Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Separationstrommel (T) zur Abscheidung von eisenhaltigen Teilen (M1, M2, M3) aus einem Materialgutstrom (M). Diese enthält eine rotierende Einheit mit einer Antriebswelle (T2) und einem darauf über Seitenscheiben (T3, T4; T7, T8) verdrehsicher gehaltenen Trommelmantel (T1) mit einer innenliegenden, mitlaufenden Permanentmagnetanordnung (P; Q) zur Führung des Materialgutstromes. Die Permanentmagnetanordnung weist eine ganzzahlige Anzahl von axial zur Antriebswelle verlaufenden Polstäben (P1-P4; Q1-Q4) auf. Deren radial nach außen gerichtete Magnetflächen (P19, P29, P39, P49) sind in Umfangsrichtung des Trommelmantes abwechselnd magnetisiert. Die Polstäbe sind radialsymmetrisch auf der Antriebswelle angeordnet und deren Magnetflächen so auf die Innenseite (TI) des Trommelmantels gerichtet, dass sich auf der Außenseite (TA) ein magnetischer Anhaftbereich (G2) für eisenhaltige Teile im Materialgutstrom ergibt. Die Polstäbe sind radialsymmetrisch zur Antriebswelle in Richtung auf die Innenseite des Trommelmantels aus- bzw. von der Innenseite weg in Richtung auf die Antriebswelle einfahrbar. Die Erfindung bietet den besonderen Vorteil, dass die von der Separationstrommel ausgehende magnetische Anziehungskraft auf einfache Weise auf die aktuelle Zusammensetzung eines Materialgutstromes und auf geänderte Anforderungen an die jeweils anwendungsabhängig gewünschten Abscheidungsergebnisse angepasst werden kann.

It contains a rotating unit with a drive shaft (T2) and a drum shell (T1), which is held against rotation on side discs (T3, T4; T7, T8) and has an internal, revolving permanent magnet arrangement (P; Q) for guiding the flow of material material. The permanent magnet arrangement has an integer number of pole rods (P1-P4; Q1-Q4) extending axially relative to the drive shaft. Their radially outwardly directed magnetic surfaces (P19, P29, P39, P49) are alternately magnetized in the circumferential direction of the drum mantle. The pole rods are arranged radially symmetrically on the drive shaft and their magnetic surfaces are directed towards the inner side (TI) of the drum shell, resulting in a magnetic adhesion region (G2) on the outer side (TA) for iron-containing parts in the material material flow. The pole rods are radially symmetrical to the drive shaft in the direction of the inside of the drum shell off or from the inside away in the direction of the drive shaft retractable. The invention offers the particular advantage that the magnetic attraction force emanating from the separation drum can be adapted in a simple manner to the current composition of a material material flow and to changed requirements of the respective application-dependent desired deposition results.
