Claims (12)
- Dispositif de mélange (1) pour un appareil de chauffage pour mélanger du gaz combustible et de l'air dans un rapport de mélange défini, comprenant une buse de mélange (1), de préférence une buse Venturi, laquelle inclut un premier canal d'air (2) avec une première amenée de gaz (4) et un deuxième canal d'air (3) avec une deuxième amenée de gaz (5), par laquelle de l'air peut être guidé, de l'air peut être transporté au moyen d'une soufflante avec vitesse de rotation variable par la buse de mélange (1), et comprenant un moyen de fermeture (6), lequel comprend au moins un clapet (9), dans lequel le moyen de fermeture (6) est réalisé de telle sorte qu'en fonctionnement, pour des flux massiques d'air faibles, le clapet (9) ferme dans une position de fermeture le deuxième canal d'air (3) et/ou la deuxième amenée de gaz (5), dans lequel le moyen de fermeture (6) est réalisé de sorte que la vitesse de l'air dans le deuxième canal d'air dans la zone de la deuxième amenée de gaz dans la zone de transition entre des flux massiques d'air faibles et des flux massiques d'air élevés soit aussi faible qu'aucun enrichissement du mélange gaz combustible-air n'a lieu,

que le clapet (9) présente des ouvertures (13), par lesquelles de l'air peut s'écouler dans la position de fermeture du clapet (9) ou à proximité de la position de fermeture du clapet (9), de sorte que la vitesse d'écoulement dans la zone de la deuxième amenée de gaz (5) soit réduite. - Dispositif de mélange selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le moyen de fermeture (6) comprend en outre un moyen de verrouillage (8, 10, 11) et dans lequel le moyen de verrouillage (8, 10, 11) est réalisé de sorte que le clapet (9), pour des flux massiques d'air faibles, en particulier dans la zone de transition vers des flux massiques d'air élevés, soit maintenu dans la position de fermeture, de sorte qu'une ouverture partielle du clapet soit empêchée.
- Dispositif de mélange selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le moyen de verrouillage est un entraînement (8), en particulier un moteur pas à pas, qui est relié au clapet (9) par le biais d'un arbre (7).
- Dispositif de mélange selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le moyen de verrouillage est un aimant (10), en particulier un électroaimant.
- Dispositif de mélange selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le moyen de verrouillage est un verrou (11), lequel coopère avec un actionnement par loquet (12) de sorte que le loquet (11) verrouille le clapet en cas de flux massiques d'air faibles.
- Dispositif de mélange selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'actionnement par loquet (12) est un corps à action aérodynamique agencé dans le premier canal d'air (2).
- Dispositif de mélange selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'actionnement par loquet (12) est réalisé de sorte qu'il subisse une poussée dans le flux d'air et déverrouille ainsi le loquet (11).
- Dispositif de mélange selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'actionnement par loquet (12) est réalisé de sorte qu'il subisse une force dans le flux d'air en raison de la résistance de l'air et déverrouille ainsi le loquet (11).
- Dispositif de mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, dans lequel l'actionnement par loquet (12) et le clapet (9) coopèrent de sorte qu'en fonctionnement l'actionnement par loquet (12) n'ouvre le loquet (11) que lorsque le flux massique d'air est suffisamment important pour ouvrir fiablement le clapet (9).
- Procédé de fonctionnement d'un dispositif mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement (8) ou l'aimant (10) sont commandés de telle sorte que le clapet (9) est verrouillé en dessous d'une première vitesse de rotation et est déverrouillé au-dessus d'une deuxième vitesse de rotation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la première et la deuxième vitesse de rotation sont identiques.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la première vitesse de rotation est inférieure à la deuxième vitesse de rotation.
