Claims (12)

  1. Device for inserting vibration-compacted piles into subsoil with a tubular ram (4) which is joined to a coupling part (1) to which at least two exciter cells (3) are attached being radially distributed around the centre axis of the ram (4), which cells each have a housing (31) in which at least one shaft with at least one unbalanced mass is arranged, and which is connected to at least one rotation drive unit (32),characterised in that at least two exciter cells (3) are aligned in such a way that, during operation, the unbalanced masses of the exciter cells (3) synchronise themselves.
  2. Device in accordance with claim 1, characterised in that exactly two single-shaft exciter cells (3) are arranged.
  3. Device in accordance with claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that means of stabilising the synchronous operation of the exciter cells (3) are provided.
  4. Device in accordance with any of the aforementioned claims, characterised in that the coupling part (1) is joined to a carriage (2) by means of which it is mounted to be moved along a leader (8).
  5. Device in accordance with claim 4, characterised in that the carriage (2) is connected to a base carriage (7) which is guided on the leader (8) and which can be subjected to traction and/or ramming forces by a drive unit.
  6. Device in accordance with claim 5, characterised in that the base carriage (7) is connected resiliently to the carriage (2) via flexible elements, in particular by elastomers (24).
  7. Device in accordance with claim 6, characterised in that a console (6) is attached to the base carriage (7) and which is fitted with flexible elements, in particular with elastomers (24), via which the console (6) is connected to the carriage (2).
  8. Device in accordance with any of the aforementioned claims, characterised in that a funnel (5) for loading the ram (4) is provided, which funnel is attached via damping elements.
  9. Device in accordance with claim 8, characterised in that the ram has a flange (41) which is bolted to a flange (12) provided on the coupling part (1).
  10. Device in accordance with any of the aforementioned claims, characterised in that the tubular ram (4) is formed with a double wall.
  11. Device in accordance with claim 10, characterised in that a connection is provided for pressurising the cavity formed between the walls of the tubular ram (4) with compressed air.
  12. Device in accordance with any of the aforementioned claims, characterised in that the wall of the ram (4) has openings at the side.
