Claims (9)

  1. Cadre de support pour étrave, servant à fixer l'étrave sur un véhicule, le cadre de support comprenant une base de fixation (6) placée sur le côté du véhicule, une poutre de support (2), un vérin de levage (3), un vérin de déplacement latéral (4), une barre de liaison (5) et un troisième vérin (7), le principal élément du cadre de support étant la poutre de support (2), laquelle est rattachée à la base de fixation (6) grâce à un premier raccord et reliée à l'étrave par l'intermédiaire d'un deuxième raccord (8),
    la poutre de support (2) pouvant être soulevée ou abaissée à l'aide du vérin de levage (3) et être déplacée vers la gauche ou vers la droite grâce au vérin de déplacement latéral (4), ce dernier étant placé sur le même plan principalement horizontal que la poutre de support (2) et assemblé à la base de fixation (6) par une première extrémité et à la poutre de support (2) par une deuxième extrémité située entre les deux bouts de la poutre de support (2), cette dernière ainsi que la barre de liaison (5) se trouvent entre l'étrave et la base de fixation (6) sur un même plan vertical, de manière à former un parallélogramme vertical,
    la poutre de support (2) et le troisième vérin (7) étant situés entre l'étrave et la base de fixation (6) de telle sorte que, projetés sur un plan horizontal, ils forment un parallélogramme horizontal,
    le cadre de support étant conçu pour déplacer l'étrave latéralement à l'aide du troisième vérin (7) qui fait le lien avec le parallélogramme horizontal, le cadre de support étant également conçu pour faire pivoter l'étrave grâce au troisième vérin (7) qui sert à donner à l'étrave un mouvement rotatif autour de l'axe vertical du deuxième raccord, ajustant ainsi l'angle de l'étrave, et à régler la pression exercée par l'étrave sur la surface à travailler.
  2. Un cadre de support selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le vérin de levage est un vérin de levage hydraulique/pneumatique (3).
  3. Un cadre de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poutre de support (2) est reliée à l'étrave (1) et à la base de fixation (6) montée sur le véhicule, en utilisant des joints de Hooke.
  4. Un cadre de support selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des joints de Hookes de la poutre de support (2) comprend un élément élastique (9).
  5. Un cadre de support selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la poutre de support (2) est reliée à l'étrave (1) et à la base de fixation (6) montée sur le véhicule à l'aide de raccords boulonnés.
  6. Un cadre de support selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la poutre de support (2) est reliée à l'étrave (1) et à la base de fixation (6) montée sur le véhicule par l'intermédiaire de paliers lisses sphériques.
  7. Un cadre de support selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la barre de liaison (5) comprend un vérin hydraulique/pneumatique permettant de modifier la longueur de la barre de liaison (5).
  8. Un cadre de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la barre de liaison (5) et le troisième vérin (7) sont équipés de paliers lisses sphériques.
  9. Un cadre de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la barre de liaison (5) et le troisième vérin (7) sont équipés de joints de Hooke, lesquels sont reliés à l'étrave (1) et à la base de fixation (6) montée sur le véhicule.
