Claims (14)
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung (10) für elektrische Transformatoren, die aufweist:- ein Gehäuse (14) mit einer Innenkammer (15), die in hydraulische Verbindung mit einem Öl enthaltenden Behälter (12) und einem Öl enthaltenden Konservator (13) eines dazugehörigen elektrischen Transformators (11) gebracht werden kann, um Öl von/zu dem Ölbehälter (12) durch die Innenkammer (15) zu/von dem Konservator (13) fließen zu lassen;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherheitsvorrichtung (10) außerdem aufweist:- einen Ölausfluss detektierenden ersten Flügel (19), der beweglich an dem Gehäuse (14) angebracht ist und entlang des Pfads des Ölflusses angeordnet ist, wobei der Ölausfluss detektierende erste Flügel (19) aus einer Ruheposition bewegbar ist, wenn Öl mit einer Ölgeschwindigkeit, die größer als ein Ölgeschwindigkeit-Warnschwellenwert ist, aus dem Behälter (12) ausfließt;- einen Ölausfluss detektierenden zweiten Flügel (20), der beweglich an dem Gehäuse (14) angebracht ist und entlang des Pfads des Ölflusses angeordnet ist, wobei der Ölausfluss detektierende zweite Flügel (20) aus einer Ruheposition bewegbar ist, wenn Öl mit einer Ölgeschwindigkeit, die größer als ein Ölgeschwindigkeit-Sicherheitsschwellenwert ist, aus dem Behälter (12) ausfließt, wobei der Ölgeschwindigkeit-Sicherheitsschwellenwert größer ist als der Ölgeschwindigkeit-Warnschwellenwert;- erste Detektionseinrichtung (22) zum Detektieren einer Bewegung des Ölausfluss detektierenden ersten Flügels (19) aus seiner Ruheposition, wobei die ersten Detektionseinrichtung (22) mit einer Warneinrichtung (50) verbindbar ist, um zu signalisieren, wenn die detektierte Bewegung des Ölausfluss detektierenden ersten Flügels (19) aus seiner Ruheposition den Ölgeschwindigkeit-Warnschwellenwert überschreitet;- zweite Detektionseinrichtung (23) zum Detektieren einer Bewegung des Ölausfluss detektierenden zweiten Flügels (20) aus seiner Ruheposition, wobei die zweiten Detektionseinrichtung (23) das Eingreifen einer Schaltkreisunterbrechungsvorrichtung (16) veranlassen kann, die den elektrischen Transformator (11) von einem zugehörigen Spannungsnetz (17) trennen kann, wenn die detektierte Bewegung des Ölausfluss detektierenden zweiten Flügels (20) aus seiner Ruheposition den Ölgeschwindigkeit-Sicherheitsschwellenwert überschreitet.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in der Innenkammer (15) einen an dem Gehäuse (14) angebrachten Rahmen (21) aufweist, und die Innenkammer (15) eine erste Öffnung aufweist, die in hydraulische Verbindung mit dem Behälter (12) des elektrischen Transformators gebracht werden kann, und eine zweite Öffnung aufweist, die in hydraulische Verbindung mit dem Konservator (13) des elektrischen Transformators gebracht werden kann, wobei der Ölausfluss detektierende erste und zweite Flügel (19,20) beweglich an dem Rahmen (21) angebracht sind.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in der Innenkammer (15) eine operativ mit dem Gehäuse (14) verbundene erste Rückhalteeinrichtung aufweist, um eine vorgegebene erste Rückhaltekraft auf den Ölausfluss detektierenden zweiten Flügel (20) auszuüben und in dem Fall, dass die Kraft, die durch aus dem Ölbehälter (12) zu dem Konservator (13) fließendes Öl auf den Ölausfluss detektierenden zweiten Flügel (20) ausgeübt wird, kleiner als die erste Rückhaltekraft ist, einer Bewegung dessen aus seiner Ruheposition entgegen zu wirken.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ölausfluss detektierende zweite Flügel (20) ein magnetisch ansprechendes Material aufweist, und dadurch, dass die erste Rückhalteeinrichtung einen an dem Rahmen (21) angebrachten ersten Magneten (23b) aufweist, um eine magnetische Kraft auf den Ölausfluss detektierenden zweiten Flügel (20) auszuüben, wobei diese magnetische Kraft die vorgegebene erste Rückhaltekraft ist.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Anpassungseinrichtungen (60) zum Anpassen der vorgegebenen ersten Rückhaltekraft aufweist.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in der Innenkammer (15) operativ mit dem Gehäuse (14) eine verbundene zweite Rückhalteeinrichtung aufweist, um eine zweite Rückhaltekraft auf den Ölausfluss detektierenden ersten Flügel (19) auszuüben und in dem Fall, dass die Kraft, die durch aus dem Ölbehälter (12) zu dem Konservator (13) fließendes Öl auf den Ölausfluss detektierenden zweiten Flügel (20) ausgeübt wird, kleiner als die zweite Rückhaltekraft ist, eine Bewegung dessen aus seiner Ruheposition zu verhindern.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (14) eine mit der Innenkammer (15) in Verbindung stehende Zugangsöffnung (30) hat und eine geeignete Absperreinrichtung (31) zum Verschließen der Zugangsöffnung (30) aufweist, wobei der Rahmen (21) mechanisch mit der Absperreinrichtung (31) verbunden ist und über die Zugangsöffnung (30) in die Innenkammer (15) eingeführt oder daraus herausgeholt werden kann.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen ersten Schwimmerschalter (18a) aufweist, der in der Innenkammer (15) angeordnet ist und operativ mit der Schaltkreisunterbrechungsvorrichtung (16) verbunden ist, um eine Trennung des elektrischen Transformators (11) von dem zugehörigen Spannungsnetz (17) zu bewirken, wenn der Ölpegel in der Innenkammer (15) einen Ölpegel-Sicherheitsschwellenwert unterschreitet.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen zweiten Schwimmerschalter (18b) aufweist, der in der Innenkammer (15) angeordnet ist und operativ mit einer zugehörigen Warneinrichtung (40) verbunden ist, um zu signalisieren, wenn der Ölpegel in der Innenkammer (15) einen Ölpegel-Warnschwellenwert unterschreitet.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Blockier- und Freigabeeinrichtungen (70) aufweist, um zumindest den Ölausfluss detektierenden zweiten Flügel (20) in einer aus der Ruheposition bewegten Position zu blockieren.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Einrichtung zum Betätigen der Bewegung des Ölausfluss detektierenden zweiten Flügels (20) aus der Ruheposition aufweist, um die Leistungsfähigkeit der zweiten Detektionseinrichtung zu prüfen.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl die ersten wie auch die zweiten Detektionseinrichtungen aufweisen:- einen Reed-Schalter, der an dem Gehäuse (14) in der Nähe des entsprechenden Ölausfluss detektierenden ersten bzw. zweiten Flügels (19,20) angebracht ist, um eine Bewegung dessen aus der Ruheposition zu detektieren;- einen mit dem entsprechenden Ölausfluss detektierenden Flügel verbundenen magnetischen Aktuator des Reed-Schalters, um den Reed-Schalter in dem Fall, dass der entsprechende Ölausfluss detektierende Flügel sich aus seiner Ruheposition bewegt, zu aktivieren.
- Sicherheitsvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Buchholz-Relais ist.
- Ölgefüllter elektrischer Leistungstransformator (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
