repos correspondante ;
    - un actionneur magnétique dudit interrupteur basculant raccordé à ladite aube de détection de débit d'huile correspondante, pour activer ledit interrupteur basculant dans le cas où ladite aube de détection de débit d'huile correspondante se déplace hors de sa position de repos.
  13. Dispositif de sécurité (10) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il s'agit d'un relais Buchholz.
  14. Transformateur de courant électrique à huile (11), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif de sécurité (10) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes.
