Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif d'accostage à tube pour accoster un vaisseau marin à une structure portant au moins un montant vertical fixe, le dispositif comprenant :
    - des moyens de fixation pour fixer le dispositif à un bateau, un pont, une passerelle ou un autre objet ;
    - un boîtier allongé (1) ayant une extrémité proximale fixe et une extrémité distale opposée ;
    - une paire d'éléments de mâchoire (4) ; et
    - un mécanisme d'actionnement de mâchoires couplé de manière communicative auxdites mâchoires, et configuré pour amener lesdites mâchoires, en utilisation, à se fermer dans une configuration de saisie autour d'un montant ;
    caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif comprend :
    - une tige flottante (2) montée à l'intérieur dudit boîtier pour un mouvement longitudinal à l'intérieur de celui-ci entre une position étendue, dans laquelle elle s'étend partiellement au-delà de l'extrémité distale du boîtier, et une position rétractée ; et
    - un élément d'élingue souple (8) couplé à et s'étendant entre lesdits éléments de mâchoire (4) et/ou des patins ou tampons en caoutchouc (7) prévus sur la surface interne desdits éléments de mâchoire (15) ;
    et par le fait que :
    - les éléments de mâchoire (4) sont montés à l'extrémité de ladite tige flottante et configurés pour être dans une configuration ouverte lorsque ladite tige flottante est dans ladite position étendue ; et
    - le mécanisme d'actionnement de mâchoires est couplé de manière communicative entre lesdites mâchoires et ledit boîtier (1), et configuré pour amener lesdites mâchoires, en utilisation, à se fermer dans une configuration de saisie lorsque ladite tige flottante (2) est déplacée de ladite position étendue à ladite position rétractée lors de la propulsion de celle-ci sur ledit montant, de telle sorte que ladite élingue souple (8) et/ou lesdits patins ou tampons en caoutchouc (7) se ferment autour dudit montant et y est maintenue/sont maintenus par les éléments de mâchoire (4).
  2. Dispositif d'accostage à tube selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit mécanisme d'actionnement de mâchoires comprend des moyens d'absorption d'énergie pour absorber l'énergie de compression créée lorsque ladite tige flottante est déplacée de ladite position étendue à ladite position rétractée.
  3. Dispositif d'accostage à tube selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ledit mécanisme d'actionnement de mâchoires comprend en outre une paire de leviers (11) couplés auxdites mâchoires respectives, lesdits moyens d'absorption d'énergie transférant de l'énergie absorbée auxdits leviers (11) qui sont par conséquent actionnables pour amener lesdites mâchoires, en utilisation, à se fermer dans ladite configuration de saisie lorsque ladite tige flottante (2) est déplacée de ladite position étendue à ladite position rétractée lors la propulsion de celle-ci sur un montant.
  4. Dispositif d'accostage à tube selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre un tampon pare-choc (24) entre ledit agencement de mâchoire et ladite extrémité distale de ladite tige flottante (2).
  5. Dispositif d'accostage à tube selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une paire d'éléments terminaux ou patins en caoutchouc (7) au niveau de ou adjacents aux extrémités respectives desdits éléments de mâchoire (4), pour saisir ledit montant lorsque lesdits éléments de mâchoire (4) sont dans ladite configuration de saisie.
  6. Dispositif d'accostage à tube selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits éléments de mâchoire (4) sont couplés à ladite extrémité distale de ladite tige flottante (2) par des moyens configurés pour permettre le pivotement desdits éléments de mâchoire (4) par rapport à ladite tige flottante.
  7. Dispositif d'accostage à tube selon la revendication 2, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'absorption d'énergie comprennent des vérins pneumatiques (16), des ressorts, des amortisseurs de choc, des vérins hydrauliques ou à gaz.
  8. Dispositif d'accostage à tube selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le mécanisme peut être bloqué et/ou actionné à l'aide de vérins hydrauliques, de vérins pneumatiques (16) ou de vis sans fin, offrant ainsi des moyens indépendants hydrauliques ou autres pour permettre son déploiement opérationnel.
