Claims (7)

  1. Waschmaschine (1), umfassend einen Kunststoffwaschbehälter (2) mit einer Rückwand (6), eine Trommel (3), die derart im Waschbehälter (2) angeordnet ist, dass sie mit dem Waschbehälter (2) konzentrisch ist, und in die die Wäsche gegeben wird, einen Motor, der dafür sorgt, dass sich die Trommel (3) um ihre Achse dreht, eine Welle (4), die dafür sorgt, dass die Bewegung des Motors auf die Trommel (3) übertragen wird, und eine Lagerhülse (5), die aus Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist und in der Mitte der Rückwand (6) des Waschbehälters (2) angeordnet ist und in der die Welle (4) getragen wird, wobei die Lagerhülse (5) eine Auslassleitung (9) aufweist, die die angesammelten Flüssigkeiten aus dem Waschbehälter (2) leitet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerhülse (5) eine Plattform (14), die an ihren Endflächen im Inneren des Waschbehälters (2) angeordnet ist, einen kreisförmigen ersten Flansch (15), der an der Plattform (14) angeordnet ist und sich von der Plattform (14) in paralleler Richtung zur Achse der Lagerhülse (5) nach außen erstreckt, einen kreisförmigen zweiten Flansch (16), der mit dem ersten Flansch (15) konzentrisch ist und sich von der Plattform (14) nach außen erstreckt, und eine kreisförmige Barriere (17) umfasst, die derart an der Plattform (14) angeordnet ist, dass sie in Bezug auf den zweiten Flansch (16) an einem inneren Punkt bleibt.
  2. Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslassleitung (9) einen Einlass (7), der an der Innenfläche der Rückwand (6) angeordnet wird, und einen Auslass (8) umfasst, der an der Außenfläche der Rückwand (6) angeordnet wird, wenn die Lagerhülse (5) durch Einspritzen von Kunststoff an ihren Umfang in die Rückwand (6) eingebettet wird.
  3. Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerhülse (5) an einer Außenfläche davon eine Verlängerung (10) umfasst.
  4. Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslassleitung (9) in der Verlängerung (10) angeordnet ist und der Auslass (8) an dem Endabschnitt der Verlängerung (10) bleibt, der nicht mit Kunststoff abgedeckt wird, wenn die Lagerhülse (5) durch Einspritzen von Kunststoff an ihren Umfang in die Rückwand (6) eingebettet wird.
  5. Waschmaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslassleitung (9) und die Verlängerung (10) in der Form zusammen mit der Lagerhülse (5) als einzelnes Teil hergestellt werden.
  6. Waschmaschine (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein kreisförmiges Dichtungselement (18), das derart an der Innenwand des zweiten Flansches (16) angebracht ist, dass es auf der Barriere (17) ruht, und das für die Flüssigkeitsisolation des Waschbehälters (2) sorgt, indem es den Spalt zwischen der Welle (4) und der Lagerhülse (5) schließt.
  7. Waschmaschine (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einlass (7), der an der Barriere (17) angeordnet ist, am tiefsten Punkt der Barriere (17) angeordnet ist.
