Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif d'application d'adhésif dans une découpeuse bobineuse d'une machine à nappe de fibres, laquelle découpeuse bobineuse comprend une débobineuse (50) pour désenrouler un rouleau parent, une section de découpage pour découper une nappe de fibres (W) désenroulée du rouleau parent en nappes partielles (W1 ; W2) et une bobineuse à postes d'enroulement (20) sur au moins un rouleau d'enroulement (10) pour enrouler les nappes partielles (W1 ; W2) en rouleaux de nappe partielle (15), dans lequel procédé un dispositif d'application d'adhésif (30) est apte à appliquer de l'adhésif aux bouts des nappes partielles (W1 ; W2) pour fixer les bouts des nappes partielles (W1 ; W2) sur les rouleaux de nappe partielle (15), dans lequel procédé le dispositif (30) est déplacé transversalement au sens de circulation principal des nappes partielles (W1 ; W2) sur la largeur des nappes partielles sur un élément support (34), caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, au moins deux mouvements transversaux d'au moins un dispositif d'application d'adhésif (30) sont utilisés pour appliquer l'adhésif sur les nappes partielles (W1 ; W2) et que, pendant le premier mouvement du dispositif d'application d'adhésif (30), au moins un ensemble partiel des nappes partielles (W1 ; W2) est pourvu d'adhésif pour fixer la queue de la nappe partielle sur le rouleau de nappe partielle (15) enroulé et que, pendant le second mouvement du dispositif d'application d'adhésif (20), au moins un ensemble partiel des nappes partielles (W1 ; W2) non pourvu d'adhésif pendant le premier mouvement est pourvu d'adhésif.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le procédé est utilisé dans des bobineuses où il y a des postes d'enroulement (20) à deux positions différentes, soit à différentes positions sur un rouleau d'enroulement (10, figure 2), soit sur deux rouleaux d'enroulement différents (10, figure 1).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, de l'adhésif est appliqué sur les nappes partielles (W1 ; W2) de manière à ce que les nappes partielles (W1 ; W2) parcourant une course différente vers les postes d'enroulement (20) sur le rouleau d'enroulement (10)/les rouleaux d'enroulement (10), en premier lieu les nappes partielles (W2) parcourant une course longue vers les postes d'enroulement (20), soient appliquées avec de l'adhésif puis les nappes partielles (W1) parcourant une course plus courte vers les postes d'enroulement (20) soient appliquées avec de l'adhésif.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, il y a un dispositif d'application d'adhésif (30) doté de deux buses espacées dans le sens de circulation principal des nappes partielles (W1 ; W2) et que de l'adhésif destiné à au moins une partie des nappes partielles (W1) est appliqué par une des buses et que l'adhésif au reste des nappes partielles (W2) est appliqué par l'autre buse.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, de l'adhésif est appliqué pendant le mouvement de retour du dispositif d'application d'adhésif (30).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, est utilisé un dispositif (30) qui comporte une ou deux buses à adhésif qui sont attachées au dispositif (30) qui est mobile le long de l'élément support (34) qui étend la largeur des nappes partielles dans le sens transversal par rapport au sens de circulation des nappes partielles (W1 ; W2).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, l'adhésif est appliqué pendant que les nappes partielles (W1 ; W2) sont en mouvement.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le procédé, les nappes partielles (W1 ; W2) sont en mouvement pendant que l'adhésif est appliqué et que le dispositif (30) se déplace sur un plan incliné par rapport au sens de circulation principal (S) des nappes partielles (W1 ; W2) le long de l'élément support (34), de sorte que la bande d'adhésif appliquée est substantiellement transversale/en travers par rapport au sens de circulation principal (S) des nappes partielles (W1 ; W2).
