Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es die oben genannten Nachteile zu vermeiden, insbesondere eine Handhabe bereitzustellen, die geringe Kosten bei der Herstellung sowie bei der Montage hat, wobei gleichzeitig eine gute Funktionalität gewährleistet ist. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird eine Handhabe mit sämtlichen Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst. In den abhängigen Ansprüchen sind bevorzugte Weiterbildungen ausgeführt. Es ist vorgesehen, dass die Aufnahme mit dem Ausgleichsgewicht und der Welle ein gemeinsames monolithisches Funktionsbauteil bilden. Da die Aufnahme mit dem Ausgleichsgewicht und der Welle ein einstückiges Funktionsbauteil bildet, kann der Montagevorgang wesentlich vereinfacht werden. Die Anzahl der Bauteile wird gleichzeitig reduziert, so dass die Herstellkosten der erfindungsgemäßen Handhabe stark verringert werden können. Es ist ferner denkbar, dass das Funktionsbauteil ein Zweikomponenten- oder ein Dreikomponenten- oder Mehrkomponentenbauteil sein kann, wobei die Aufnahme sowie das Ausgleichsgewicht an der Welle angespritzt sein können und somit Aufnahme, Ausgleichsgewicht sowie Welle aus unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen, insbesondere Kunststoffwerkstoffen und/oder Metallwerkstoffen ausgeführt sein können.
Das bei dieser erfindungsgemäßen Handhabe eingesetzte Ausgleichsgewicht hat die Funktionsweise die wirkenden Beschleunigungskräfte, die auf das Griffelement bei einem Unfall wirken können, zu kompensieren. Hierbei weist das Griffelement, das beweglich am beweglichen Teil, insbesondere an der Kraftfahrzeugtür, gelagert ist, in einer möglichen Ausführungsform eine Art Finger auf, der mit dem Ausgleichsgewicht in Wirkverbindung steht. Bei einem Unfall wirkt das Ausgleichsgewicht als Sicherung, die den Beschleunigungskräften am Türgriff wirksam entgegen wirkt, um ein ungewolltes Öffnen der Kraftfahrzeugtür zu verhindern. Zusätzlich kann eine Crashsperre an der Handhabe mit integriert sein, die als flinke Sicherung den Türgriff beispielsweise formschlüssig in seiner Ruhelage arretiert. In einer möglichen Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann das Ausgleichsgewicht mehrteilig sein, wobei ein Trägerelement vorgesehen sein kann, an dem ein Gewicht befestigt ist. Das Trägerelement mit dem Gewicht bildet das Ausgleichsgewicht. Hierbei kann das Trägerelement mit der Aufnahme und der Welle das monolithische Funktionsbauteil bilden. Alternativ kann das Gewicht mit der Aufnahme und der Welle ein monolithisches Funktionsbauteil bilden.
Vorteilhafterweise wird das Funktionsbauteil durch das Trägerelement, durch die Welle sowie durch die Aufnahme gebildet, wobei das monolithische Funktionsbauteil ein Spritzgussteil aus Kunststoff ist. Das Gewicht ist am Trägerelement befestigt, wobei das Gewicht zweckmäßigerweise aus Metall ausgeführt ist.
In einer die Erfindung verbessernden Maßnahme kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Gewicht form- und/oder kraft- und/oder stoffschlüssig am Trägerelement befestigt ist, insbesondere dass eine Clipsverbindung das Gewicht am Trägerelement hält. Beispielsweise ist es denkbar, dass Rastelemente am Trägerelement angeformt sind, die in Gegenrastelemente des Gewichtes eingreifen, um somit eine einfache Montage bzw. eine zuverlässige Befestigung des Gewichtes am Trägerelement zu gewährleisten. Alternativ und/oder zusätzlich kann eine Formschlussverbindung zwischen dem Gewicht und dem Trägerelement vorliegen. Die Befestigungsvorrichtung kann mehrteilig ausgeführt sein und mindestens eine Rastverbindung aufweisen, die insbesondere eine irreversibel lösbare Befestigung für das Funktionsbauteil ist. Nachdem das Funktionsbauteil im Träger eingelegt ist, erfolgt die endgültige Fixierung des Funktionsbauteils mit Hilfe der Befestigungsvorrichtung.

Das Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Figur 8 dient als Montageerleichterung. Hierbei ist der Abstand zwischen den Wandungen 11 und 13 größer als die Längserstreckung des Funktionsbauteils 30. Das Funktionsbauteil 30 kann hierbei senkrecht in den Träger 10 eingelegt werden, wobei zuerst das eine Wellenstück 45 die Wandung 11 kontaktiert. Das Wellenstück 44 hingegen weist einen deutlichen Abstand zur Wandung 13 auf. In dieser Lage des Funktionsbauteils 30 liegt der Vorsprung 37 auf der Lagerstelle 14d auf. Wird nun das Funktionsbauteil 30 in Richtung Wandung 13 ein wenig linear bewegt, erfolgt in einer definierten Stellung des Funktionsbauteils 30 ein Hineinbewegen des Vorsprungs 37 in die Öffnung 19 der Lagerstelle 14b. Somit ist die Montagelage des Funktionsbauteils 30 erreicht. Hierbei weist gemäß Figur 2 das Verschlussteil 23 eine kreissegmentartige Öffnung 24 auf, so dass bei einer Bewegung des Funktionsbauteils 30 um die Drehachse 5 das Rippenelement 38 sich in dieser Öffnung 24 bewegen kann. Das Rippenelement 38 ist hierbei parallel zur Drehachse 5 des Funktionsbauteils 30 ausgerichtet. Fig. 10) aus einer Ruhelage in eine Betriebslage das Griffelement 4 aufgrund der Federbelastung automatisch sich in seine Ruhelage bewegt. Die Art der Anordnung der Drehfeder 6 am Funktionsbauteil 30 begünstigt eine einfache Montage des Funktionsbauteils 30 am Träger 10, so dass lediglich der mittlere Bereich 6a auf einfache Weise an einem Befestigungsbereich 16a des Steges 16 zu befestigen ist. Claims (14)

  1. Handle (1) for a motor vehicle, comprising
    a carrier (10) which can be fastened on the inner side to a movable part (2) of the motor vehicle,
    a balancing weight (32, 33) movably mounted on the carrier (10), on which balancing weight a handle element (4) engages, which can be actuated from outside the movable part (2),
    a receptacle (35) movably mounted on the carrier (10), to which a force transmission element (36) can be fastened, which can be operatively connected to a lock (3) of the movable part (2),
    a shaft (31), which connects the receptacle (35) to the balancing weight (32, 33), wherein the receptacle (35) forms a common monolithic functional component (30) together with the balancing weight (32, 33) and the shaft (31),
    characterized in that
    the carrier (10) comprises a plurality of walls (11, 12, 13), wherein one wall (12) separates the balancing weight (32, 33) from the receptacle (35), one wall (12, 13) comprises a fastening device (20) which captively retains the functional component (30) on the carrier (10).
  2. Handle (1) according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    the functional component (30) is an integral part and/or an injection-molded part, wherein in particular the functional component (30) is mounted on the carrier (10) to be moveable about a rotary axis (5).
  3. Handle (1) according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterized in that
    the balancing weight (32, 33) comprises a carrier element (33) having a weight (32) attached thereon, wherein in particular the carrier element (33) forms the monolithic functional component (30) together with the receptacle (35) and the shaft (31).
  4. Handle (1) according to claim 3,
    characterized in that
    the weight (32) is fastened to the carrier element (33) in a form-fit manner and/or force-fit manner and/or in an integral manner, in particular in that a clip connection retains the weight (32) on the carrier element (33).
  5. Handle (1) according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    the fastening device (20) is of multi-part design and comprises at least one latch connection (21), which is in particular an irreversibly detachable fastening for the functional component (30).
  6. Handle (1) according to claim 5,
    characterized in that
    the weight (32) is made of metal and/or the carrier element (35) is made of metal and/or the weight (32) and the carrier element (32) are a common monolithic component, in particular form the balancing weight (32, 33).
  7. Handle (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the carrier (10) comprises a plurality of mounting points (14), on which the functional component (30) is movably mounted.

    a first (11) and/or a second wall (13) comprises a protrusion-type and/or circular-segment type mounting point (14), wherein in particular the orientation of the mounting point (14) of the first wall (11) extends in the opposite direction with respect to the orientation of the mounting point (14) of the second wall (13).

    characterized in that
    the fastening device (20) comprises an opening (22) through which the functional component (30) with the shaft (31) extends.
  10. Handle (1) according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    the fastening device (20) comprises a locking member (23), which is at least partially and guillotine-like insertable into a duct (15) of the wall (12).
  11. Handle (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the functional component (30) forms a tongue-and-groove connection with a mounting point (14) of the carrier (10), wherein in particular the tongue-and-groove connection comprises a protrusion (37) on the functional part (30), this protrusion extending into a depression (19) of the mounting point (14).
  12. Handle (1) according to claim 10,
    characterized in that
    the functional part (30) comprises a rib element (28) extending through the opening (22) of the fastening device (20), wherein the locking member (23) has a circular segment type opening (24) such that the rib element (38) can move within the opening (24) upon movement of the functional component (30) about the rotary axis (5), wherein in particular the rib element (38) is oriented parallel to the rotary axis (5) of the functional part (30) and the protrusion (37) is oriented transversely to the rotary axis (5).
  13. Handle (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the functional component (30) is spring-loaded, wherein in particular a rotary spring (6) acts on the functional component (30) in such a way that after moving the handle element (4) from a rest position to an operating position, the handle element (4) automatically moves into its rest position due to the spring load.
  14. Handle (1) according to claim 13,
    characterized in that
    the rotary spring (6) comprises a center region (6a), which acts on a web (16) of the carrier (10), and two free ends (6b) of the rotary spring (6) are supported on the functional component (30).
